Date of purchase[protected] date of handset given to service centre[protected] date of incident[protected] model of phone - intex aqua 4g+ ([protected]) problem- the service centre person neither takes up call nor lifts his phone and when we send a person for enquiry his behaviour is very improper and way of talking to a customer is very bad. I have given my handset on[protected] for problem of contacts of phone not dispaying names in dialled calls or messages, unable to on wifi or bluetooth at your service centre aircom enterprises, sagarplaza, abids, hyderabad, first 4 days he has taken for just checking whats the problem is and also after 4days he has not informed me and when i went on[protected] for enquiry he says that the pcb of phone is gone and it will take a month for it to come from company and when i asked him weather i can take the phone back and can he place the order for it he replied that iam mad and he doesn't want to talk to me. I would like to know is this the way to give response to a customer and is this way to deal with a customer whose phone is under warranty.Kindly look in to the problem and resolve the issue.

Helo dear sir i have intex aqua power hd mobile nd some days ago i updated it on lollipop version but when i select 3G network then its not be stand on 3G, its selected auto 3G and 2G network its a big issue so plz solved this problem and also on network selection option only 3G and 2G then why its happend

Purchsed mobile from intex co. in the month of september. after use of one & half month back up issue rise. went to the intex co authorised service center for the issue in question. they told that battery would be replaced. product was under warranty & they replace battery and charge money for the same. Please take action. a complaint already made.

I purchased new mobile Aqua Power Plus. After 2 months there was a problem with the back camera. I submitted my mobile in service centre Gurdaspur in second week of October and they told me to come after a week. When i reached there after a week they told me to come on next week. I went there on 20th day but my mobile was not repaired yet. I asked the reason. They blamed the company saying that the company has not sent them the part of mobile. They replaced that part with the damaged mobile in front of me. I came home with the mobile. I plugged in the charger. Instead of charging its battery started draining. I went again to the service centre and till now my mobile is not repaired. Everytime when i asked them they said that the company is not sending them particular parts of mobile and they are unable to repair it without these.So where is the fault in company or service centre. I am completely fed up. I am unable to go again and again to the service centre. I think my mobile costs less than the petrol that i have wasted for going to the service centre.

Hello there, i have an intex mobile . by some kind of silly reasons my phone battery was not working or may be it was the charging problem so, i go to the intex care .The intex care is placed on bargarh district near dharmsala chowk .5days ago i submitted them the mobile and they said wait 1 day and we repair it .Then i waited .then the next day i go the care.but they said it was not possible today, please come the next day or on 28 dec..then i call today morning and they said we just open our shop today morning and you are calling for your mobile ..and they said i will not repair it today .please come 2days later. This is only a simple charging problem and if he give his 1hour he would repair it but he don`t.Such a worst response from the care.i have waited much more time till 12 dec.and today i will buy a new smartphone .and at last i want to say damn worst mobile and intex service center i have seen in my life !

I bought intex aqua i5 hd since 15 months ago...now in market android 6 marshmallow is available while in this intex no upadate on jellybean version...i waiting for update the my android version but no update on this phone...i am sorry that i bought this brand android so please give me update about this...and one advise to you..please do not forget the mobile after you made it and sale...please take some responsibility of this problem..

I am purchased my mobile on dated 20/04/2015. but within 1 month my speaker not work properly. after 6 months camera was not work. my mobile given to service center for repair dated 07-12-15. but till date my mobile not repair. today i am visited to service center and found my mobile up down key not work as well as others problems i have been faced. so i will not accept this default piece. i want refund my money. i will request to to consumer forum my job sheet no. My software was given for upgrading. but the phone was being open without my permission or authority and that caused damage to camera and software. now the thing is that there is no solution and even my 2 sd cards have being damaged. the only solution left to me is of CONSUMER COURT

Hi I got the phone on 14 dec and after that on the same day it was having problem. The networkwas coming and going, It is having battery issues. When battery is 4 percent and we charge it and immediately it became 96 percent and discharge the same way. We are going to intex service center daily and he is saying battery is not there. My name is Poulomi Dey.I buy ointex mobile on 4th july.after using this mobile for only 3month it was swithched off and i dont know why.Then i went for Intex service centre at Barrackpore, Kolkata.At Barrackpore they told me u submit Your mobile over here we will send it to Chandnichalk, kolkata that is the main branch.There I saw so many complaint against them some people told that they are not rapiring their phone already its 3 month past..so i was totally confused and on20th november i went to Chandnichalk, kolkata.Their the receptionist told me enginner will repair my phone and will inform me within 7days.now as this is on warranty peroid i thought no amount would be needed but after 4 day they called me and asked me to give 930rs i agreed as i want my phone very badly because i had only 1 smartphone.Now after 15 day i called them they told still not reapired..after that whenever i called they they told me the same thing now tell me what to do.see i really felt very bad about the receptionist behaviour and about the system how intex service centre working..Nobody is there to listen for common people problem.. jobsheet id[protected]T001

I purchased AQUA HD MOBILE on 29.5.15 . last Saturday I wanted to change my sim battery completely sitcked to mobile after long hard try I removed battery from my phone. The condition of battery very worst almost in liquidate condition, fortunately I had seen although it was burst & human casualty was there. I purchased intex aqua power hd 6 months ago. It started showing problem after few days of purchase, it usually got switch off when i turn off my data connection. One day, it was showing a notification that system update available. My battery was full charged, so i clicked on it and started the process after few minutes later phone stopped responding. It was showing nothing. I took it to service center they said they will repair it and i can get my phone after 7days but they returned me after 1 month, I got totally mad when i see my phone, its volume key were not working, its imei numbers were invalid, I send it back and they were saying it will cost you 600rs. I refused to pay and said i got it in this condition, at last they agreed and repaired it again. Now my phone's battery is not working, it got swollen or fat surface due to this it is showing massive charging problem. I took my phone to service center, as it still in warranty, they are saying that swollen or fat battery doesn’t come under warranty. They r saying you have to purchase a new battery which will cost you 1200rs. I searched on net and found that Samsung and other companies are replacing the battery if such problem comes. Sir i am feeling like i got robbed by Intex.

Sir, I bought a Aqua Power Plus -226947/D3-J1000B on dated 16.07.2015...after one week the charging point is not working properly to get charge of mobile ...I have attended customer care at Varanasi he kept my mobile and say me to come after two hour...the same has been reported by my mob no [protected] that the mobile has been repaired and please collect it from centre ...I have collected that one but the same problem is occurred at centre at the same time ...he told me we have to change the full system of charging point that is leaf of point but the same has not available to the service centre ..when it will come to centre from head office we will call you...but till date they have not call...I have visited care centre so many time but they told me that it is not available...please come after some day but in spite of several visit...It is not rectified...please do need full to change the mobile or repair the mobile as soon as possible...regards...m.p.thakur, rudra nagar, pahari, varanasi.u.p...mob.no.[protected]
