I got an offer from axis bank coochbehar that, on depositing rs 20000 cash to my savings account, i will get a benetton watch free. After depositing money, i got a voucher code which i redeemed at iredeem.in on july 27th, 2017 and my order of benetton wrist watch of rs 2999 is confirmed. My transaction id is [protected]. But the benetton watch was not delivered to me till now. Ii tried much to contact the company but not suceeded and no communication has done from the companies end till now.
iRedeem.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

But this order not found...

A message was displayed on the screen" you have successfully redeemed your evoucher. There was no confirmation through email or sms sent to me. As per the mail from axis bank, the product was supposed to reach me within 15-21 days. But now it is almost 30 days. I didnt receive any call or mail. I tried contacting @ [protected] which was provided as customer care number in the website of iredeem. But most of the time the call gets disconnected

            I had redeemed my coupon and purchased a watch but I didn't get any information regarding the shipping status. I had the transition from axis bank account and money was deducted from that account. But, I didn't get any confirmation message regarding the purchase.so I need the confirmation message regarding the shipping and tracking id of my purchase.

                                    Axis bank had offered a benetton bag for deposit of money in sd a/c for a certain period as a result iredeem gave voucher code no-[protected], but iredeem site front page is opening then it is not proceeding. Telephone no [protected] always replies our executive is busy we will shortly contact you but that shortly has not come yet.
                                    Pl look into the matter n send the bag immediately or else i will move consumer court against axis bank n iredeem for mental harassment.

                                    Looks fake, they won't dispatch the product until you post grievance on the internet ...their helpline and email is not reachable, that says a lot
                                    There are lots of duplicate UCB products sold off as original ...beware

                                        A msg has came in my mobile from axis bank that you can now redeem your voucher code... I redeemed it in iredeem.In.. Then a mail has came from ireddem that you have succesfully redeemed your benetton wallet.. You wil get in 10-21 days.. But after that i tried calling them in their number hundred times.. But again and again it gets automatically disconnected by saying dat we have noted your number... We wil get back to you shortly.. But still there is no communication from iredeem.. My transaction id is:[protected].. I have placed this order on 22april 2016..
