Dear sir
I buy aqua trend handset on 3/3/16 from shahkot distt jallandhar. After 5 months the touch of handset is not working properly. I submit my phone to bn telecom service center of intex at nakoder on 5/8/2016. They give me job sheet no. 495 and gave me a period of 1 week. After 1 week i visit so many times to the service center hem make everytime new excuse. On date 1/10/2016 i call on customer care they tell that my phone is submit on 20/8/2016. I m shocked there is gap of 15 days. On this company send me aqua super. But i want aqua trend because there are so much difference in both the sets in price and features. Please send me the same set aqua trend.

My Intex mobile touch screen is automatically stopped working, and its in warranty period.
i have submited my device in the service center on 10/09/2016. my job sheet number is[protected] in Maninagar based intex service center.
they told me that in 10-12 days i will get it back. its almost 1 month is near to complete, but its not even processed.

Whenever i am calling to the service center the other end person rudely give answer that we have sent your device to company head office, and we don`t have any information about the status of your device. and ask me to call directly on customer care which is [protected] which is never being answered.

i am frustrated from this kind of irresponsible behaviour.

I have purchased a intex cloud swift 4g mobile from online shopping website on January 29, 2016 with 1 year warranty.
The battery of the device got completely dead with three months after purchase.
After a long arguments your service center in Nagpur supplied a new battery.
However, within 2 months the device again got defected for its touch problem.
To solve the problem of mobile i had submitted the defective mobile to your service center at Nagpur on September 6, 2016. But even after about 1 month your service center did not returned my device and still argumenting with different reasons. This is a serious deficiency in your service and pushing me for a legal action.

Sir i have only one mobile which are deposit in your service centre. I deposit intex aqua power plus white on dated 19/09/2016/ which job sheet no[protected]t001 and lot no[protected] and sl no of main product is [protected].

Pse inform me what is the status of my mobile phone and when i rcvd back from care.

Ir when i call intex care then care personel asked me your part is not available but first i deposit my hand set when care asked me you receved your set in 10 days.

O pse sir shortout my complant earlest pse.

Dear sir,

i have purchased intex aqua star II HD FROM BIG C MOBILE SHOP on 26/11/2015. Mobile is troubling me since 2 months. touch screen is operation on its own, application are automatically opening without operating mobile by us. Even when we dont touch the screen, itself opening applications and some times calls dialing. Kindly suggest me where to consult and is it covered under warrenty

Automatically touchscreen working, mobile had given to intex mobiles service centre in 17.08.2016, till now problem not solved. mobile not given to me.

My self mohan kumar mandal, i submitted my mobile phone intex cloud m5 ii for repairing on 15 july 2016 at intex service center new delhi (Re-serve connections 11/10/ ground floor, subhash nagar new delhi but i dont received my phone from service center when i called to service center then they are always told me we will give you after two-three days.

What i do please suggest me

My moile intex power+, i purchased this phone on 5th december 2015, i am facing problem since i purchased. 5 times i gone to the service centre at "caare communication" ahmedabad. Every time they tell as this is repaired and i face this problem again n again. I want my phone to be replaced with the new or give my money back for such irrelevant phone.

Sir, i had purchased one intex phone (aqua 4g+) on 30.10.2015 from kundu electronics, branch office :hospital more, tamluk, purba medinipur. so long it had been running smoothly and there had arisen no problem. recently for about two months touchpad and apps has not been working properly and smoothly. i had submitted the phone at a nearest intex service centre at vill - chak srikrishnapur, p. o - kulberia, tamluk, purba medinipur - 721649, mob - [protected] on 20.09.2016 as it covers the 1 year warranty. the warranty will end on october 30, 2016. the service centre has returned my phone on 29.09.2016, but the same problem is happening till now. touch pad not smooth, type problem and apps not running well etc. are creating much trouble still. though i have told the service centre to check my phone again they did not pay any heed and confirmed me that it is running well!!! i want to draw the attention of the concerned authority. after october 30, my warranty will end, then i have nothing to do with it.

Dear it is very embarrassing to say that my experience with intex is very bad. I have purchased one cell phone before one from you and when we get problem than nobody is helping me. My phone having problem from 19.09.2016 same day i have shown my phone to your service center, noida uttar pradesh and they have told me phone will be repaired very soon, my job sheet no was[protected]t001. But from that to till day my phone is in service center and they have no answer to me.
Sir this is my humble request to you please look at this matter and resolve as soon as possible. I am your valuable customer and we have more than five intex phone in my family. And one more request to you please teach ur service centres lady staff they are not attending customer and behaving very badly

After that we sent the mobile to service center at laxmi nagar on[protected] after one month my phone is still at service centre because your service centre staff/manager not understand that how phone is repair

Its been one month and there is no information regarding replacement of screen. Service center not responding making fool of customers. If there is lack of services then why this company making fool of customer by claiming 15 day of phone back. This is the worst service i have ever seen in my life, stop selling your product you are not worth of it.

I have submitted my intex equa power hd mobile phone in reserve connection service centre, keshav marg rajouri garden, new delhi-27. My set has touch screen problem, its touch was not working. My mobile is under warranty period. I had summitted my mobile on 22-august-2016. When i approach him they are making excuse that your mobile had gone in company for screen replacement. Please take strict action against him so that i can get my mobile as soon as possible.

My handset got dead on 13th aug2016. it just completed 1 yr on 1st august. i went to service center they told motherboard is damaged and also water has entered in it. But it didnt fail into water.They said u will cost rs.2000. so after 15 days i went to check mobile at service center they said its not yet repaird and u will cost 3000 Rs and now they are saying u will cost Rs.3500. They are fooling me and since 1 month it was with the service center. I just brought yesterday it from service center and they gave me without repairing .

I have given my mobile in intex service center on 22-Aug-2016 but till now i did not get any reply from them.When i called to them they need ask one week time to repair the mobile.Already they took 34 days but till now i am not recieve my mobile. Can you please look and do need Full.
