duplicate toll amounts being taken from travelers due to fastag

I traveled from pune to alibag in pune-mumbai expressway on 2/11/2019 and returned. Following transactions has been done.

Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 173 for transaction by vehicle majgxxmtkgkc55694 at toll talegaon toll plaza on[protected]t14:13:17.

Sub:- no reserve lane at khandi obri toll plaza, udaipur himatnagar road for fast tag users
Dear sir,
Khandi obri toll plaza never maintaining rules for fast tag users as well polite behavior with customers, i had travel on this road on dated[protected].15 p. M. That time they did not maintaining reserve lane for fast tag users. When i have requesting to your staff for reserve lane for fast tag user, they didn’t polite behave with us, when i request complain book to your on duty staff, then after they are passing half an hour time to make available complain book, then i can registered complained cited dt.[protected], reference no.167,
I have receipt also. We are using fast tag for saving our time but we are tired to your on duty staff behave and toll plaza management of fast tag reserve lane at said toll plaza, they are passing all vehicle in fast tag lane. It is requested to you take action in this regard as early as possible.

Greetings!

We are in receipt of your email dtd: 02.11.2019 relating to no reserve lane for Fastag users at Khandobri Toll Plaza on Udaipur Himatnagar road for fast tag users

At the outset, we sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform that the matter has been investigated by us and clarify as under:

1.Khandiobri Toll is having total 12 lanes, 06 lanes each in (up & down) direction with hybrid ETC enabled.
2.Two ETC dedicated Fastag lanes are available each for both direction, due to new toll plaza Erecting work is in progress all the vehicles are availing facility of Fastag through all lanes, there is no any technical issue.
3. Due to ongoing toll plaza erecting work there may be some delay in passing Toll plaza.
4. We have not observed any misbehavior by plaza staff. We would like to inform that any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us and we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel. Please note that we provide periodical training for the job to our personnel including behavioral training to ensure quality services.
5. As per your demand complaint book was made available to you and you had written your
complaint.

Once again, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

My complaint has not reserved lane for Fasttag users, you’re on duty staff passing all vehicles mean without fasttag pass Vehicale also pass in this lane and westing time heaving fasttag pass, also time consuming to providing complain book they taking 30 minutes times to given complain book and miss behaves with customer

    Hello sir / madam,
    Today 2/11/2019 i was travelling mumbai to pune on mumbai-pune express way.

    At talegaon toll, i was told etc is not working please pay cash. Thus i paid cash 230/-. At talegoan toll i showed my cash receipt of 230/- and moved on towards pune. Within 15-20 min i received message on mobile that rs. 173/- is deducted from my account as charges of tool at talegaon thru etc. I think so they are doing purposefully.

    Thus i am charged rs 173/- when i was not supposed to be charged anything at talegaon.

    Will irb provide refund of this amount?

        The toll server was down for about 5 minutes. The staff is very irresponsible and ill mannered and let the long queue wait. This is utter wastage of time of travellers. And this happened when the overall traffic was less. We could pass through after changing the lane only and the rude staff commented that as you have waited for 5 minutes, you will reach 5 minutes earlier. Pathetic management of toll services.

          Hi team,

          This is related to my travel on 12th october on pune-mumbai expressway. I made 2 journeys starting from pune to mumbai and return. On both the occasion i have been charged twice.
          The car registration number is mh-12-qf-1140 and the fastag (Paytm) registration number is 'makdg175aj4001947'.

          I have attached the toll receipts and messages received on deduction of amount from fastag. Can you please review the same and refund the amount?

            I was traveling towards pune through my car mh43bn8705 on 29th october 2019 via mumbai pune expressway. I have paid rs. 230/- cash at khalapur toll plaza as a toll charges (Transaction no. [protected]) because less balance (Rs. 200/-) in my fastag account. But at talegaon toll plaza again rs. 175/- debited from my fastag account (Ma3czf63skj588013). I received message of this transaction after 15 minutes.

              I have paid rs. 230/- at talegaon toll plaza vide receipt no. 3325 - lane w0, w01-09 (Bar code reader no.[protected] as due to heavy traffic situation extra toll gates opened and there is no. Etc lane available. I had specifically ask operator to ensure that double toll wont cut as i have bar code sticker connected to my car. But on the contractor my wallet got debited twice on at talegaon toll & then at the exist of khalapur - rs. 173 each — tran. Ref. [protected] & [protected].
              I am expecting refund of this extra (Double) deduction of toll during transit. If you have any query, i am ready to reply any time.

                Yesterday i traveled from Mumbai to Pune.
                Single Trip Journey Cost is 230 Rupees.

                1. They Charged me 173 Rupees at Khalapur Toll Plaza.
                2. Again i got charged 173 Rupees at Talegaw Toll Plaza.

                They denied the fact that i already paid toll 173 rupees by saying we have completely different setup at Khalapur Toll Plaza. they should charge only remaining amount

                this is ridicules. i need my money back.

                  Today 28th oct 2019 at 22.10 i was traveling with my family from nh 48 kheda to vadodara via car vrn gj 06 ed 7392. I am using fastag for paying toll fee, i passed through on kheda tp without any hurdle by paying toll fee from my valid fastag but when i reached at vasad tp in dedicated toll lane fastag could not read by fastag reader, thus i tried to move in nearby mix mode lane but dedicated lane was blocked with cemented barricades hence could not cross over the lane. I requested toll plaza staff to brought hand held rfid reader or move the barricades which is as per design of nhai but unfortunately staff did not agreed ant rudely asked to take car back in reverse.in mean time one personnel came in lane and rudely asked that i am "police" and asked me forcefully to taken back car because there is a movement of dgp gujarat in this lane. He showed me police i card and continuously forced me and my family to taken back my car.

                  I have registered fastag related complaint on nhai help line 1033 but i have firm doubt that that fellow had shown me fake id card of police which is serious crime. I have register my complaint with police help line 100 and will register written complaint in local police station also.

                  You are requested to keep cctv footage of incident to identify the personnel and if he was using fake id, legal action can be taken against him.

                  We are in receipt of your email dated[protected], regarding showing fake police ID card by Vasad toll staff on Ahmedabad Vadodara Express Highway NH-48, on consumer complaint forum.

                  At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have investigated the same and clarify as under:-

                  1. The dedicated FASTag lane was temporarily closed for maintenance and hence toll staff had guided you to pass through adjoining lane. The said lane was made operations on the same day and subsequently there were no issues in operations.

                  2. We understand that, your vehicle has passed through dedicated FASTag lane subsequently without any issue.

                  3. Please note that all lanes (including dedicated fastag lane) are operational 24 X7 and none of the lanes are closed expect in case of routine maintenance/ emergency. Kindly also note that as per guidelines of National Highways Authority of India the using of Hand Held device is strictly prohibited at dedicated ETC lanes (Enclosed Circular for reference).

                  4. Please note that we have deployed qualified, trained & efficient staff for toll operations and they are provided periodical training for the job including behavioral training to ensure quality services. Any misbehavior by our personnel is strictly dealt by us.

                  5. Due to unavailability of camera at specified location, we are unable to identify the person who had displayed Police identity Card. However, we have instructed our plaza team yet again to ensure proper conduct by our personnel and be more vigilant at the plaza.

                  6. We once again regret the inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

                    My fastag of car MH02BZ9137 wrongly charged both times while going from Mumbai to Pune on 26th October 2019 as well as on 28th October 2019 while coming from Pune to Mumbai via the expressway. Toll both operator was informed that fastag is installed on car but they said that the tag is invalid and not working and took entire toll amount. Amount cut on 26th October Rs. 173. Amount cut on 28th October Rs. 173 as well as Rs. 57.

                        I am from narwana toll plaza (Supervisor - 25280), rohit ranjan. We are seek of this management, we are suffering from not taking proper food. We are taking food bad quality. Our all staff are not know how to dealing with junior staff or person. My all senior member not listen me properly. When i told him in any problems they rudely behave with me, and give me warning for absent. So i should fear from those words and neither told him any problems.

                        There is big pothole on middle lane of express way after passing khalapur toll after some distance towards mumbai. which can cause serious damage to car wheel and even accident. my wheel rim was damage. it is impossible to skip pothole at speed. Please take serious note of this issue.

                          On 20-sep-19, i used vadodara tool plaza from ahmedabad ring road and paid toll using fastag around 2:04 pm. While returning, i used ahmedabad ctm toll plaza at 06:37 pm on same day. I also used fastag on it but entire one way toll deducted instead of return journey.

                          We are in receipt of email on dtd: 20.09.19 deduction o[censored]ser fee through fastag at Toll Plaza of Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway, NE1.

                          At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We hereby inform you that we have investigated the matter and clarify as under:

                          1. Please note that ‘closed tolling system’ is applicable at Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressway where User fee is determined by entry and exit locations.

                          2. It may be noted that a return receipt is valid only for ‘to and fro’ journeys between same plazas. The systems have been configured accordingly.

                          3. We understand that you had undertaken first journey from Ring Road to Vadodra and second journey from Vadodra to Ahmedabad. As the plazas were different for to and from journeys, the benefit of return journey benefit was not applicable in this case and user fee for single journey was deducted from fastag (for both journeys) which is correct and valid as per Govt. Notification

                          4. Once again, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused to you and highly appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve our services.

                            Sir, on 26 sep 19, i was on the way to pune to lonavala in a taxi (Hired personally for me). At talegaon toll plaza, lane w02, i was forced to pay toll tax even after production of my defense identity card. The collector showed a lot of rudeness and didnt get agree at all. It was a case of total disrespect towards the serving defense personnel. I will look forward to seek positive feedback from your end.

                              Where is the receipt of 92 rs. Is this a scam?

                                Extremely bad road with zero maintainanance of quality of expressway between solapur to indapur stretch on pune hydrabad expressway (Maharashtra). Comes under irb infra. Big potholes unattended for months together now.
                                Please do the need full, asap before people die
                                Even the roads have much bigger potholes than city roads and they are taking huge amount of toll.

                                  I was travelling from Pune to Lonavala on 01-September-2019 via Express Way.
                                  At Telegaon toll plaza, at around 10AM, I have paid 138 Rs. (Receipt Attached)
                                  While returning back from Lonavala to Pune I again paid 138RS at Telegaon toll plaza(receipt attached) at around 3:20PM.

                                  After driving a while I received as SMS saying my FastTag account has been again debited with RS 138.
                                  My wallet id is [protected] and customer id is [protected].
                                  My fastag account is with axis back.

                                  Please refund my money back as soon as possible to my wallet.

                                    2004 national surat gujarat irb irb choryasi"is free for surat vehicles registered under"gj-05-xx-yyyy" but sorry to say you that i have been two tme deducted for rs.75+75=150 by my fast tag. Fastag cust id[protected]. Complain for the same had been raised by me twice today. But sorry to say you that staff isnot co-operate to me. This is unfair with customers

                                      I am from badopatti toll plaza, hisar, haryana. Here i am employee and facing very badly management,, here food is not well condition,, incharge and dpm is very bad and rudely behave with employees. T. A is not listen our words, he told here i am the boss, and all control under me. We complaint to the manager but he doesn't take any action,, what should we do.
                                      Please help us and provide better management.
