Toll of 203 collected twice on single journey from mumbai to pune

Hello,

We need to know if employee of Indian Navy (part of Armed Force) travelling in his private car for duty is he exempted from toll tax on Pune Mumbai expressway toll (Talegaon & Khopali) if he shows his ID card and Service letter that he is working and needs to travel.

While returning from Khopoli to Panvel rs. 203/- toll was charged while Panvel to khopoli only Rs. 40/- was actual toll.

This is clear loot and immediate refund need to be processed.

Was going from pune crossed Dehu road and the cashier manually deduced 41₹ at Dehu road toll

While returning same evening, 20.5 was deducted …

Why was 41₹ deduced when I crossed into Lonavala but 20.5 when I crossed back into pune the same evening?

I Have been Travelling through Mumbai pune expressway Where my Toll at Khalapur was Charged Rs.203. whereas when i passed Talegaon i Recieved same dedcution of Rs. 203 whereas the amount Chargeable is Rs.67.

I need a refund for my Balance Amount

MH 12 FK 5956..is my car no ..i had fast tag but not displayed on glass.i asked the concened toll staff to cgeck it is being scanned..but he denied and asked cash..i paid in cash..but afterwards i found message that the toll is paid through fast tag also .
So it double payment of toll.
So please refund me the double paid toll amount to my account.

But I am coming in Khalapur Toll Plaza on 26.9.22 Timing 17:09:07
Dedacted form my Fastag Amount Rs 203 .I am showing payment reciept on countr no 1 After that deducting my payment .Refer CCTV Footege aveleble with you
So I Am requiest to you refund my amount .

I had filled all documentation and get Toll fee waiver form from RTO in ganpati season period and onevery toll of mumbai kolhapur highway i show this form to toll person, then also i got charged and money got deducted from my fastag account. i have all receipts of fatag and RTO toll fee waiver letter as well

My vehicle is registered with Vadodara district GJ06 i need to travel to Vasad / Borsad and for 20 kms i need to pay 215 for single journey return or 280 if i will return on other day i need to use only 20 kms highway so why should i need to pay full amount ?

Pathetic condition at vapi toll plaza.
Always long traffc queue at vapi still thry charge the toll.
Even after govt has chaged that thing.roads condition are pathetic

Every morning when i leave for office, i need to face traffic jams at vapi toll tax. My home is in valsad, my office in vapi, that is around 20kms on NH48. It used to take 20 mins from my home to office me when i got transferred from my company in vapi 1 and half year back.
But since the rain started the condition of road became so scary and pathetic.
It feels like we are going on a war with life and not office.
It takes 1 hour every mornng.
Still this toll plaza dont miss even a single day to cut my toll from fast tag even after our road and transport minister shri nitin gadkri ji instructed that you cant take toll if the que is longer than 100mtrs.
I am a genuin tax payer for our country.
I pay toll as well everyday to reach my office.
Still i reach late to my work.
And road conditions are so bad tha no one can imagine.
Its my humble request to please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

While returning from Pune to Mumbai on talegaon toll plaza they collect double toll for same route. I inclose the receipt and details information about the payment. I want refund of my amount which is collected by the toll plaza as early as possible.
On the evening I'm having same issue in log in into fast tage for recharge that why I'm unable to recharge the fast tage but after some cordination I'm able to recharge fast tag with help of new app but because of that toll authority charge is Rs.500 as a fine.
I want to you to take the action regarding my problem as early as possible.

The fastag wasn’t working at the toll gate at Talegaon toll plaza and I had to pay by cash. Thanks have attached the receipt for the same. However the same toll of Rs. 203 has also been debited from my fastag wallet.

I travelled by old Mumbai Pune Highway for Pune Mumbai and then the police on the way diverted to a common strech which took me to Khalapur toll plaza on expressway.

In total i was charged Rs 694/- between Kolhapur and Mumbai.
( with Pune Mumbai being Rs 324/- despite travelling by Old Mumbai Pune Highway)

Hell Sir,

Irrespective of having the Passes to travel Toll free during my visit to Konkan for Ganpati celebration., the Talegoan Toll plaza cut my Toll fare. sharing screenshot of Toll free passes and the Toll cut fare.

I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune on 27th August 2022. First Rs 203/- got deducted at Khalapur toll, then Rs 67/- at Talegaon toll but then additional Rs 41/- for deducted at Dehuroad toll naka on my Fastag. I distinctly remember earlier when I had used the same route via Somatane, Dehuroad toll was not deducted. Please help me get the refund of Rs 41/-...

I was travelling on Mumbai Pune Expressway on dated 19th August, 2022. I have paid toll at Khalapur toll booth through cash. but while exiting from Talegaon toll booth, again toll has been deduced from my fast tag account.

The situation arised at khalapur toll plaza(lonavala). which occurred on our way towards mumbai. A part of our toll was deducted on the kusgaon toll plaza I.e rs135 and the remaining rs68 was to be deducted at the khalapur toll. The incident occurred between 7.15pm-7:30pm when we arrived in our car no MH04JB5167 over there.ou fast tag was short of funds after the dedcution at previous toll about which we were unaware.after reaching khalapur toll we were advised to recharge the fastag which was done in the spot and were told it would take not a min less than 20 mins to update on fastag and to wait on the side of the road by the employee named somnath somavanshi with id no 22332 whi behaved with us much rudely to the intent of grudge and indulge in hooliganism.i responded aggressively to his action and yet again he misbehaved and insulted my father who is a senior citizen which was against the odds. The entire staff was engaged in cooling down the situation but it took a lot from us to get the name of this person as they were not ready to provide his details at any cost.i have also attached a shirt clip of the person and their senior as well.
This incident has shaken us a lot and would do anything to get justice .
It's my request to you to come up with a solution to this situation or we may be required to go to the higher authorities to get justice.
