My software was given for upgrading. but the phone was being open without my permission or authority and that caused damage to camera and software. now the thing is that there is no solution and even my 2 sd cards have being damaged. the only solution left to me is of CONSUMER COURT

      Hi I got the phone on 14 dec and after that on the same day it was having problem. The networkwas coming and going, It is having battery issues. When battery is 4 percent and we charge it and immediately it became 96 percent and discharge the same way. We are going to intex service center daily and he is saying battery is not there. It will come tomorrow. Daily he is saying the same thing. Please take the immediate action the service center. Location- Roorkee, Uttarakhand Name of person- Nadeem ( Service center owner)

        My name is Poulomi Dey.I buy ointex mobile on 4th july.after using this mobile for only 3month it was swithched off and i dont know why.Then i went for Intex service centre at Barrackpore, Kolkata.At Barrackpore they told me u submit Your mobile over here we will send it to Chandnichalk, kolkata that is the main branch.There I saw so many complaint against them some people told that they are not rapiring their phone already its 3 month past..so i was totally confused and on20th november i went to Chandnichalk, kolkata.Their the receptionist told me enginner will repair my phone and will inform me within 7days.now as this is on warranty peroid i thought no amount would be needed but after 4 day they called me and asked me to give 930rs i agreed as i want my phone very badly because i had only 1 smartphone.Now after 15 day i called them they told still not reapired..after that whenever i called they they told me the same thing now tell me what to do.see i really felt very bad about the receptionist behaviour and about the system how intex service centre working..Nobody is there to listen for common people problem.. jobsheet id[protected]T001

          I purchased AQUA HD MOBILE on 29.5.15 . last Saturday I wanted to change my sim battery completely sitcked to mobile after long hard try I removed battery from my phone. The condition of battery very worst almost in liquidate condition, fortunately I had seen although it was burst & human casualty was there. Pls pay attention to this matter seriously.And replace battery n phone by detecting the problem whichever is problematic. My mob no+91 [protected]

            I purchased intex aqua power hd 6 months ago. It started showing problem after few days of purchase, it usually got switch off when i turn off my data connection. One day, it was showing a notification that system update available. My battery was full charged, so i clicked on it and started the process after few minutes later phone stopped responding. It was showing nothing. I took it to service center they said they will repair it and i can get my phone after 7days but they returned me after 1 month, I got totally mad when i see my phone, its volume key were not working, its imei numbers were invalid, I send it back and they were saying it will cost you 600rs. I refused to pay and said i got it in this condition, at last they agreed and repaired it again. Now my phone's battery is not working, it got swollen or fat surface due to this it is showing massive charging problem. I took my phone to service center, as it still in warranty, they are saying that swollen or fat battery doesn’t come under warranty. They r saying you have to purchase a new battery which will cost you 1200rs. I searched on net and found that Samsung and other companies are replacing the battery if such problem comes. Sir i am feeling like i got robbed by Intex.

                    Sir ihave submitted my mobile phone vide job sheet no[protected]T001 on 9.10.15 on 2.11.15 care center offers me other mobile which is below in cost as well as features so i refused and told them i want mine or eqivalent to that from that date they told me to come after 2/5 days whenever i go there sir i want to register a complaint against intex in consumer court please provide me registration no of company and e mail id of chairman and address of office which will deal the case.

                          Sir, I bought a Aqua Power Plus -226947/D3-J1000B on dated 16.07.2015...after one week the charging point is not working properly to get charge of mobile ...I have attended customer care at Varanasi he kept my mobile and say me to come after two hour...the same has been reported by my mob no [protected] that the mobile has been repaired and please collect it from centre ...I have collected that one but the same problem is occurred at centre at the same time ...he told me we have to change the full system of charging point that is leaf of point but the same has not available to the service centre ..when it will come to centre from head office we will call you...but till date they have not call...I have visited care centre so many time but they told me that it is not available...please come after some day but in spite of several visit...It is not rectified...please do need full to change the mobile or repair the mobile as soon as possible...regards...m.p.thakur, rudra nagar, pahari, varanasi.u.p...mob.no.[protected]

                            The mobile set is not booting . the hand set was purchased online through flipcart. trhe problem started after 15 days and given to the acces technologies, trivandrum, which is the authorised service centre for repair. they couldnt repair it and returned the hand set. i want the hand set to be get repaired

                              My jobsheet no. is[protected]T001. This is for the second time I have submitted the handset and the problem is still unsolved. Being such an esteemed company if Intex gives such worthless service really its a pity. It is really a bitter experience. I even doubt that the service center staffs are really fit for the job. You are requested to look into it.

                                    My name is Rakesh Patel, I am the resident of Rajpipla-Narmada District. Complainant-Rakesh Arvind Bhai Patel Address-Ajar Pura Village, Rajpipla, District Narmada Individual-Yes Complainee-Intex Technologies (India) Ltd Subject-Service Issue from Intex Service Centre for Intex I5 OCTA Mobile which was bought on January 15th, 2015. I have bought an Intex I5 Aqua Octa mobile phone on January 15th, 2015 from Gautam Mobile-Rajpipla(1st attachment of Bill) for Rs 7800 /-. On September 23rd, , 2015, I have found technical error in mobile due to that I have submitted my phone to Intex authorized service centre in Rajpipla i.e. Laxmi Electricals. On October 10th, 2015 they have swapped my new phone and in exchange they have provided me refurbish phone of Octa Life II costing Rs 5999 /-, which I have not accepted and resubmitted on October 19th, 2015. After repeatedly following up with the concern person at Service centre, I have received Octa Slice II which cost Rs 5890 /-. I am still following up for my model, i.e. Intex i5 Aqua, but I am not getting any response from them. They are providing me phones which have less price and low configuration compared to my phone. I am a farmer by profession and part time I am also doing a job which require a high end model for mails, WhatsApp and other medium of communication. As a consumer, I require your support to resolve this matter and take it forward to the escalation. As per the warranty policy, I am liable to get a new phone, if any technical error occurs. Please find my below contact number for future reference. For your reference, I am also sending you original bill with Job sheet provided by service centre.
