Hi i had received a voucher code from axis bank for benetton red bag. I redeemed it and your website server went down. I refreshed the page so it showed that the order is placed. I did not receive any email or sms regarding the same. When i tried using the code again it says it is already redeemed. So can you please tell me whether the order is successfully placed or not? Please provide me the details regarding the dispatch and the awb number if the order is placed and if not then you please suggest what can be done.

    I ordered an UCB women’s watch through the offers on my HDFC netbanking page on Feb 2. I paid the required amount of Rs.411 including GST and I got confirmation on my email. After that I received no other details about my order still.I tried to track my order status through the portal on the website but the page showed nothing.When will my order be delivered?

      I had deposited money in axis offer period and got a coupon code to redeem through iredeem. After several times i tried, it got redeemed and gave a transaction id. However i did not received it yet. My transaction id for benetton bag through axis is [protected]. But i have not received the bag so far, neither i can track it. Please resolve the issue.

                  I did purchased a benetton watch on 11 dec 2018 which was under hdfc offer, and made the payment through netbanking but i didnt got any sms or email as confirmation.                       Before two days, i placed an order o[censored]cb wrist watch through hdfc offers on iredeem website. I got an offer from hdfc bank for using the promo code o[censored]cb on iredeem. Payment of rs. 411 is already done but i have not received any confirmation for my order. I tried calling them multiple times but the mobile is switched off and nobody picks up on landline. It seems that this is fraud! This is ridiculous!

                                    I have ordered benetton watch from iredeem.in under hdfc promotional offer. 411.82 inr has been charged but i did not get any confirmation email or message or tracking id.
