good afternoon.

i have taken new mobile (INTEX AQUA ACE) in Lots on 6 Feb'16 .from the day no signals in mobile, even using after 4G Sims, there is no proper response from the both parties .

its most worst experience in life, what the people do and for what sake intex pay salaries for them.

i expecting LOTS were selling second hand mobiles to customers in name of brand, with my experience i can say LOTS is the worst mobile provider in India.

I have own INTEX aqua V3G but 3G is not functioning .My nearest service center
advise me that it will not be function due lower RAM.But why I would be punish?
Company offering 3G services on this mobile.

my set intex aqua speed hd have many problem sill I purchaged it then I am in fix.again and again I saw service centre but I am not getting a best service.so please help me quickly.

problem is that
vice is not coming clearly & tauch is not proper working with inhance and sometimes after being swiff of it’s display light has gone and my mobile goes in darkness then I don’t see anything in mobile.

I purchase mobile aqua 3G-NS on[protected], i updated my mobile two times on Intex Service center in Nagaur. But I'm not satisfy because my problem not solved right now. If my problem not solved till next 05 march 2016, i will complaint in Consumer forum.

Sir, i have given my mobile for warranty service to Guna electronics pondicherry, on[protected], till now they didnt return my mobile, (touch complaint) . now they send the phone to chennai, currently intex service CENTRE is changed to future tech, Pondicherry, they are telling my mobile is in chennai, please consider this letter & do a favour for me,

I had placed an order vide order no [protected] for intex cloud flash 4g phone on 16.01.2016 and phone received on 21.01.2016. It is seen that that the sim slot of the phone is not opening. hence i contacted the customer service center on 22.01.2016 and they told me that the item can be replaceable. on the advice of the customer service person i had sent the item on 27.01.2016 through Blue dart couriers along with invoice and DOA certificate. but the item is not received by snap deal. the item is sent on the advise of the customer service agent. what i can do for replace the item. if

Case History--- .I had submitted my handset which touch was not working and my handset is in under warranty.

Note-Problem is that for last two month i have been following from service center and call center but could not receive my handset.Call center replied that they have repaired my handset but battery was missing which already has been sent to s center on last 29th jan and s.center saying that battery still not received by them so pls tell me in this situation what should i do ? How many days more u require to complete my handset.I m a ordinary customer so i do not want go to legally but i[censored] r not able to resolve my problem then i have to go for legal action against Intex compant and u will be responsible for that.So ultimately i request you to provide my handset immediately other wise situation will go against for you.

Dear sir, many times i go to your service center but my phone is not working properly . i complaint to your service center many times and my phone is going to company yet not working properly . 7-8 times i go there service center still i am busy as businessmen i spent my times and trouble .i download some image i have lots images. what i do . i don, t understand . where i do complaint so that all the responsible persons be punished where i complaint but no solution.

This is Santosh. I have bought Intex cloud m6 16GB phone in Dec 2015. Within 1 month I have started facing multiple below issues with this phone.

1) Battery Issue [Un-proper Charging, Draining fast, charging getting stuck multiple times ]
2) Screen flickering and auto mobile shutdown when battery showing 20 % -30 % charging.
3) Multiple times memory card lost connection with phone.
4) Poor out going sound during call.
5) Humming sound during call.
6) Camera clarity not good as I expected.

I have reported all the issues when I visit Intex Vashi service center on 5th Jan 2016. Service center has collected only battery of my phone and send for replacement as it is under warranty. My job sheet number is [[protected]T001].

As per service center promised to me this process will take around 20-25 days to get brand new original battery.

Now 20-25 days are over but still I am not getting any proper date regarding my battery replacement. I have talk to service center person but all the time I have get arrogant reply from them.

As Intex said to all customers "We value your association with us and assure you of our commitment to serve you better". Do you really feel, they consider the value of their customers???????????

Sorry to say this, because seriously this is the worst service I have ever received in my Life, when I compare Intex service with other service center.

For 1 single battery replacement they have taken around 29+ days. And still I haven't received It.

Then what about other issues, which I had mentioned above??

Dear sir,

before 48 days i have given my mobile intex aqua speed for repairing because my phone is under warranty, i have purchase 8 month back but still they are not give my phone to me and they continuously swill me from 48 days.
due to this i have face many problems and bear losses which is actual not accepted.
so request you to please do the needful done for me.

Due to complaint of my intex aqua gorila screen phone submit of dated 15.01.2016 in Meerut intex service centre but after 15th days no action have been taken on this subject and no one inform me about my mobile.
it is therefore requested that kindly look after my mobile phone.

I purchased Aqua Power+ mobile dt-04/07/2015.(M_IMEI:[protected])(S_IMEI[protected])SAP CODE[protected].
The hand set has having charging problem from the date of purchase.The co
mlplaint were lodged several times.The hand set was kept by the service center
for more than four months.The set is still having same promlem.The customer
care number is also non responsive.

I m having intex Aqua Power HD, purchased on 22/04/2015. I went to service center for d charging jeck problem. They said, v hv to change it under warranty, bcoz its not working. Bt wen I went to receive my phone after its above mentioned changes, I cm to know that it's not working more again, And the Jeck was not changed. They just misrepresent us.

i have a complaint no[protected]t001 dtd 31.12.15
i have a mobile of intex purchased in july 2015 and under warranty, it had come into the problem 3 times and set to service center of intex at lucknow but still it is not fully repaired and again last 24 days it is at the intex service center at lucknow which they are unable to repair.
I am having problem and regularly following with the service center but still there is no proper reply.

I had purchase a mobile on dated 15 january 2016 which is not working perfactly i was registered the complaint 21st january in intex local service center at rampur but no possitive responce found all service team.So please do needfull on urgent basis.
