Complain about intex aqua power plus phone in which charging related problem occured and i gave the phone to intex service center as it is under warranty in udhampur, jammu and kashmir . they take my phone for repair but not able to repair . they give me jobsheets for 3-4 time and told me that your phone will be replaced by the company...and are continuosly wasteing my time from about 2 month...they tell me to come on next next days and do not give any satisfactory reply...plese take some action

I was very happy with the product aqua power plus but now I am dissatisfied about the services given when my phone is in repair. I gave my phone for service due to not charging properly but they tell there is spare parts available for the charging port I would like to get this resolved soon

I have purchased INTEX OCTA i5 mobile dt.20/2/15 but unfortunately mobile not working properly so I was submitted my mobile at Lajpat nagar, N.Delhi on 6/10/15 But they don't sort out problem am still waiting for positive answer from co. I am very disappointing about world largest co.working style & I don't know they will handover my mobile or not

I am purchased mobile intex aqua star 2 last 5 months back but the mobile have display problem it is automatically display off and automatically display on I am giving mobile service center in the date 09/10/2015 but now a time I am going to service center the mobile is not repair I kindly request sir plz take action sir

I bought a mobile (aqua power hd) 5 months back, i had trouble in battery nand charger, within a month headset not working, internet connectivity problems, hanging problems, so i gave my mobile to service on novenber 2, 2015. Now the date is december 1, 2015, till now they did not intimated me, whether mobile problems resolved or they need time, and also they are not attending our incoming calls, no proper service and no customer satisfaction, no replacement, very worst case, service center address is followed by... As per the service centre parts are not available if it is so why the company is not replacing the mobile or give the refund. Plase take a notice that if it is not resolved within a week time I will file a case in consumer court any consequences out of this and mental torture will be compensated by the comapany

Dear sir i m using Intex Aqua Power HD handset. i Purchased it on 03.05.2015 from Maa Padmabati Cellcom, Bhind (M.P.) through Bill No. 07. The phone Was Not working properly after 3 Months of its uses so i deliver it to the service centre but the work was not satisfactory. after it i deliver my phone again to the service centre via job sheet no.[protected]T001 dated 04.11.2015. i got my phone back on 27.11.2015 from service centre but this time some other problems appeared which was not a issue earlier. the camera quality, speakers and network strength was so bad. perhaps at service centre some of its parts were changed which was no required as it was working properly but still my complaint was not resolved. hence i request you to consider the matter or else i'll have to take some legal action...

I Purchased intex aqua xtreem 2 mobile from snap deal on 27th October and from the last week when i was out of station my phone gets switched off automatically and i visited the service center named - khamboj communication, malout punjab and they informed me that there is a issue in a motherboard in a mobile phone and can be replaced within 25 days, so i asked from them can i visit any authorized service center so they said yes the main issue in that mobile is that it's battery gets discharged completely automatically and i am facing this issue from last week . than i visited thrice in a service center on the request of snap deal located on this address - 7/274, SWAMI AMRDEV MARG, M.C.D SCHOOL GALI, (NEAR INDRA PARK), JWALA NAGAR, SHAHDRA, DELHI and they always informed me that they changed the battery and again again and informed me that why u installed many apps in a mobile phone, so there is a any answer for such kind of silly question, if the brand is providing 2gb ram, octa core processor so why i can't installed many apps and i am facing the same issue again and again, one of your executive named Deepak behave in a manner like that it is my punishment i choosen intex as a brand . your brand marketing team promotes that there is a more than 1cr happy customer in india who are using the intex as brand . So if your services are like that so how the customers are happy with this after sales service of intex. I wants a resolution for this product, i purchased this phone for use not for visit again and again in a service center, i am enclosing the invoice also .

I bought INTEX mobile from ONLINE INFOCOM vide bill no 2334 dated[protected]
As there was no display coming on screen I submitted phone to service Centre at Laxmi Nagar service centre GLOBE CONNEXIONS & SERVICES.

I called up on [protected] and 42486680 number of time but no satisfactory reply is given by this people.

One shud not purchase the phone from such co who do not have proper after sale service. If the co is not having parts they shud give new phone.

I bought an Intex LED TV16".I Find some technical fault and lodged a complaint in September and complain no is[protected].Getting no response I complain again and no is[protected].this time technician came and unable to repair and said come again but not come.Then I complain 3rd time and no is[protected] but no result.

On job sheet they printed scratches on mobile, which i resisted since the mobile is being used with a premium quality flip cover, even on screenguard any scratch is rarely visible, then they corrected it . They however failed to explain me how the fine line due to accumulation of moisture or dust at such open ends of motherboard could be treated as water damage and how it could damage the internal spare parts. On request they however failed to tell me the exact part needs to be replaced, ''may be the ringer'' they answered. It is with great regret to inform you that the mobile has been returned to me in bad shape, in brief, i)Due to loose fittings back cover is not fixing on it properly and to my horrific experience, some wires are exposed through the battery compartment. ii)There was absolutely no network related issue with the mobile, but since I have taken back from the said service centre it is not catching network properly, I talked to vodafone customer care and came to know that there is no network issue in my area. In view of the above, it is to inform you that the said service centre willfully improperly fitted the phone or damaged the parts related to network during their so called inspection process. In view of the above, restoration of the mobile to it's fully functional state, viz., network capacity( as earlier, prior handing over the mobile to the said service centre) is demanded hereby. I think they are half or semi skilled persons at the said intex service centre who even does not know how to fit a opened set properly before returning, or they willfully damaged my mobile since I have not accepted their false claim, it is in other words an act of wilful cheating as well. It is an act of willful harassment and damage to property and cheating by intex company through their service centre to consumers, and I request you to kindly initiate necessary action early and oblige. Dear sir my name is Sandeep gupta. i have purchase intex 4.5E AQUA handset in 09 july 2015 in Saroj Electronics, Kanpur (U.P.). after purchasing i have use in mobile more than 10-15 days that purchasing. after that mobile repairing in intex service center for these day. nobody resolve in my complain. So, i have complain for Intex Service centre. i am not satisfied in intex handset.
So i request you please help me. if company change his new same model intex mobile after that i close his complain. otherwise refund my payment with interest. i have alredy atteched copy of Bill.

I have purchased Intex Aqua style X battery from ebay in Oct 2014.But my mobile battery is damaged in 10 months so i am looking for battery for the same model but I didnt get that battery at my place. But when I go to Intex care center he told me that this is not possible to provide the same battery even I am ready to pay charges for that but he doesn't responded.Then I call to custmer care center but thy also not responded.I search each and every shop at my city but i am not found that battery. Dear sir, I have purchased Intex Dual sim Aqua speed handset on 19- July -2015 from Jai Jagdambay communication, Jalandhar bearing Batch No. / M_IMEI:[protected] & S_IMEI;[protected]. After 3 month my phone battery is not functioning properly, battery backup is only 15 to 20 minute, so i approached the Jai Jagdambay communication, Jalandhar and he give me address of Intex mobile service centre, I approached Intex service centre jalandhar and there i got such a horrible response that i can't expect from a reputed brand like Intex.They rejected the set to be repaired under warranty due to over charging battery was damaged but my phone is under warranty in Intex warranty card 11 no. clearly mension that battery /charger are covered under warranty for a period of 6 months from date of purchase, but service centre attended me so harshly and their behavior was so uprooted and spurious that straights way nullify the image of Intex. So i request you to please change the battery as the mobile is under warranty. And please tell the staff of Intex Mobile Care to behave properly and softly with the customers of the company and get them trained to attend the customers with an art of respect and tell them to satisfy the customers at least with the words, if not possible to satisfy them with the services of the company. I think Intex is a big company & committed for his product and service. Hope that you could look into the matter. I am attaching bill kindly see the attachment. I had given my mobile for service with intex authoriservice centre vide job sheet no.[protected]T001 DT 1/10/2015. Again They raised another jobsheet No.[protected]T001 for the same mobile on 04/11/2015. I went and asked the service center, they replied that they will get it repaired with in 15 working days. I waited for 15 working days. No reply from them. Finally I went yesterday (25/11/2015). They replied that it will take another 30 days. For that they will create another job sheet. I have a doubt that whether it is an authorised service centre or a fake? Or the company itself is giving faulse promises to customers? For a simple repair the company is taking 90 days!!!. Is that a service standard for Intex? God pl help me.

I purchase the mobile on 22.04.2015 at gulbarga, after two month mobile got dead . After i have given to service centre at gulbarga with job sheet no given as given after 15 days First job sheet no[protected]T001 dated 09.09.2015 . Within week again not working the mobile . with same condition given to service centre at mangalore again found witihin two days found not working mobile . After that again i have given for service to another service centre at gulbarga the job sheet no[protected]T001 dated 04.12.2015.til date not recieved the mobile still under service centre . I have purchased INTEX AQUA POWER PLUS MOBILE on 06/06/15(IMEI NUMBER [protected]) from reliance retail ltd Mahipalpur New Delhi. on 25/10/15. my mobile phone was dead and not even charging i called up in customer care and told them everything the customer care executive told me that my phone was in under warranty period so i have to visit INTEX SERVICE CENTER.he had given me address of intex service center at UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI which is around 13KM from my place i reached there and came to know that the service center was closed permanently from last 6 months.I again called up in customer care from there only and this time they given me address of OKHLA PHASE-2 NEW DELHI AND NEHRU PLACE NEW DELHI.next day i went to OKHLA which is around 17KM from my place in okhla i came to know from security staff present there that service center was shifted to LAJPAT NAGAR. which is very far from there so i went to nehru place as i have exact address given by customer care via SMS. but at nehru place also the reception staff told me that this service center was not for mobile phones but for IT products only.
Really this was very bad experience for me and i have to waste my whole day and traveled around 65KM in heavy traffic to chase service center but could't find it just because INTEX CUSTOMER CARE and still my phone is still dead

I have purchased a Intex cloud 4g star in September 10 I have received it on 12 of same through flip kart.At first day only flash light was gone. Then I post an order for replacement the device you simply rejected. After some days I have found a service center at near my Home town in Nandyal. When I consulted them they taken my mobile and checked and then they post an order for new flash light but you won't send I kept my mobile nearly one month finally they (Vamsi cell point Nandyal.) resigned to your service then I taken back my device as it is it won't be resolved. This is your foolish response you're giving. I thinking that my money was wasted. And feeling so sad like why I purchased this mobile. Finally I am asking will you resolve my problem or not. And I ll tell others about your foolish service worst response and don't purchase Intex mobile OK.
