I brought intex aqua style pro mobile 27/11/2014 but after 2 month later mobile touch is hanging & incoming calls sound not working, music sound very low and major issue sim network not working this phone automaticaly mode by emerjancy call. few days ago this phone submit to intex service center vikas marg laxminagar delhi-92 but problam not sole me.

I have purchase a mobile Model no-INTEX AQUALIFE II Purchase KHUSHI COMMUNICATION VELLORA, BALASORE date[protected] MY MOBILE TOUCH NOT WORKING My mobile is warranty period and i have given to service center SERVICE CENTER NAME G29, GROUND FLOOR, JANPATH TOWER, ASHOK NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR .PIN-751009 dated[protected] but mobile not repair till date I have visit many time in service center but he said we have send to company but mobile not repair He advice to contract customer center. MOBILE QUALITY IS VERY POOR AND HIS SERVICE IS ALSO VERY BAD.[protected]

I have purchased Intex aqua q5 model mobile on 19th July'15 from Laxmi Mobiles and Service, Plot nO -103, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. But after couple of weeks the touch pad of the phone was not working properly. I have interacted with Laxmi Mobile store they said to contact the Service centre of Intex which is in Janpath Tower, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. After that I went to the Service centre but it was closed. While I asked nearby shop keepers regarding the service centre they said very rarely they open the shop. Now tell me what to do. I want to replace the phone entirely or at least change the touch pad. Therefore, my sincere request to you all do not buy Intex mobile further.

I hade purchased intex aqua extreme smart phone in Feb 2015. In sept 2015 the mobile display started showing multiple lines on it, so i gave it to authorised service centre on 19 sept 2015. they took nearly one month and returned me a old and extremely used bad conditioned hand set of intex aqua extreme with different imei number, which means it was not my orignal phone which i submitted to service centre. I refused that phone and returned it to authorised service centre on 19 oct 2015, with demand of my orignal phone which i purchased or brand new phone intex aqua extreme. Today on 6/11/15 still they have not the issue and they say that they will give intex aqua extreme 2{TWO} handset/phone which is of not same features and cost as of intex aqua extreme. So, please give me Justice. orignal prize of intex aqua extreme - rs 11110 approx prize of intex aqua extreme 2 - rs[protected]

Hi I m Daniel from Goa had purchased Intex Aqua Star 2 on the 24th of May 2015.Somewhere in July it started giving problem in storing data.Whenever i used to get a image on whatsapp it used to give message as no space available wherein the phone has inbuilt 8 GB i had just used 2 GB.I reported it to the service center for which they said that the Software needs to be upgraded. Again in sept Phone used to cut off calls after every 2 mins hence i took it to the service centre for Upgrading the software.It was given on saturday 3rd Oct 2015 at 10.00 am JOB SHEET no:[protected]t001w I assumed that time needed for software up gradation is 30 mins max.I called up service centre Goa they said it will take time as there are software's which needs to be downloaded. I called up the customer helpline no [protected] they said as per their system mobile phone is already repaired on 3rd and can be taken.I went to the service center to inquire they still said that it was upgraded but had problems.I dont think so that software was upgraded on my phone as all APP are still intact in the phone.I m of the assumption that they have not touched my phone. Finally they gave phone to me on the 20th Oct 2015 within few hours the phone started giving problems again.I gave it back to the service centre and they said it will take more 15 days to get a board replacement as there is Hardware issue. Then again i m given a commitment from your end that I will be getting my phone on the 6th Nov 2015.After waiting for a month if i still don't get my phone on 6th Nov Then please keep that phone for yourself as a gift from me and be ready for the legal procedures I paid money for the phone and its not serving my purpose.Kindly suggest what do i do? I m from haldwani (nainital) i am using intex aqua power hd handset and mac id of this set regular change which is unexpected, when i go to service center of intex which is located in mukhani at haldwani they said that in every phone of intex company mac id is changed,

I am Josh Pataskar, I purchased your headphones( Intex computer headphones mm groovy black ) on 28 June 2015 from snapdeal and they are not working properly at all . I even replaced headphones twice as it was defective piece .And now they say you have to return to company as they have 1 years warranty period and their replacement period is only for 6-7 days .So please take the action as fast as possible . Sorry for inconvenience .

Today i given my intex aqua hd power mobile at maruthi technologiesat karimnagar andhra pradesh.they damaged my mobile at back near the camera and they saying that we are not responsible for anything.they are talking very rudely with customers.i am not happy with your customer care please go through with my complaint and give reply to my complaint as soon as possible

I submitted my intex aqua power plus mobile on 9 oct 2015 in Uttam Nagar Intex Service Centre B S Enterprises, it was giving charging prob they said it will take 7 days to repair but now its has been more than 24 days still they saying everytym wait for 5 days i have gone there 5 times and also they never pickup phone.its means i hav taken 5 half days from my job my salry loss more than 2000rs who wil be responsible.for my this loss intex should pay this and m living without my fon from 24 days intex is responsible for this problem..still no solution still they saying to wait..now what should i do..i want intex to pay my all losses and sufferring due to their poor service

I purchased the Intex Mobile and within one month it got hanged. Voice is not cleared.
I gave for repair 7 days back but there is no response for the status.
I got SMS to contact on 4248668 which is a wrong no.

Please send me the status. According to me this is one of the worst phone. Company requires improvement in the Technology

I purchased intex Aqua Y2 1GB and facing problem many times. As my mobile didn't work well I send it to intex company for changing my mother board and I got it but now again it didn't work well and send again it to intex company for repairing whose job sheet no is[protected]T001 on 2/11/2015. So please send me a new mobile other than intex Aqua Y2 1GB. In this mobile I am facing so many problems in the interval of 2-3 days. I am bored from intex Aqua Y2 1GB.

Hello Intex, I had purchased Intex Aqua Star 2 8GB mobile 2 months ago. Now the problem is that the phone uses the battery even in Idle mode also. The battery is not working properly. I have to charge the phone 3 to 4 times a day. Contact me : [protected]

I have purchased Intex Dual sim Aqua N15 mobile handset on 2nd- February-2015 from Fancy Mobile (Bill No 12890 dated 03/02/2015), Pushpa Complex, Hisar, Haryana bearing Batch No. / M_IMEI:[protected] & S_IMEI;[protected]. Now the set gets hang on and also the touch of the set in not working, so i approached the Fancy Mobile and he sent to the handset to Intex mobile care and after approx two weeks Mr. Jitender proprietor of Fancy Mobile returned the set by saying that the set can't be repaired under warranty due to water logging problem. I have personally checked the handset from outside and did not find any water spots. Than on dated 13/10/2015 i approached Intex mobile care centre, Hisar and there i got such a horrible response that i can't expect from a reputed brand like Intex. The manager may be named Mr. Mohit (don't know exactly) rejected the set to be repaired under warranty due to water logging and when i asked him to give me receipt / status report of handset checked in your Intex Mobile care, he refused to give me the receipt and both the receptionist of the care attended me so harshly and their behavior was so uprooted and spurious that straights way nullify the image of Intex. When i pressed them harder than they entered the job in their computer and gives me Jobsheet No.:[protected]T001. Also i requested the manager to show me the water spots if any, and he was unable the show me the water spots and he also started behaving rigidly. I personally knows that the company glues two stickers, one on the battery and other inside the mobile that changes color, if water enters into the set. But both of the stickers still remaining white and retains their original color. So i request you to please change the hand set as the mobile is under warranty or at least get rectified the problem under warranty because the handset has been never came in contact of water and there are no signs of water logging. And please tell the staff of Intex Mobile Care to behave properly and softly with the customers of the company and get them trained to attend the customers with an art of respect and tell them to satisfy the customers at least with the words, if not possible to satisfy them with the services of the company.

I handed over my mobile third time on 15/10/2015. (First two complaints were not solved.) Still I am waiting for my phone. I was having the problem of charging. 15 days gone. How much time will it take now, God knows. Job sheet no.[protected]T001 M.C.Pande
