Hello,
Last night i ordered a benetton watch from iredeem as i was getting an offer through my hdfc bank account. So when i clicked on offer it takes me to the iredeem website. And when i added the product (Benetton wallet) in the cart asking me for payment for which i paid 411.82 including gst charges. Money got deducted but no message of order placed or not just blank page. Tried contacting them but number not working and even i tried to email them but still yet no response. Please advise

And second what the hell you guys are doing, if you had made a website it should be properly working and customer should be notified properly on timely basis. This is really # weired.. Dont make me come there and try to test me.. May be other customers didnt speak.. But i am not like them.. You # people...

And one more thing, first of all big thanks to consumercomplaints webiste atleast you are replying and getting a attention, otherwise you people wouldn't have even responded

Second repair your phone if need any money let me know i will send some and get it done.
Third check your email, or for that also i need to do something.

I placed an order for black benetton watch as i got the coupon from hdfc on my email. When i placed an order after entering the otp for amount confirmation i suddenly get blank page which remained as it was. I am not sure whether the order is placed or not. I did not got any message regarding order confirmation or any transaction id. Transaction was done on 1 November around 1.30 Please help me get my amount back.

Hi Team,
I purchased a UCB watch code- 12-F-BR.
I got this offer from /iredeem.in through Hdfc bank. So I thought it is a genuine product. The packing of the product is Bennetton. The price of the watch is mentioned Rs 2999/- but on the hdfc iredeem.in offer I got it for Rs- 411.82/- It is a fake product somewaht around Rs100-150 price.I never expected this type of cheap service from HDFC. I am a very old customer of HDFC bank. HDFC Why are you spoiling your reputation with such foolish act? I am really disheartened with this disloyalty. Please help me.

I have ordered ucb watch through hdfc promotions one month back. No one contacted me or texted me and they sent an email that they need complete address. I replied to that mail with my complete address and contact number and haven’t received anything yet. It seems they didn’t even dispatch the product and sent the mail at first time as well. I want my money back and hdfc bank is equally careless as they are promoting these frauds.

I had ordered a ucb watch by redeeming the hdfc bank coupon. Transaction id[protected]. I did not receive any tracking id or confirmation. I even tried the mobile no provided on the iredeem site for support, but was switched off. I want my refund back to my account or else i will file a complaint under consumer court against both iredeem.in and hdfc bank for promoting such fake offers.

I ordered a ucb watch through hdfc bank offer in iredeem.in. After receiving a message from hdfc bank via the same channel they use for genuine promotions. I paid rs.412 (Offer price) on 4th september 2018 and i was delivered the product on 7th september. The product delivered is duplicate/fake and of very poor quality. It worries me that fake companies are able to cheat people using brand logos of well known brands in partnership with well established banks, tarnishing the reputation of the brand as well as the bank.

Request you to take firm action against such frauds.

I have successfully ordered an item on 17th aug 2018 & i received my transaction id for the same as well. My transaction id [protected]

But its been 6 days i have not got any shipping confirmation or tracking details so far which is so unfair to the customer.

I ordered a ucb watch through hdfc bank offer and received a really old watch, which is quite worn out and full of scratches. I want a refund for the product. The company is already infamous for these kind of issues (Can be seen on this website only). Earlier i complained about not receiving the order number. These kinds of petty issues are the only reason for besmirching the reputation.

Hdfc offered me ucb watch at a discount price & when i received the product. It was not sealed, was opened earlier &packed again with cello-tape. It can be seen clearly that the product was already opened & may be changed with the fake one.

Also, the funny thing the manufactured date is written as september 2018 which is still yet to come.
Will surely write a mail to hdfc bank also for this.

Got an email from iredeem.com stating that i've successfully redeemed the offer along with the transaction id but i haven't received any order number or any other confirmation. Also, as other people are complaining about the same, it is a major issue. Please look into this issue, will be really thankful.

I followed the instructions, ordered a watch and completed my payment but I received no tracking information and confirmation email. I cannot track my order and I doubt that this is a scam.
