Ordered a ucb watch through hdfc netbanking offer in iredeem.in. And paid 412rs and it was said to be under an offer price. It took 12 days to reach. When it reached the box was torn. When i opened the box. The wallet was a duplicate/fake. I know it because i have used a ucb wallet before. The quality of it was even less than a 100rs wallet that we get to see from road side vendors. Pls dont get cheated by this hdfc bank scam. Save your money or buy something better from amazon or flipkart.

I followed the instructions, ordered a watch and completed my payment but i received no tracking information and confirmation email. I cannot track my order and i doubt that this is a scam.           I placed order a benetton-blbu-bu-gym-bag on june 11 but have not received the product so far. No information on courier tracking details or any other details is received so far.
          It was clearly mentioned that the order will be delivered in about 10 days but there is no information or status update on it.
          I need to know the status of my order or shall receive the amount back in my account.

            I redeem benetton wallet through my hdfc net banking on 22 june 2018 amount of rs:- 411.82 is debited from my account. My transaction id is:- [protected]. And till i did not receive any tracking no. I am not clear about my order is placed or not kindly confirm and do the need full & no one pick the call on your customer care number.

              Above mentioned product redeemed on 16 may 2018. Paid amount of rs. 411 through hdfc debit card. No tracking id given. No option to track product. Transaction id is [protected]. Received mail on 05 june 2018 stating product returned due to address related issue. The complete address details was given in the first place. Never an issue of address or 'consignee not available'. However still, the address details were submitted again. Its almost a month now since the date of purchase. Deliver the product at the earliest. Else refund the amount.

                I received the Watch last week, with several of the numeric in the watch faded. There is no complaint mechanism at the HDFC site or link to address the issue. I hope the vendor would replace the watch rather than spoiling the reputation, credibility and future business.

                  I have booked a ucb brand watch as per offer from it's website and have already paid the amount of 411 with taxes but as per the tracking number which they mailed me i am unable to track my order # [protected]. The company has left with no tracking mode in website and amount has already been debited.

I did and it took to your side and the product available was benetton bag. Order placed successfully. Transaction id - [protected]. And i received an order confirmation thru email and said it'll be dispatched by 10 - 21 working days but never received any information about tracking id, etc. Yet.                                         Axis bank had offered a benetton bag for deposit of money in sd a/c for a certain period as a result iredeem gave voucher code no-[protected], but iredeem site front page is opening then it is not proceeding. Telephone no [protected] always replies our executive is busy we will shortly contact you but that shortly has not come yet.
                                        Pl look into the matter n send the bag immediately or else i will move consumer court against axis bank n iredeem for mental harassment.
