"2004 National Surat Gujarat IRB IRB Choryasi" IS FREE FOR SURAT VEHICLES REGISTERED UNDER "GJ-05-XX-YYYY" BUT SORRY TO SAY YOU THAT I HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FOR Rs.70 BY MY FAST TAG[protected] FASTAG CUST ID 10713343 ON[protected]:00:27 vide trip (RRN No-[protected] / trip no[protected] by lane-7. complain for the same had been raised by me twice by complain no CMP[protected] and CMP[protected], BUT SORRY TO SAY YOU THAT WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION THIS HAS BEEN CLOSED. THIS IS UNFAIR WITH CUSTOMERS

Dear Sir,
Greetings!
We are in receipt of your email dtd: 31.08.18, regarding single Journey charged from Fastag for GJ 05 registration vehicle registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal. In this context, we would like to clarify as under:
1. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza as per Concession Agreement executed with ‘National Highways Authority of India’ (NHAI) and guidelines issued by NHAI form time to time.
2. As per Govt.Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), (copy enclosed for ready reference), there is no exemption for any person or vehicle except as provided in the said Notification.
3. It may be noted that vehicles with GJ05 registration are not exempted at Choryasi Toll Plaza as per said notification. However, there is provision of discounted Monthly Pass for local residents (residing nearby toll plaza) for their non-commercial vehicles subject to fulfilling the conditions mentioned therein.
4. To avail this facility on Fastag (i.e. registration of Fastag as Local Tag), vehicle user needs to submit proper documents viz, vehicle registration documents, proof of residence etc. at Toll Plaza Administration Office. After verification of documents and if documents are found in order, Fastag is registered under Local Tag by the Toll Plaza. This usually takes 2-3 working days after submission of documents.
5. Apart from registration of ‘Fastag as local tag’, we have no role in payment processing under Fastag as it is automated process and payment is processed as per said notification. It appears that proper details were not shared with you by the Fastag selling agency.
6. With respect to your complaint regarding non-compliance of your complaints, we would like to inform that we haven’t received any complaint from you earlier. Please note that all complaints are responded by us within reasonable time.
7. In case you are eligible for local monthly pass as per user fee notification, you are requested to visit Choryasi Toll Plaza with required documents.

On 05th Sept at 12.57 toll man has been collected toll from my brother by cash and also debited to my fast tag account also. We need to refund my to my account. if you not taken seriously we will going to consumer court and complaining to CMo and PMO office.
Paid Rs. 75.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no GJ05RK7650 at IRB Choryasi on on 20 Feb 2021, 06:53 PM. Toll txn Id: [protected].
Amount debited at Surat toll of my GJ 05(local) car.
Requesting for a refund.

    Hi,

    I am daily commuter from rajendra nagar entry and kokapet exit (Hyderabad). The irb staffs have created a lot of chaos in the orr toll plazas, on an average from 1 month time i have to spend approx 30 min (15 min at entry and 15 at exit). This is serious concern as the very reason i take orr is to save my travel time and petrol. Your staffs are really slow and they do not respond properly. There should already be a max time defined for waiting or else toll charges should be waved off. It is very pathetic of your company to create such a mess for daily travellers. Please take an urgent action.

    1. Please note that we are experiencing shortfall of lanes at these locations which at times results in traffic during peak hours. The same has also been brought to the notice of relevant authorities.
    2. To mitigate the same & for fast clearance of traffic during peak hours, we have made following arrangements :
    a) Deployment of additional manpower.
    b) Provision of change and small denomination notes to facilitate users.
    3. We would like to assure you that there is conscious and continuous effort by us to avoid delay to user in crossing toll Plaza at all times.

      Why there are different toll rate for different mode of payment? While paying toll by cash it is rs. 230/[protected]:8.45 am), through fastag toll collected is rs. 138/-.
      This is to bring to your notice that today at khalapur toll around 8.45 am we have paid cash rs. 230/-, receipt attached. Still our fastag account got debited for rs. 138/-, message attached.
      Hence requesting you to refund rs.230/- which was collected extra.

      We are in receipt of your complaint dtd: 14.08.18, regarding deduction o[censored]ser fees through Cash & Fastag at Khalapur Toll Plaza on Mumbai Pune Expressway, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.
      At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

      1. Please note that the user fee for car is Rs.230/- at Khalapur Toll Plaza for full stretch (Mumbai to Pune) and Rs.138 for partial stretch (Mumbai-Lonavala). Users while paying cash have discretion to obtain receipt for Khlapur/Lonavala and users who have paid Rs.230/- in cash at Khalapur are not required to pay anything at next Toll Plaza at Talegaon enroute to Pune. However, for Fastag partial payment (i.e. Rs.138/- up to Loanavala) is collected at Khalapur and difference amount is collected at Talegaon.
      2. We have verified our accounts and confirm that we have received an additional amount of Rs.138/- and the same can be refunded.
      3. It may be noted that details of valid Fastag on a vehicle is automatically captured while crossing toll plaza and accordingly payment is deducted. If the person at toll booth fails to notice the same, cash payment is asked. It is advisable to inform about Fastag affixed on the vehicle before making cash payment.
      4. You are requested to contact your Fastag issuing bank to raise a chargeback request for refund of this amount. The same shall be credited to your bank account.

        I was at the charoti itb toll both the toll collecter mr chavan used abusive language.
        The matter was regarding we had a return toll ticket and we were moving towards dahanu
        There was dense traffic of 8kms at versova bridge mira road.
        We were late at toll just 35 mins after the expiry. We requested him regarding it abd explained the full scenerio of traffic.
        He replied “ toll konacha bapa che nahi” and abused my driver. On asking his name to complaint he replied “ karun gya je karu shakta * abused “

        We paid the toll.

        Is this a way to behave with the users.

        1. Toll booth system at toll plaza doesn’t accept return receipt after its validity is over. You will appreciate that toll staff cannot do anything beyond what is permissible by system.
        2. To investigate the matter properly we request you to please share some details of journey viz lane / booth no, date & time or provide scan copy of toll receipt.

        3. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.

          This is to inform you the irb toll of pune express way collect toll from defence personal by showing proper id card. And also they don't exempt indian navy personal on this toll by providing valid id card. Can you please suggest and give as exemption as per policy. Waiting for reply.           At the outset, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and wish to inform you that we hold our armed forces in high esteem and have highest of regards for defense personnel.

          In context of toll (User Fee) at Mumbai-Pune Expressway, we would like to clarify as under:

          1. User Fee for Mumbai Pune Expressway is governed by Notification No.PSP.2000/CR-106(II)/Road-8 dtd:09.08.2004 issued by Government of Maharashtra (copy enclosed for ready reference)

          2. As per said notification only defense vehicles are exempted from payment o[censored]ser fee. There is no exemption for the private/personal vehicles of defense personnel as per aforesaid notification. Accordingly user fee was requested from you by toll staff. You will appreciate that toll staff cannot do anything beyond what is permissible under notification.

          3. Please note that we have deployed qualified, trained & efficient staff for toll operations and they are provided periodical training for the job including behavioral training to ensure quality services. Any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us.

          4. As you have not shared your journey details (viz name of toll plaza, date & time of incident etc.) with us we are unable to investigate the alleged misbehavior.

          5. Request you to kindly share above details with us which will be enable us to investigate further.

            I am a regular traveller between dundigal point to medchal point on orr hyderabad. Today morning when i asked for return ticket at medchal point, the representative started abusing me and threatening me as he did not want to issue me return ticket because he already printed single journey ticket.

            Will somebody address this issue and control these arrogant representative.

            At the outset, we apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

            1. You had approached exit toll booth and exit receipt was issued as after scanning the entry receipt as required by you. However, subsequently you changed your plan and asked for Return Journey Toll Receipt.

            2. It was informed by the toll staff that the receipt once issued cannot be cancelled. This led to altercation between yourself and toll staff. You will appreciate that toll staff cannot do anything beyond what is permissible by system. We understand that attendant had rightly guided you about the system.

            3. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel.               I have an ICICI Fastag Account No. 20864373 with car No. GJ23M9421. Everytime i cross Vasad Toll Plaza my fastag account has been debited by 110 Rs. But actually because it is GJ-23 Passing car it should cut 55Rs. Only.

              I have talked to ICICI for the same and they are replying you have to register your car at toll plaza. For manual Car you are noting our Car no. and cut 55Rs. and for FASTAG why should i register?????

              I am local for toll plaza and it is free for me but my money back deducted from my account.I am attaching some proof that I am local for these Toll Buth. The charge that has been deducted is RBI Choryasi toll plaza.

              I have fast tag, customer ID 11604991 and my car registered no is GJ-06 ED 4521.

              before fast tag, as my car pacing is chhani, toll tax was Rs.60 for each trip.

              on 14th January 2019 it was deducted rs.120. it was totally double from manual system.

              can you please configure this local concession to my fast tag account.

              and also refund the excess deducted amount to my fast tag account.

              I have an airtel Fastag car No. GJ23CB7298. Everytime i cross Vasad Toll Plaza my fastag account has been debited by 120 Rs. But actually because it is GJ-23 Passing car it should cut 60Rs. Only.

              I have paytm fastag car number GJ06JQ7544, 8 crossed vasad toll plaza and my fastag account has been debited by 125 rs.
              But the it should cut 60 rs only for single trip for the passing of GJ-06.

              Please give attention to this and resolve this problem.
              FASTag is new age scam to double charge the customer for which hefty cash is already paid under table to the govt.for using in election funding & now the fund investors are over charging the customer to release their invested under table money. Corruption starts from the top.

                Last Week Santurday, 07July 2018, @ 09:28:04, I crossed khalapur toll plaza I was charged 138 rs at khalapur toll (MAHARASHTRA) by cash, attached is the receipt. After 10-15 mins I received message from ICICI Bank for my ETC tag Account No. 20433560 on 09:31:38 that 138 rs are charged and debited from my account. The person on the toll counter was completely aware that I have paid the amount in cash and though he had deducted amount from ETC Tag. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from ETC account.

                  My car ka51mk7627 travelling from Pune to Mumbai on 07/07/2018 evening about 18.52 the toll at 1st toll make was deducted by etc tag as 138. While exiting I realised I had exhausted balance on my etc tag and hence offered to pay by cash. The complaint is the staff at toll collection misbehaved, threatened and demanded 230 rupees. Though I explained and paid the remaining 100 rupee no receipt was given to me and I was being called names and asked to produce receipt. The receipt for etc tag is not issued. Hope it is visible on your window as to the entry toll is paid. Please request your staff to behave appropriately. Attaching the 1st toll gate payment for reference.

                  We are in receipt of your email dtd: 12.07.2018 relating to misbehavior by toll staff & non-issuance of toll receipt at Khalapur Toll Plaza on Mumbai Pune Expressway, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal.

                  At the outset, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

                  1. We have checked transaction details from our records and observed that you had entered Expressway through Talegaon Toll Plaza and Rs.138/- was deducted from fastag account.

                  2. While passing through Khalapur Toll Plaza, your tag was not valid (due to insufficient balance), which was brought to your notice by toll staff. Accordingly, you were requested to pay Rs.138/- by cash as per tariff applicable at the said plaza.

                  3. It may be noted that payment processing under Fastag is automated mechanism and cannot be interlinked with partial cash payment for two connected plazas. Also the person at one plaza will not have any access of Fastag transactions at another plaza.

                  4. We understand that the toll staff had rightly demanded Rs.138/- as per applicable tariff and there was no any incidence of misbehavior. However, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in improving our services.

                  Please note that we have deployed qualified, trained & efficient staff for toll operations and they are provided periodical training for the job including behavioral training to ensure quality services.

                  5. We also understand that a valid toll receipt for Rs.138/-was issued to you. We strictly ensure issuance of valid toll receipt for every cash/card transaction and payment may be denied if a valid receipt is not issued.

                  6. It may be further noted that we have deployed senior personnel at each toll plaza for escalation and resolution of any issue immediately. Complaint book has also been provided at each toll plaza for registration of the complaint.

                    Last Week Sunday, 24 June 2018, @ 15:32, I crossed khalapur toll comming from Lonavala to Panvel. I was charged 138 rs at khalapur toll (MAHARASHTRA) by cash, attached is the receipt. After 10-15 mins I received message from ICICI Bank for my ETC tag Account No. 20663687 on 15:40 that 138 rs are charged and debited from my account. The person on the toll counter was completely aware that I have paid the amount in cash and though he had deducted amount from ETC Tag. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from ETC account.

                    1. We have verified our accounts and confirm that we have received an additional amount of Rs.138/- and the same can be refunded.

                    2. It may be noted that details of valid Fastag on a vehicle is automatically captured while crossing toll plaza and accordingly payment is deducted. If the person at toll booth fails to notice the same, cash payment is asked. It is advisable to inform about Fastag affixed on the vehicle before making cash payment.

                    3. You are requested to contact your Fastag issuing bank to raise a charge-back request for refund of this amount. The same shall be credited to your bank account.

                    As I am a teacher, I have to face the problem of transfer from one place to another. What are the legal documents for local vehicle to get the free concession from toll charges.
                    Toll was deducted twice on 10th oct at khalapur...once through cash n first when they tried fast tag...they informed us that fast tag wasn't working..so we paid thru cash...but later recived msg of deduction of. Balance

                      This is regarding the toll plaza between ankleshwar and surat before kamrej cross roads. At that toll plaza all the vehicles bearing the local registration number are allowed to pass without paying a penny while others are forced to pay & they not give any recite of toll that we paid. If it is removed than it should not be there for all the vehicles. The staff at the toll is very rude and became violent on asking for his id. And also used abusive language. This type of arrogant behavior at the tolls is a risk of life for any customer. Please do take some action regarding this subject.

                      Greetings,
                      This is with reference to your complaint dtd: 02.07.2018 registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal relating to free passage of local registration vehicles & rude misbehavior of toll staff at Choryasi Toll Plaza.
                      At the outset, we sincerely apologize for any trouble or inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the said incidence has been investigated by us and clarify as under:
                      1. We are carrying out toll operations as per guidelines of ‘National Highways Authority of India’. User fee at toll plazas is collected as per National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and notification issued by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. It may be noted that there is no exemption from payment o[censored]ser Fee to any person except as specified in aforesaid Notification.

                      2. As per said notification, there is provision of issuing discounted Monthly Passes to persons residing within distance of 20 KM of toll plaza.

                      3. Most of the vehicles with local registration have Monthly Pass, which is either affixed on windshield of the vehicles or displayed by user while crossing the toll plaza. These passes are recognized by toll staff as a routine matter and such vehicles are allowed to pass without stopping to manage traffic efficiently. In many cases, RFID Tags are also affixed on these local vehicles which are automatically validated by overhead readers for passage of such vehicles without stopping.

                      4. From this, it might have appeared to you that local vehicles are allowed to pass without paying user fees. It may be further noted that valid receipts are issued for every transaction at our toll plazas.

                      5. We did not find any record of misbehavior by our staff and accordingly deny your allegations that our staff had threatened, abused or misbehaved with you. However, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in improving our services.

                      Please note that we have deployed qualified, trained & efficient staff for toll operations and they are provided periodical training for the job including behavioral training to ensure quality services.

                        Hi,
                        My name is dhaval and today i was travelling to igatpuri and there was this toll naka of vadpe near padgha. I made a mistake of breaching the toll naka which is an offence i agreed, i was stopped by the other guy right ahead of the toll naka and suddenly the guy who was collecting the money opened my car door and started abusing and hitting me. He gave me slaps literally and kicked me while i was inside my car and nobody stopped him. Is this the way you treat to someone who breaks the law? Or you fine him?

                            We are travelling from vadodara to ahmedabad in night about 00:30 am and before 25 km near ahmedabad our car is not started then we call helpline number so many time and the available person mr. Baghela was not provide any help, same time the local villager harreshing us then we call 100 number after that toll traffic crane came and help us. So please train your team to attend the complain immediately specilly in night.

                            1. Please refer to your email dated 27 May 2018.
                            2. Your call was received by CCR at 00: 58 hrs on 27 May 2018, regarding assistance required as the fuel in your car had finished.
                            3. Despite repeated queries by the CRO, your location was not identified though it was clear that you were traveling towards Ahmedabad.
                            4. Subsequently, at 02:00 hrs, your location was provided by Ring Road Toll Plaza and Section 2 patrolling team was sent to recover your vehicle and drop from Ch 26+750 RHS to Reliance Petrol Pump.
                            5. The avoidable delay occurred due to deficiency of communication between the affected parties. Notwithstanding the above, we have addressed the issue and counselled the CRO/concerned staff, so that such incidents are not repeated.

                              सर् मेरा नाम रावलजी रावIन्द्रसिंह । और में गुजरात मे वडोदरा में मेने 3 मार्च को Joinning किया था। april में बीमारी की वजशे अस्पताल में भर्ती हुया था। और मेरा बीमारी की वजशे मुजे ओपरेशन करवाना पड़ा था। मेरे शरीर पर 4 जगह पर ऑपरेशन था इस लिए में पूरा अप्रैल duty पे नही या सका था। और ये सब बातें मेने हमारे manager साब को बताई थी। मेरा re joinning का आप order दी जिये vadodara पे। ओर मेरा medical के सब certificate ओर 1 महीना जो मुजे आराम करना था को सब सर्टिफिकेट वडोदरा पे sabmit किया ही। आपको को निवेदन है कि आप मुजे फिरशे joinning का order दीजिये। मैने मेरी गंभीर बीमारी की वजशे छुटी ली थी। इन सभी का मेरे पास certi है।

                                Today i am very unhappy to rude behaviour with me at irb toll plaza at ladhpalwa pathankot - amtitsar highway.

                                The staff is very rude behaviour with us and so many customers. I met with the manager regarding this matter he is not ready to hear about the staff. He is not geeting satisfactory answer to me. I ask to the manager esclation matrix he is not aware he is wasting my time more than half an hour. He is not giving to complaint register. After i am shouting then he was giving the complaint register.

                                The toll manager he is not aware anout own duties and not handle the customer complaints.

                                My humble request to all please give the lesson to these person.

                                We are in receipt of your email dtd :13.05.18, regarding rude behavior of staff at Ladpalwan Toll Plaza Amritsar, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal. In this context, we would like to clarify as under:

                                1. Firstly we sincerely regret for inconvenience caused to you,
                                2. We have investigated your complaint.
                                3. We have observed that on dtd : 13.05.18 you had purchased return toll ticket in the morning from booth No.W03 on which you had completed your return journey in the evening.
                                4. At 08.00 p.m. on 13.05.18 again you had shown same return toll ticket for crossing toll plaza.
                                5. Since as per Govt. Notification No.S.O.1846 (E), copy enclosed, Return Toll Ticket is valid for “Two One Way Journey within a day” our staff requested you to pay again.
                                6. This leads to some verbal exchanges of words between yourself & toll staff.
                                7. ‘Complaint Register’ was demanded by you, which was promptly arranged by toll staff.
                                8. You had registered your complaint in ‘Complaint Register’ and complaint no. was 326.
                                9. We are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza under the guidelines of ‘National Highways Authority of India’.
                                10. As per aforesaid notification facility of multiple journey toll ticket does not exists.
                                11. We have deployed qualified and efficient staff who are trained for the job and amicable customer behavior.
                                12. We deny all your allegations that our staff had misbehaved with you.

E gj05 are allowed to pass without paying a penny while others are forced to pay. Even the person staying there and but having vehicle of different registration number other than gj05 this is totally biases if toll is to be paid than to all the vehicles and if it is removed than it should not be there for all the vehicles.                                   We are in receipt of your email dtd: 11.05.18, regarding vehicles having registration no GJ 05, allowed to pass without paying toll, registered under ‘Indian Consumer Complaints Forum’ portal. In this context, we would like to clarify as under:

                                  1. Please be informed that we are carrying out toll operations at aforesaid toll plaza under the guidelines of ‘National Highways Authority of India’.
                                  2. As per Govt.Notification No.S.O.2424 (E), copy enclosed, there is no exemption to any individuals except that are permitted in aforesaid Notification.
                                  3. At the same time, there is provision of issuing discounted Monthly Passes for the local residents for their non commercial vehicles, residing within the radius of 20 KM’s.
                                  4. Most of the vehicles having registration no GJ 05 are having Monthly Passes & some vehicles are taking ‘Return Journey’ toll tickets.
                                  5. They have affixed Monthly Passes on the windshield of their vehicles & Return Passes are also visible, shown from inside the vehicle, same shall be recognized by toll staff and allowed such vehicles to go at an instant to avoid any inconvenience to other vehicles that are already standing in the queue of that lane.
                                  6. From this, you may be thought that GJ 05 vehicles are allowed to go without paying toll fees.
                                  7. This is for your information and assuring you of our best services at all times.

                                    It has become routine to wait in a long queue at tool booth. On 5th may i was travelling by gsrtc volvo bus at 7.30am we reached the both. We waited for almost half an hour before we paid the toll. This is shear waste of time. I am doctor who visits ahmedabad. This can disrupt my schedule. I request you to solve the issue at the earliest. As the national high way 8 has toll tax which is higher (Rs 80) than the toll tax of expressway, all traffic is diverted to expressway. So it is congested. Toll at both national highway must be at par or it must be higher at expressway. Expressway had lost its meaning because waste of time the traveller has to bear. All heavily loaded trucks travel on expressway.

                                      The staff at the toll is very rude and became violent on asking for his id. And also used abusive language. This type of arrogant behaviour at the tolls is a risk of life for any customer. Please look into the matter as this could cause serious problems in future for the customer. The incident took place at talegaon toll on mumbai pune express way. I am attaching his photo also. Please punish the culprit appropriately.

                                        I have my property in taloja panchnanad. I have to travel daily from this toll to my office. Sometimes toll staff allowed me to pass through but today they charged to cross the toll. I showed him my flat registration paper of taloja but they asked me to show car rc which is of panvel. I can not understand why local residents have to pay toll to pass through this toll. Also irb staff is so rude, they don't know how to behave with people.
                                        Please solve this problem on urgent basis.
