Hi,

We own a XUV500 vehicle and have Axis Bank fastag with number [protected]. We have travelled from Annigeri (our hometown) to Bangalore on 15th Aug 2022. We have crossed the "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" toll plaza around 9.34pm and there was a deduction of Rs 100 as Toll Fee. However, on 17th Aug 2022 we have received two more deductions from "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" with details as "Adjustment Entry" for Rs. 17 and Rs. 393 respectively for the date 15th Aug 2022.

As per the statement the "Karjeevanhally Toll Plaza" has multiple debits on the same date & same time.

This is really unacceptable, Hence. I would like to raise a complaint against "M/s IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Pvt Ltd" for wrong transaction charges and would like to request for a full refund and would request for a fine on "M/s IRB Tumkur Chitradurga Tollway Pvt Ltd" toll plaza for the wrong deduction of Toll Fee and also inconvenience caused to us.

I am resident of Dehuroad and occasionally travel to Talegaon/Somatne Phata and seems every time toll gets deducted from FastTag account.
Even many time i asked toll employee that do not scan the Fast Tag barcode but still they do the same.
And main thing, they are so rude and if we try to even talk them about toll then start using abusing word, attack the car owner.
Is this allowed to them by IRB administration?
I need to know what is regulation for locals and toll employees.
Why we have to pay the toll when we are not even using Highway for more than 3Kms .
Can someone reply to me with proper justifications?
Also if i dont get any response then i will submit complain to PM office and Infrastructure ministry office.

I was travelling on 14 Aug 22 from Pune to Mumbai via old Mumbai Pune NH48 highway. I paid toll on Old Mum Pune highway.

One diversion showed that common strech between NH48 and expressway, diversion took me to Khopoli where toll plaza charged me 203/0

Why should expressway between Khopoli to Panvel be charged at 203/ Please refund.

I traveled today 8th August 22 from navi mumbai to lonavala. I m using fasttag on my car. While passing through khalapur toll plaza toll of Rs. 203/- was deducted I.e. upto pune. While passing next exit at kusgaon, it was clear that I traveled upto lonavala. Henceexcess toll of Rs. 68/- required to be refunded.
While again returning on same day, toll of Rs. 135/- deductedat kusgaon toll plaza. Therefore no toll was required to be deducted at khalapur toll plaza. But again Rs. 68/-has been deducted. Why such illegal collection. I come across that Most of the persons do not complain thinking it is small amount.
I therefore request to refund excess collection of Rs. 136/-

Hi team,

I had gone to Mumbai from Pune on 4th August and my money was deducted from Paytm wallet through fast tag but I was forced to pay double amount on the toll.

I was traveling on Expressway on 17th july 2022. I was charged double toll at Talegaon Toll Plaza since my Fastag balance was low. Picture attached of reciept. Then i immediatly charged my fastag. Further i got again charged on Khalapur toll plaza for Rs
203. Kindly Refund excess toll charged please. My vehicle number is also deliberatly entered wrong by the employee at Talegaon toll plaza

I used to travel from Jaipur to Chittorgarh. Along the way I noticed that there is a huge amount of heavy particles of Silica(Bajri) and dust on both sides of road (along the divider and on road side). As per the rules the Toll collecting company is responsible for the cleanliness of the road till its range, But in our Toll area Gangrar (PIN code 312901) Toll collecting company (IRB) is not cleaning the road on a regular basis since the construction of 6 lane was completed. I request the honorable Authority take steict actions against IRB on violating the rules made by NHAI.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I was traveling from Mumbai-Rune today. I started my journey at 4.00pm and reached khalapur toll at around 6.13pm(3rd July 2022). Toll was automatically deducted from my fastag and happily proceeded to Pune.
On reaching Talegaon at 7.14pm (3rd July 2022), the Toll collector stopped me and asked for an additional fund of 203/- as I had deliberately recharged 300/- in my FastTag Account. He started shouting at us and he didn't allow me to proceed further and eventually paid the additional amount in cash (203/-).
For entire journey, I landed up paying double toll.

Res Sir my name is Prathviraj Singh Vithalsingh Chauhan Age 75 Occupation Farmer.My farm is located on Dhule Solapur Highway in Georai ta Georai Dist Beed build by IRB . Due to seasons first rain in my farm lot of water stored because there is no Outsource of gutter and now start rainy season in four month of rainy season water stored in my farm.my all crop get waste .how I survive so pls provide gutter.

On 19th June 2021, I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune. At Khalapur Toll Plaza the toll of rupees 270 cash was charged due to a technical problem in the Fast tag reader, later also 203 rupees were debited from the fast tag.

I need a refund of rupees 270.

Dear Sir/Madam, on 19/6/22 I travelled through Mumbai-Pune return same day. While returning from Pune I was informed at khalapur toll staff due to low balance in my fast tag toll not deducted I will have to pay cash ₹203. I informed pass me through i have a valid fast tag and will auto deduct once recharge done but the lady didn’t listen so was forced to pay cash as per photo of receipt attached. Later when I reach home I recharged my fast tag and find that immediately my fast tag also was deducted for ₹203 as per screenshot of SMS attached. Since I’m charged twice request to refund the amount to my car no MH03DK2264.

I was traveled form pine to Mumbai on 8th June and I has paid cash amount of 270 rs at talegaon toll due to insufficient amount in fast tag receipt attached here, but at khalapur even showing receipt 203 rs deducted from fast tag. This is not acceptable at all. Kindly refund deducted amount at khalapur toll.

Hello Team,

I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune via expressway on 12th June, 2022. Before I start the journey FASTtag balance was 288 Rs. When passing by Khalapur toll, rupees 203 deducted from my account and then the balance about in my FASTtag was 85 Rs.

Further when I reached Talegaon toll, it should deduct more 67 Rs from my account as Mumbai to Pune full toll is 270 Rs. also I was having enough money in the account to pay 67 Rs. still in that case toll authority asked me for 406 Rs in cash.

My complaint is that even after having enough money to pay the toll, toll authority asked for extra toll and I had to pay. I paid total 203 + 406 = 609 Rs toll.

Please support here in order to get my excessive money reimbursed.
