I ordered united colours benetton watch and a wallet on 27.07.19 and paid 411 with gst for both well in advance. I have been following up with i redeem team since more than 10 days and only thing they reply is our team will shortly get back to you. I really don't think for a watch and wallet it takes that long to prepare for packaging and shipping.
Kindly look into the matter..

I have got a offer in hdfc netbanking in redeem, so i placed a order on 29th jul 2019 for benetton women watch, and it worth rs.411.82 and i paid through hdfc net banking including gst. After the amount got deducted i did not get any product delivery update from your side, unable to track order status on your website, and no response from the contact number provided on your website

I have cancelled the order from this site yesterday, but still they have not refunded my payment of rs 411 which was done online. I called their customer service but the answer was unsatisfiable. And they even dont send any updates about the order.

Today i got my booked watch under your e-redeem products offer through hdfc bank. But this watch quality is poor /duplicate product. I am not interested to buy this poor / duplicate products. Product is booked on believe that m/s united colors of benetton is very good company but received products either is duplicate or bad product.

I want to return the same. Please arrange to collect the same and refund my money.

The amount was deducted from my account, now almost 15 days completed and there is no any communication regarding this order from iredeem and even not responding the number given in the iredeem site or not replied my mail sent regarding this through iredeem site, i am totally disappointed with the way this company works and even associated with hdfc, ita a gambling, hdfc is part of it. Really a unprofessional company is this and cheating people with the help of a reputed bank like hdfc

Iredeem.in — money is deducted and no details of order

I have received a message from hdfc bank, regarding ucb merchandise offer on 4/6/19 and on the same day, i have ordered a benetton watch.

I make a payments of rs 411.82 from my account.

I have been contacting iredeem from the past 15 days. There is no proper response from the people in the customer service.

I have been told that the parcel was send to fedex courier service on friday i. E[protected], and was provided with a tracking id.

I have called the fedex customer care and have shared the details regarding the tracking id and i was informed that the tracking id was a anticipated tracking id generated and the fedex courier services have not yet received any physical parcel form ireedem.

I have been constantly calling your customer care and have been mailing you from past 15 days.

The person who is responding to the customer calls was unable to communicate in english and finally there is a great confusion regarding the order placed.

If you want i can even share my contact details, the thing i wanted is to get my order placed at the nearest.

I had received faulty watch. Belt's handle was in broken conditiootAnd
Also there was no hole in one side of belt's handle.

i have logged complaint at [protected]@iredeem.in and As team said, I couriered the watch by Trackon Courier on below mentioned address.

But still not received replacement watch.

I am totally frusted with iredeem services. I request you to please give me money back.

I got a sms from HDFC bank regarding this offer of irdeem. I ordered UCB watch & UCB wallet on 10th Jun, but still i did not receive any update about my order. I tried on contact number, its not getting connected. I request irdeem to Kindly send my order with original products ASAP or refund my amount.When i checked their website it looks fake. I reviewed their presence in market but nobody was aware about this. I am worried how HDFC & many more banks allow to do marketing of this kind of fake companies & fake products.

I brought a watch for rs ₹411 from net banking hdfc. As this purchase was made under hdfc offer.
i though hdfc can't promote fake scams but got fake product so cheap look like ₹50 street market watch. Hdfc is making fool.moreover UCB don't have any product with code as mentioned there
When I called at customer care they are too responding to badly.
I want file complaint on both ireedem and hdfc bank for such a rubbish

There was a refund of Rupees 411 of Shipment ID-[protected] was supposed to come. However, even after 11 days I have not received the refund into my bank account.

The Reference ID: 5cc81e03da9a3 was shared my Iredeem team but no refund has been received yet.

I have emailed Iredeem multiple time however, there is no response from them and I tried the customer care phone number to address my concern but unable to connect over call.

Please help on this.

I have received an offer from bank with some code to redeem and buy products at discounted price. Then i have placed an order with two products benetton watch and wallet costing me around 800 bugs with iredeem on 01/06. Till now didnt receive anything. Even there is no other way to track details except AWB number which we can't get into the product is shipped. Pls check and resolve my query
