My cell Aqua Y had display problem which is in the warranty period.
As I visited your Authorized Customer care in Aurangabad with the bill copy on same day but still today they are unable to fix the problem unless your care executive was not surely tell the time required for the problem solution till date.
This is very very useless and cheap service I ever seen; this shows the casual approach of your Company and Care executive towards customer.
If they are unable to give the service to customer why should we purchase the product of your company as your adds will show much than the actual.
I guess at least your their persons will check this complaints...

I have purchased Intex mobile phone from one of the dealer of Intex mobile from Baroda Gotri on March-2015. After using almost five months mobile phone having issue in charing, It was not properly charged. so i have checked it with the Intex service center in Baroda. When i visited service center i come to know that i have repaired it and they refuse to take it for warranty and told that it will charge nearly 800/- Rs for repairing. Please help me on this.

Respected mam, I have buyed a cell phone on 29 march 2015 of INTEX AQUA SPEED with my nearby shop with 1 year warranty.After using the phone by 3 months, get hanged and not opened.Then I go on that shop for repairing, they said to me to go on intex care and i had gone there and submit the phone.After repairing i got back my phone. After 2 days, it got hanged again i go on care again i got back my phone after 15 days o[censored]sing and again after using phone got hanged and never repaired. I had called for complain in new delhi care and so many places. I am requesting to u to talk with them and solve my problem I am really thankful to you...

Seller : Mobility Global INC, Shivmurthi Complex, K-4, Ground floor, Mahipalpur, New Delhi - 110037. contact no.[protected] Buyer : Room No 13, Bldg 2, Spring Mill Chawl, Dadar East, Mumbai - 400014. Mobile Features & Doubt of Intex Aqua Power HD are which mention on branding box, Feature - 13 Megapixel camera on back & Front 5 Megapixel. Doubt - I Didn't present megapixel quality of camera not even as good as 8 Megapixel at back & front camera very poor in quality compare to other mobile cameras. Video Settings also not supporting for Shades while recording. The Main feature for reason I bought the Mobile is missing and I have full guarantee that Online Site as Well as Seller/Intex Company has cheated with My Expectations & Money. I Visited Intex Service Center YASH MOBILE UG-304, dreams mall L. B. S. today morning i was contact to Intex mobile helpline no.[protected], but no positive response received from them
they stick on their same answer, they still not replayed on my email sent on 17/11/2015.
intex mobile making fool their consumers by Selling poor quality gadgets

I Am searching for the battery of my intex smart phone aqua star HD since last 5 Months.No where it is available in gujarat and also intex customer care also not supported well in manner for the same.It's where pathetic thing from which i got frustrated now.

I have ask for availability for the same in head office in delhi too but nobody reponse for the same properly.This is very pathetic thing now I got frustrated with that if nobody resolves my issue than i will go to consumer forum for the same.I also not advised anybody to purchase anybody for intex smart phone because i am intex customer for last 6 Years i have purchased lots of mobile of intex and advised is also given by me to my relatives too.

2 time I go to service center for my mobile intex aqua 3g plus... with some problems with touch and software issues... service center won't provided any jobsheet... and take much time than as usual delivary... it takes much more than 15 days... my jobsheet no. [protected]T001... I took it service center on 27.10.2015... please help me... if it was not done by this then I take it to consumer case...

Updated by vikas100584 I bought intex aqua speed on 08/08/2015 from guru Nanak telecom U-197, main vikas Marc shakar pur Delhi 92 against bill no 1240 book no 13 imei no - [protected] its motherboard failed to work gave to intex service center globe connexions & service centre 23 1st floor vikas marg for repair on 14/09/2015 they changed motherboard and charged 2100/ but it didn't work started battery drainage problem I again gave them for repair on[protected] against the jobsheet no[protected] T001 they repaired and gave me back after 1 week but it started restarting automatically and also battery drainage problem too I again gave them for repair on 02/11/2015 against job sheet no[protected]T001 BT have no solution yet they promised me to replace with new handset but now they are cheating with me by showing old one kindly look into it and resolute a.s.a.p

As I have been trying to call the customer care nobody responding properly trying to manipulate the issue I called one of the senior ASM Mr Abdul kaan Ansari on [protected] but his reply was do whatever you can we will not give you the new phone or refund as its company system and his behaviour was so rude he has no respect for customer and also not respecting the brand value of Intex he does not even know the meaning of customer satisfaction

I have purchased the two phone of intex aqua power plus before 3-4 months. I am facing lots of problem in both of phone like battery problem, jack accessories problem and now i have restore factory of my one mobile after that when i switch on my mobile, mobile is showing security code which is i did not put any code or it can be i forgot the code(after restore factory no code or password shows) now the phone is not working without opening the security code. ( i went to service centre in my area they are saying that it will take 15-20 days for jack and password problem and last time i had gone for battery they did not have.) Which type of servicing and mobiles is providing Intex Company. I am not happy with the mobile and your services.

Jobsheet no. is[protected]T001 Lot No.[protected] श्रीमान जी मेरा मोबाइल को लगभग तीन महिने हो गए है अभी तक वह सही नहीं हो पाया है मैने सर्विस सैटर से काफी बार फोन पर बाते की लेकिन उसके बारे में ठीक से जवाब नहीं दे पा रहे है कभी बोलते है दो दिन बाद आ जाना कभी बोलते है सप्‍ताह बाद आ जाना श्रीमान जी आप ही बताओं मैं और कितने दिन इतजार करू। क्‍योकि मैं एक सरकारी कार्मचारी हूं दिन भर दफ्तर पर रहता हूं मैं आपकी सर्विस कम्‍पनी से तंग हा चुका हूं। श्रीमान आप ही बताओं इसको सही होने में और कितने दिन लगेगे।

I bought Aqua Power + mobile phone on 20.09.15. Soon after purchase the set was having charging issues. Later after getting info on service centers, I had submitted the phone with Laxmi Nagar Service Center, Delhi on 27.10.15 vide Job sheet number[protected]T001. Later I got a call on 07.11.15 from service center and asked to collect the phone. On reaching there i came to know that they didn't do anything. In the mean time they cancelled the earlier job sheet and issued a fresh job sheet vide number[protected]T001 dtd 07.11.15. Since then, the service center staff say that they have not received the required part hence they are unable to do anything but to wait. They also said that if require, you may file a legal case. I called up the customer care number ([protected]) and talked to Mr Arun Kumar on 14.11.15. He said a revert will come in 7 days time. See the plight of consumer who have purchased a new phone and handed over to service center. From 27.10.15, 19 days have already passed and no one is helping. Even no replacement is allowed against the defective set. What is the meaning of warranty then? In case the service center staff cannot repair the set then and there then it should be replaced with a new set immediately. Pl reply so that we can decide our next move of action accordingly.

I updated my intex aqua power hd to lolipop 5.1 after that I face many problems.some times the screen stucks.I need to power off and start to recover it.I lost face unlock feature. Now I lost phone storage in file manager.no apps can access file manager.it shows to insert sd card.still 1gb left in internal memory.I can't even capture a screen shot.solve my problem. I bought intex aqua extreme. After a few days this mobile was not working properly. I contact service center but after a month of submit mobile they said that the part is not available phone can not be repaired and said that this is replaced with lower configuration version box opened set. If parts is not available then why they hold my set for a month my mobile is in warranty period then why I take un-repaired mobile or lower configuration version.. If Handset is not repairable I should provided new handset of same model or same higher configuration. Give me a proper solution earlier otherwise I go through with legal process it is around 1 months to having this problem.. If there is no solution I have to go through legally. I bought intex aqua speed. After a few days this mobile was not working properly. If Handset is not repairable I should provided new handset of same model or same higher configuration. [protected] they feel regret and said "we register your complaint and our senior manger will call you" but i don't receive any call still I don't get any solution from any side.
