    I was traveling on 21.02.22 from Pune to Mumbai, I arrived at Talegao toll plaza in the morning at 6.08. I have a fast tag account (ID number is [protected]) so I used the fast tag lane. The machine was showing insufficient balance as the reason, so the operator charged me 540 rs at that point I paid the charge & arrived home after that I checked my account balance which was Rs 956, so the problem was in the machine. I had to pay an extra charge without my fault in it. Please look into the matter & return me the extra charges. I am attaching the documents with this email as proof for the above-stated matter.

      Sir, my vehicle, car no MH12Kj3903 travel from pune to navi mumbai on date 21 Feb 2022 at morning, my total toll charges cut from fast tag is as rs 203, rs 67, and rs 40
      Ahe i return from mumbai on same day 1. Vashi toll rs 40, 2. Jhala our toll rs 203 (INR 203 toll debited from Tag 3XXX2080 for vehicle no. MH12KJ3903 AT Khalapur Toll Plaza on 21/02/22 14:52. Avbl Bal INR181. IDFC FIRST Bank)
      Again rs 203 toll cut at talegaon toll plaza {INR 203 toll debited from Tag 3XXX2080 for vehicle no. MH12KJ3903 AT Talegaon Toll Plaza on 21/02/22 15:44. Avbl Bal INR-22. IDFC FIRST Bank in bracket actual message given burned your system.
      I pay 406 express way toll, actual it is rs 270
      I pay extra rs 136.
      Pls refund extra charges taken from rastyavar

        On 20th feb 2022, I was travelling on pune expressway, when I arrived at khalapur toll plaza, there was a long queue of vehicles, say 100 cars ahead of me and the waiting period was approximately 30 minutes.
        Is it the real way to travel on expressway after having fastag on my vehicle??
        If so, then I need to prefer another way next time if you don't resolve my issue.

          Address: Yeshi toll near osmanabad solapur-aurangabad national highway

          Delay in toll deduction due to technical issue at toll plaza . Wait was about 5 to 7 mins, staff was unmannered and rude. Acoording to the norms if there is technical issue at toll plazza so no toll will be deducted from the toll giver and they have to clear the queue

            Today 21 Feb 2022
            I travelled from Pune to.Mumbai, I was having a active fastag with sifficient balance to travel . At Talegaon toll plaza I was charged with Rs.203 wich is correct now I taken a exit at lonawala flyover and had a tea at lonawala (10.min break) and immediately entered on express way to Mumbai from Kusgaon toll plaza I was under impression that I should not be charged at Kusgaon and continued my journey.
            Now at Khalapur toll plaza my fastag balance was showing Zero.
            So I got to know that Kusgoan toll plaza charged me Rs 135 due to my fastag balance was below Rs.50.
            Now Khopoli toll plaza asked me to pay Rs.203 for exit to.Mumbai they are not ready to discuss I had shown them both receipts / sms and they should charge me Rs.65.

            This is completely illegal due to Kusgaon toll.plaza I paid extra Rs.273 Actual toll on express way 268 (Talegaon 203, Kusgaon 135, Khopoli 203 total Rs.541)

            Ever since fastag is implemented I am using it not to be get fooled or looted by such guys.

              I am tarvilling on national highway 211 new(52) and i had enough balance in my fastag at PADALSINGI toll plaza IRB scanner unable to scan my fastag so I request the staff to do something I have enough balance I also showed my fastag account statement to them they was supposed to help me instead of that they are forcefully taken double charges from me eventually I returned on PADALSINGI toll plaza in 12-14 hour then my fastag is scanned so I paid 280 rs to IRB instead of 120 rs and the staff was scared me and they are very rude to me and giving me threat of fight so I have my toll receipt my ticket no is[protected] I am also providing you the photo of receipt ia want my money back you look in it seriously otherwise I am going to complaint in PADALSINGI Police station and provide them my fastag account statement and receipt

                  Authority should address Arrogance of staff working at this toll plaza. Even after toll paid they put down barrier on vehicle and if we ask why they did this. They starts doing arguement. Who will be responsible if vehicle damaged. NHAI and transport minister should look in to this.

                      IRB had deducted toll for passenger car MH12PC6615 and to my shock you had instructed paytm to deduct another Rs.1173 towards toll and your have mentioned the following reason:

                      'the excess toll fare amount has been debited due to vehicle class mismatch'

                      Sir, my car is a passenger car and you have already deducted the toll so now how can you additionally deduct the toll of Rs.1173/- for the second time and that too for the wrong vehicle class.

                      Kindly reverse the amount of Rs.1173/0 immediately on my paytm account no [protected]

                        On 11/02/2022 while travelling from Navi Mumbai to Pune via expressway NH4. Toll tax was charged double at Khalapur Toll Plaza (Rs. 540) and later on Rs. 203 deducted from my Fastag also. Since there is some problem with my fastag which didn't detect at the Toll Plaza.

                        I hereby attached both the toll receipt and msg received from fastag after deduction.

                          I am a regular traveler between navi mumbai and pune. Today 10th feb-2022 at 4.15 pm. There have been delays due to time taken to collect the toll from fastag. We have shown balance screen shot (Attached herewith) to the employee attended there. My car passed the scanner location, but looks like the scanner did not work. On this the staff present at the booth stopped my car. I stopped my car and requested to scan using the handgun. On this the staff present in the first right-hand side lane (Coming toward mumbai) misbehaved with me, used abusive language.
                          If our balance is short toll collector charges double as a penalty when your scanner not working and due to which delayed our vehicle it must be penalized to toll collector authority. Please take note of this and instruct your staff accordingly.
                          As per the statutory rule, any delay beyond 10 seconds is undesirable as it hampers the movement of vehicles and also results in excessive burning of fuel. Toll collection company has to release the vehicles in such situations and ensure that vehicular movement is smooth.

                            - Car MH46BK1789 crossed khakapur toll in 5th Feb 2022 @ 14:50.
                            - The barrier was first down and then after reading fastag it raised and I passed.
                            - Within 2 seconds it came down and damaged by “A” pillar, roof and windshield.
                            - On asking First person said you dont have sufficient balance and on showing balance as more than 1000 he ran away.
                            - then 2nd person said its a system issue what can we do (Then who is supposed to manage systems… Us or toll operator).
                            - then 2 people with IRB badge came and started threatening that you do whatever you want to do and can go to police as well.. we dont care..

                            This is pure harassment. I have video recording of all people involved and will share with NHAI and tag Mr. Gadkari’s official twitter handle. Will file a complaint in consumer court as well.

                            I demand compensation of my expenses from IRB.

                              On 3rd jan 2022 i was travelling to mumbai by expressway and paid the toll of 203 at Pune toll. I have some work so i have taken exit at Lonavla and back on mumbai - pune expressway in 1 hr and again i have to pay 136 rupees. Why i have to pay again 136 rupees to back on the same road on same day?

                                ON Sunday 19/12/2021 @ 17:49:14, I crossed Talegaon toll Coming from pune to Panvel. I was charged Rs 270 at Talegaon toll (MAHARASHTRA) by cash, as my vehicle had breakdown i had to Tow my scorpio by towing vehicle where i paid toll charges of both vehicles by cash as the toll collection boy told that your fast has low balance even though account was having sufficient balance attached is the receipt. After 17:50:33 mins I received message from ICICI Bank for my ETC tag TRIP No. [protected] that Rs 203 are charged and debited from my account. The person on the toll counter was completely aware that I have paid the amount in cash and though he had deducted amount from ETC Tag. Attached are the photos of cash receipt as well as text message from ETC account.

                                  Toll amount at Dehu Road Toll Plaza is Rs. 41/-, but Rs. 54/- was debited from my ICICI Fastag Customer ID 10780243 on 24th January'22 as well as on 31st January'22.

                                      28th Jan 2022 driving from mumbai. Stopped at shedung toll naka
                                      Had enough amount in my fast tag. But toll guy said not enough balance and was forced to pay cash. After crossing my fastag too got charged. I was told later that this is a racket going on. Pls look into this highway robbery by irb infrastructure.

                                        I am a regular traveler between Talegaon and Pune. My spouse is a Govt employee working in essential service category. Hence needs to be dropped at office in the early morning times.
                                        On various occasions, there has been a delay in releasing the vehicles from the toll plaza. There have been delays due to time taken to collect the toll from fastag. As per the statutory rule, any delay beyond 10 seconds is undesirable as it hampers the movement of vehicles and also results in excessive burning of fuel. Toll collection company has to release the vehicles in such situations and ensure that vehicular movement is smooth.
                                        Today around 9:15 I was passing from a Somatane Toll booth. My car past the scanner location, but looks like the scanner did not work. On this the staff present at the booth stopped my car. I stopped my car and requested to scan using the hand gun. On this the staff present in the last lane while coming from Pune to Talegaon, mis behaved with me, used abusive language and tried to damage my car. I had to rush my car and move from there. If this behavior continues, I will have to lodge a police complaint against IRB.
                                        Please take note of this and instruct your staff accordingly.
