Intex I5 OCTA Mobile which was bought on January 15th, 2015.
I have bought an
Intex I5 Aqua Octa mobile phone on January 15th, 2015 from Gautam Mobile-Rajpipla(1st attachment of Bill) for Rs 7800 /-. On September 23rd, , 2015, I have found technical error in mobile due to that I have submitted my phone to
Intex authorized service centre in Rajpipla i.e. Laxmi Electricals. On October 10th, 2015 they have swapped my new phone and in exchange they have provided me refurbish phone of Octa Life II costing Rs 5999 /-, which I have not accepted and resubmitted on October 19th, 2015. After repeatedly following up with the concern
person at Service centre, I have received Octa Slice II which cost Rs 5890 /-. I am still following up for my model, i.e.
Intex i5 Aqua, but I am not getting any response from them. They are providing me phones which have less price and low configuration compared to my phone.
I am a farmer by profession and part time I am also doing a job which require a high end model for mails, WhatsApp and other medium of communication. As a consumer, I require your support to resolve this matter and take it forward to the escalation. As per the warranty policy, I am liable to get a new phone, if any technical error occurs.
