I have purchased a Intex cloud 4g star in September 10 I have received it on 12 of same through flip kart.At first day only flash light was gone. Then I post an order for replacement the device you simply rejected. After some days I have found a service center at near my Home town in Nandyal. When I consulted them they taken my mobile and checked and then they post an order for new flash light but you won't send I kept my mobile nearly one...

My cell Aqua Y had display problem which is in the warranty period.
As I visited your Authorized Customer care in Aurangabad with the bill copy on same day but still today they are unable to fix the problem unless your care executive was not surely tell the time required for the problem solution till date.
This is very very useless and cheap service I ever seen; this shows the casual approach...

I have purchased Intex mobile phone from one of the dealer of Intex mobile from Baroda Gotri on March-2015.
