सर मेने मेरा intex aqua speed dual sim phon 29 दिसम्बर 2015 को भोपाल मे morning star enterprises mansarover complex mp nagar bhopal मे servicing के लिये दिया था जिसका जोब शीट न.[protected]T001 है जिसमे अधिकतम समय सीमा 15 दिन दी गयी थी पर आज दिनांक तक मोबाईल नही किया गया है एव customer care no -[protected] पर बात करने पर कहा जा रहा है कि अभि एक हफ्ता ओर लगेगा । मे चाहता हूँ कि कम्पनी पर कार्यवही कर मुझे मेरा मोबाईल compansatoion के साथ दिलाया जाये ।

I had purchased a handset of Intex named Intex Aqua 4G+, IEMI : [protected] on January 15'2016 which was activated on the date of purchase. The phone as on January 21 got some problem which when taken to the local customer care Center at RAMPUR, UTTAR PRADESH - 244901, of intex was told that the phone was activated 12 days back. And the attendant misguided and misbehaved a lot and denied to repair the handset.

5 to 10 times i have visited at service center, but there is no proper reply or even nobody receiving calls, service center mobile number is [protected].

Service center engineer who is repairing my mobile his name is Imran he asked me to wait for 1 to 2 Hours at service center to get my mobile repaired but after 2 hours he said we are unable to repaired come after 2 days.

Now 15 Days Past nothing is happened.

i have called at Intex Customer care number 1860. they are not able to escalate the case properly.

I have ordered intex aqua power plus and now it couldn't charging properly.I have big trouble to from this mobile that it couldn't charging and I want its charger which is good for its battery.the charger which you provided its datacable is bad and spoil after one month.please provide me original charger.

Namaste sir /medam i am dhirajlal mulashiya from rajkot, gujarat.i have a battery problem in my intex aqva speed mobile. so i gave it for repairing in intex service, Nirmala school road Rajkot on 09/12/2015. they told me that you can get battery after a week. everytime same answer, till they have not give me battery. its one month and 12 days now.

Change kiya jiska dusre set ime no.[protected] & [protected] hai. 6 bar phone ko care centre par check karva chuka thik nahi ho raha hai .bar bar hang hone ki problem chal rahi hai .10 mahine me 5 mahine care centre par hi rahta hai.iss problem ka solution kariye.soon

Submitted at Noida sector 18 Intex customer service centre

Though reported there as one of the sim slots gone defective, they are charging me a huge amount for the same as they advised to change the sim slot. Now even after I have agreed to pay the amount, they are not repairing the handset and informing me to come on a later date.
Went to the service centre after 1 week but they informed that they cannot repair the handset and asking me to come after another 1 week.
They don't respond to calls and the email ID provided in the jobsheet is fake (received failure delivery mail mentioning such email id is not active).
The people over there lacks efforts to communicate with customers effectively.

I need my handset back at the earliest either repaired or replaced. Please do the needful.

The phone bought on October 29 has more than working problems: 1. The battery working is erratic. 2. Return key is not working properly. 3. The Service Centre is not providing satisfactory services at M/s Manoj Enterprises Lower Bazar Shimla. 4. They handed over the phone twice to me assaying that it has been repaired despite the fact that it wasn't! 5. I am a working public servant and I cannot afford to go to the service centre every third day to get it returned to them for repair. 6. It is requested that either I may be returned my amount or a tested faultless phone may be given to me.

Respected faculty, i am desur bharvadiya from jamnagar, gujarat. i have purchased a new cell phone named intex aqua speed, but after 11 day of purchase it started to malfunctioning, so i have sent it to intex service station for reparing, but they can not solve my mobile's fault so they are replacing it with another mobile which have cheap in prise and with less specifications compare to my mobile, i refused to accept it, so they are not providing any other or my mobile. i request you to give me refund or any other phone which have same specifications and features.

I Purchase above subject mobile handset through snapdeal .com dt. 27/07/2015 there after with in one month problem coming heating, battery, ( handsfree not supporting) his service center two to three time repaired but my handset all software & look change problem as it is his service center no reply satisfactory .

Updated by sidanabhu intex company has change Intex cloud M6 CLOUD 8GB white to AQUA STAR II 16 GB( WHITE) with SERVICE CENTER JOB SHEET NO[protected]T001 dt. 11.12.2015 due to heating problem & battery problem so that they have to change, my original model, in model AQUA STAR II battery problem as it is now battery given to service center job sheet no.[protected]T001 DT. 19.01.2016, COMPANY is not solving any problem so we are disturb, we have not use the this handset last four month so many problem is comming in this handset.

Sir, , I ordered INTEX IT-880S OS Speaker. I have good opinion about askme bazaar. But today[protected] when i received the above product and paid Rs.649/-. Soon after the delviery boy went away I open for install with my computer its seems damaged. I am verry much upset. I made a compliant to customer service no. My complained No.QRC74740829. The product has be taken by your service staff on 6th January 2016. Even though 13 days crossed after my complained no amount have been refunded in my account. Kinely immedialy refund the amount. I had baught intex aqua ace mobile on 06/11/2015 i am having problem in my phone it shows sim error or no sim mostly I had given my phone to the service centre on 29/12/2015 under jobsheet no.[protected]T001 and got back it on 12/01/2016. They told me that your problem has been solved but i am having same problem again now i am thinking what should i do in this regard. I had baught first thing in my life from intex and having problem If my problem is not resolved I never buy and never recommend anyone to buy any product from intex. Is there any solution to my problem
