    I had purchased intex acqa extreme mobile phone on 08/02/2015. Since then it is not working properly. 3 to 4 times given in your customer care also But every after 2 month some new problem occur. It is one of the worst mobile I had ever used and your service is worst. Just after one month of purchase I requested your service centre that please kindly replace my handset as its board is dead.BUT no action taken. And I got that phone only after about month.       I brought a intex 2.1 speaker in damaged condition on 31.12.2015. Immediatly I made a complined and also it is taken back by your people. From Customer service they said maximum 13 days the amount will refunded. But all most nearly 13 days going to complete, the amount have not refunded. Immediatly refund the amount after that I can a new order for speaker.

            Intex wireless mouse not working properly

            I purchased Intex DUO-610 Wireless Multimedia Combo Keyboard & Mouse on[protected]. After using the Mouse for only about two months it stopped working properly. I need to press mouse left button hard to get any response on the screen. I want help from the Intex. The product is in its warranty period. I went to service centre of intex at Patna by the name of "Icon Computer" in Kadam Kuan, but he did not provide any service saying that the bill...

            This is to bring your notice that we have purchased the Intex LED Model number 5010FHD, 50 Inch on 21 December 2015 from Juneja Electrical and it was installed on either 23rd or 24th December 2015 by one of your executive. When we switched on the TV on 27 December late night, the display was not working properly. We thought that might be some temporary problem and waited for a while to get it fine. But it didn't. We lodged the complaint on 3 January 2016, complaint number:[protected]. There are multiple problems that are being faced by me and my family because of your company which are as follows: * No response from the agency for the e-mail which I have sent on 5th January 2016 at 1:11 pm. As promised by your automatic response email that we will certainly receive the response within 48 hours which did not happen. Another Email was sent on 7 January 2016 at 7:22 pm for which no response have been received yet. *The calls when I make on your Helpline Number and the Answering Machines of yours always fails to take the input in terms of language even after the button is pressed multiple times. (Please improve your software) *Your Customer Care Executives are calling us multiple times and asking the same question to us and ensuring that the Engineer will be there at our place by this or that time but the Engineer does not turn up. We are not fools who will leave our work and wait for the engineer to come. If he is not coming, the company should send a SMS that he won't be able to. *The company needs to update the information or the staff. Originally, The Engineer's first visit happened on 5th January 2016 at 12:15 pm but your records shows that it happened on 6th January 2016. Moreover, your customer care person informed me that the repair could not take place because the consumer did not have the Bill whereas your engineer saw the bill and took its photograph and in my previous email, I have attached the photograph of the Bill which definitely your agency has failed to check.

              Sr.no.[protected] aqua y2 (blue) dual sim was not charging by port . I went to your service centre . Insted of changing charging port they sujsted to change battry, but charging port was still not working, then they changed mother board.New problem arrived wifi not working and mac ID changing problem.They took phone for one month of november and still problem is not cleared.From 30th dec 2015 phone is at service center again. I am not setisfied by your service center.My phone warrenty is going to be end on 23/1/2016, if my phone is not repaired in warrenty period plese extend my warrenty.

                I have purchased a brand new Intex Aqua Trend 4G from a Chroma Store. Color was champagne. Even it is not more than one month. I am facing a problem of losing the color. what is the use of purchasing a phone at that price and losing the color not even a month. The sound clarity is also not at all good. if i have not received any response. I will approach Consumer forum and proceed legally against the company.

                  My jobsheet number is[protected]T001. This for the third time in the last one and a half months that my Intex glam set is under repair and surprisingly for the same problem. This is a real harrasment. The service center staffs are without clue about this problem. They even could not give me a clear idea about when I will be getting the set permanently repaired. This is my worst experience. Now I have to really think otherwise while choosing a INTEX product in future. Please look into it.

                        Sir, I purchased a Intex Mobile Hand set through online at Rs.6999/- in December 12/2014 the details of which are given below: Model:Aqua i5 HD (Black) MSN:14|[protected] S/W:V07 KH/W:98601_1_11 SAR Value:1.070 W/Kg M_IMEI:[protected] S_IMEI:[protected] in the name of BIPUL CH DAS.Dispur, Guwahati, Assam But since then I approached service center in Guwahati (Record is in Intex Copany) for 3/4 times at per intervals of 2/3 months for repairing. During frequent repairing of my moile 1 Year Warranty s over.Now my mobile is still dead.During 1 Year I used the mobile for 2/3 months only.As I am a Govt. servant, it was not possible for all the time to bring the mobile for frequent repairing, I have also lost my valuable data each time.So, I request to to replace the phone or to return the money as it was not my fault to faith your company. Why this happens?Why you are supplying defective phone?Is it Your trick to some how spent the warranty period?Now, for each repairing I have to pay.Why do I pay?I used it only for 2/3 months, other time it was in the service center.                           Respected sir, I bought A Intex mobile (INTEX AQUA Q5) from its dealer worth of Rs 5000/- only. for me 5000/- is a big amount. The next day I started using the mobile but it shows this massage '' Unfortunately Google maps stopped", OR "unfortunately camera stopped", every app shows this massage only. suddenly it shut downs, or some dim shade appear on the screen. I give the mobile to Intex service centre, (they were not responsive) they taken it and given it back after 2 weeks what they done I don't know. Problem is not resolved. I called customer care no response, what to do, where should I complaint this matter. Plz provide me info for solving my problem...

                            HI Sir, I bought Intex cloud swift mobile on 24th 11-2015, with in 10days the mobile was not switching on and not even charging. I gave it in service center, Vasavi Associates, vijayawada, TIN : [protected], which is otherised service center of intex on 11/12/2015.                                   Name of Customer - Santosh Kulkarni I have purchased Intex cloud 4G mobile on 13-Aug-15 via Flipkart which started giving problems after 3 months. We have given the mobile for servicing under warranty period to authorized Intex service centre - Universal enterprise pune on Nov 14, 2015 via job sheet no.[protected]T001. Inspite of several follows ups on call to intex customer care as well as personal visit to intex service centre, they kept on delaying and created various job sheet each time we visited the service centre. On asking about the mobile to the customer care, they replied to go to the service centre and collect the mobile saying it is repaired and ready but on reaching the service centre, every time they give different excuses that phone is not ready and to come after 3-4 days and everytime they used to create a new job sheet for the same. I have been completely harassed by their unprofessional and unethical behavior and due to this issue lot of my time and money has been wasted both over call and conveyance. It has been a long time (Nov 14, 2015 to January 6, 2016) since I'm following up with them but till date i haven't received any positive response from them. Please kindly help me out to get my phone back in good working condition or replace the same with a same new model with same specifications. Since i have been harrassed by intex from past 2 months and i have spent a lot of time and money on call and travelling, i demand compensation of INR 25, 000 for all harassment suffered and money spent for the same.                                     I have purchased a Intex aqua power plus smartphone on 27.05.2015. after seven month of purchased date the phone is not charging & also decreasing the remaining charge in the battery when ever i plugged in to AC . i gave it to repair at TELI TECH, mangalabagh, cuttack, authorized service centre of intex mobile. Vide Job sheet No[protected]T001 on dated 26.12.2015. After checking they said that there is a major problem . The phone will go to company service. I asked them how many days it will take to repair. They said there is no certainty date. After 12 days when i inquired my job sheet status they are telling that, we cannot tell any date when it will solve. Here spare part is not available. Now i want know that what the hell is this.How much times you take to repair a single mobile? If this repairing takes 1 months then whats about my warranty period, you should extended it for those days you take to repair it. And you should not sale this kind of defective product in the market. I will complain about this matter in consumer court against your company. I want my mobile back in good condition with extended warranty...

                                      This is to notify you that one of your authorized service center named BALAJI ENTERPRISE(DR.ABANI DUTTA ROAD GAGANANCHAL SHOPING COMPLEX, SHOP NO.76, SALKIA, HOWRAH-711106, WEST BENGAL) tried to cheet me indeed.I submitted my intex aqua y2 model to them which is in warranty.My jobsheet no. Is[protected]T001.serial no of the main product is [protected].I submitted my phone because while calling i was unable to hear any ones' voice.It was submitted with its battery which was in perfect condition on 10/12/15 & at that time they let me know that i would get my handset back within 7-10 days.But even after 3 weeks i did not get it.When i called them they told me that the battery got damaged some how by their fault.I visited them on 31/12/15 as on that day they let me know my phone is ready and i should collect it.I went there and found that they were in very much hurry and wanted me to sign the jobsheet as quickly as possible.Before the signature i had to chek it out wheather it is alright or not.So, when i opened the backcover to insert my sim i found out that they were returning the handset to me with a fully damaged and tempered battery.They tried to convince me some how and when they found that i would not gonna recieve the item then they told me that mother company can not provide me with a new battery.I did not recieve the set at all.Again they asked for more 7/10 days to solve the problem.Now i am becoming frustrated and feeling helpless.Is it my fault that i bought your phone??I would not recomend any one to buy your sets.Please help me out.I do not know when i will use my phone again.The phone is logged in with the name of Khushi Singh.Please tell me what should i do??I am thinking of contacting the Consumer Forum.I cant wait any more i have no other handset to use and can not buy a new one either.I just want my phone within 2 days.its nearly 1 month is passing by. Thanks.
