Sir I have a problem when my sim cannot work . actually my phone software was a software problem in my phone in warranty period i went to Index care center . after updating software . he demand the money for opening my phone but i know the lock code . I have not paid the money of open the lock because i know the pin code. I have given my phone in service center in 13.11.2015.but they did not repair my phone.so what i can do now they dont listn my complaints.i want my phone back in good condition,

My name is Rakesh Patel, I am the resident of Rajpipla-Narmada District. Complainant-Rakesh Arvind Bhai Patel Address-Ajar Pura Village, Rajpipla, District Narmada Individual-Yes Complainee-Intex Technologies (India) Ltd Subject-Service Issue from Intex Service Centre for Intex I5 OCTA Mobile which was bought on January 15th, 2015. I have bought an Intex I5 Aqua Octa mobile phone on January 15th, 2015 from Gautam Mobile-Rajpipla(1st attachment of Bill) for Rs 7800 /-. On September 23rd, , 2015, I have found technical error in mobile due to that I have submitted my phone to Intex authorized service centre in Rajpipla i.e. Laxmi Electricals. On October 10th, 2015 they have swapped my new phone and in exchange they have provided me refurbish phone of Octa Life II costing Rs 5999 /-, which I have not accepted and resubmitted on October 19th, 2015. After repeatedly following up with the concern person at Service centre, I have received Octa Slice II which cost Rs 5890 /-. I am still following up for my model, i.e. Intex i5 Aqua, but I am not getting any response from them. They are providing me phones which have less price and low configuration compared to my phone. I am a farmer by profession and part time I am also doing a job which require a high end model for mails, WhatsApp and other medium of communication. As a consumer, I require your support to resolve this matter and take it forward to the escalation. As per the warranty policy, I am liable to get a new phone, if any technical error occurs. Please find my below contact number for future reference. For your reference, I am also sending you original bill with Job sheet provided by service centre.

I purchased Intex cloud plus in July. But in September it have of charging. I went your moradabad centers, The replace PCB .but unfortunately after 15 days hand set started problem again & I went your haldwani centre they told me that my set will be replaced by company. I bought intex aqua power + phone on May 31, 2015. I was very much satisfied with the phone until its battery Stopped working around 20 November. It was not recharging beyond 16% that too after charging for 8-10 hours. Due to my exams I could not go to service center. When i went to Azadpur service center on 10 December, they said that the battery needs to be replaced but it is out of warranty. My phone is of Rs 9000 and its battery got damaged within 6 months. I did not expect that from a company like yours. I want a replacement of battery or I would have to go to consumer court.Help me as possible.

Dear sir, I have purchase a Mobile on Dtd 4.09.2015 . is defective, i go to service center to repair in warrenty at Yashwant plaza indore. he told me my mobile has repair in 3-4 days or 7 days but today is about 1 month to given mobile from. service center head Mr. Ravi Patidar and Smt Madhu manipulated me again and not a satisfaction answer to me. i totally tired and i have lose of my expenses of 2000 and mentally torched by service center. and i survive in a problem by them. Kindly take a action for these company / Service center

Dear company, i have been very unsatisfied with your products. actually there is more to what i have written as the first line having used or rather bought two of your mobile phones i have always suffered a loss. my first was intex aqua and now its aqua extreme, whenever i change its security setting it always gets corrupt be it that or even if i change one little thing it just gets corrupt, never working right all my imporatant information or data just goes away. restarting it or rebooting doesnt help i am just so tired of this you better fix such things in ur products or shut ur company down or get me a phone replaced

I bought Intex aqua power hd in month of aug-2015, after that co. Send me update of lollipop 5.1 in oct-2015 after updating my device, it start hanging and other various problems, I deposited it in customer care Pune . after one week they told me this lollipop update is not suitable for your device . I just want to ask Intex co. If this not suitable to my device then why you sent this on my device? & when you send lollipop update which is suitable for my device ?

I went to itex service centre bathinda 4 times for repair of my intex aqua eco mobile phone. Its diplay disappears after 2-4 min. Totally it got off. Then again ion it nd it got off again and again.but they (service centre Bathinda) do not sort out its problem.please solve my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court. I bought this set on 26FEB, 2015 from pardeep telecom Bhucho Mandi(Bathinda)

Sir i parches a intex mobile i 7/2/2015 .i have problem in mobile so i deposit the mobile in ASHOKA INTEX CUSTOMER CARE, after 25 day he gave the mobile but till now the mobile has not working so i wan't to complaint regarding this and its a request please bring my money or new mobile back

Problm ~ applications stopping unfortunately.my complaint was this ur service center added that charge port is also in bad condition so cant repair till its repaired. U told tht i submitted on 10 nov. I hv proof that i submitted on 23rd October 2015.u always keep saying sir need to wait fr 10 days fr confirmation on parts repaired. I always call t. U keep saying sending to head office fr atleast 23 days. Now its 44 days in total soon going to be 2 months. Can u explain me what is all this. I m not happy with the service u provide. I m giving time till 19 December 2015, i[censored] cant repair it till then also thn i m sory. But i wont be bUying Any more o[censored]r smartphone. And going to suggest my friends and family members too, to not buy. And please return my smartphone till then if its not going to be repaired. Ty thts all i needed to say. I had purchased intex mobile on 22/05/2015.After four months its touch create problems.I had go to service centre several times at last on09/09/2015.they submit my phone for repairing.After that 2 times they return my phone but still have same problem.The phone is still there.Pls help me to resolve the matter.Tks.

I had purchased a new Intex Aqua Speed mobile from local distributor in Pimpri, Pune 3 months back & within 3 months its battery has been swelled. I had given this battery alongwith mobile for replacement to its Service Center 'Cell Care services' at Masulkar Colony, Pimpri on 9th of Nov. 2015.That time they told me that within 10 days I would get the battery.But till date (after 21 days) I have not received the same.Whenever I asks for the battery they says battery hasn't come & asks to call customer care.Customer care also not firm on the delivery of the same. My Jobsheet No. is[protected]T001 dtd.9.11.2015 Pl. replace the same on urgent basis. The charm o[censored]sing new mobile has totally gone.

I have intex power hd After update of software to lollipop my phone camera not at all focussing very blurred result ( 13 mp like 1 mo camera) I m very much upset It shows the intex brand is a very third grade company, since they didnt fix it, or even not respond this...shame to buy this product and in future no intex brand more...
