I had purchase a mobile on dated 15 january 2016 which is not working perfactly i was registered the complaint 21st january in intex local service center at rampur but no possitive responce found all service team.So please do needfull on urgent basis....

I bought the intex aqua star 4g at jan-19..after three days back speaker not functioning properly and irritating often... another day given charger not charging... please how can i fix that..?...

Myy phone get damange and they keep my phone in serviec centre and say that after 1 week u get it back..
it having over 1 week
very baad and chargeing so much......

I had purchased a handset of Intex named Intex Aqua 4G+, IEMI : [protected] on January 15'2016 which was activated on the date of purchase. The phone as on January 21 got some problem which when taken to the local customer care Center at RAMPUR, UTTAR PRADESH - 244901, of intex was told that the phone was activated 12 days back. And the attendant misguided and misbehaved a lot and denied to repair the handset....

5 to 10 times i have visited at service center, but there is no proper reply or even nobody receiving calls, service center mobile number is [protected].

Service center engineer who is repairing my mobile his name is Imran he asked me to wait for 1 to 2 Hours at service center to get my mobile repaired but after 2 hours he said we are unable to repaired come after 2 days.

Now 15 Days Past nothing is happened.br...

I have ordered intex aqua power plus and now it couldn't charging properly.I have big trouble to from this mobile that it couldn't charging and I want its charger which is good for its battery.the charger which you provided its datacable is bad and spoil after one month.please provide me original charger....
