I had made a payment of 411.82 through net banking on 8th June for a watch from united colors of benetton. The amount has been deducted from my account, however i haven't received the awb number or the transaction confirmation from iredeem. Could you please check this urgently.

I ordered a ucb watch from this website using promo-code given by hdfc bank account. By seeing the heavy discounts i got suspicious (After ordering).
Then i checked about this website and the ucb watch they are selling, i didnt find it neither on e-commerce giants like amazon.in, flipkart nor on the official website o[censored]cb.
Then i mailed them immediately and of it (Several hours later) i didnt get a proper response.
Then i tried calling them on the numbers provided by them (I. E., [protected] and [protected]).
Due to this incident i'm filing a complaint on this platform.
I hope to get my money refunded.
(I also dont know why banks like hdfc promote such fake websites)

I didn't got the refund for the order which is placed on 04/03/2019 and i got the conformation for cancellation for the order did't received, this is the worst site and service please don't use it at any cost. Really bad experience with it as the products which are available in that site is not original. Be careful with this site.
And we will not get the response from any of them regarding the order if we cancel.

Now i am pretty un - sure as the order has been successfully placed. However i tried to track the order status calling the customer support and mailing them but hardluck. It seem it is a fake site. I ordered a 2 ucb watch through hdfc netbanking offer in iredeem.in. And paid 411 rs each and it was said to be under an offer price. It took 10-12 days to reach. The watch was a duplicate/fake. I know it because i have used ucb brand and its quality. The quality of it was not as good as ucb products. Please dont get cheated by this hdfc bank scam. Save your money and don't get fooled.

I ordered 3 ucb men's watch. One is fine, 2nd one is female watch, 3rd one is a different model from what i ordered.
I ordered a brown jack and jones belt, i recieved a black belt
This is cheating customer. I raised this complaint in the past also and have not received any response

Not sure if hdfc bank is cheating or iredeem in the name of discount

I ordered a black women's UCB watch but I have yet not received it. As it was in "Offers" in HDFC netbanking, I have already paid for it. Still, two months later I am following up for the same and no support from them. At least refund the amount if you can not provide the product.

I ordered a ucb men's watch and i received a wrong courier where it was women's watch. This was as a part of hdfc offer. The women's watch is also fake. I am going to reach out to the consumer court for cheating the customers this way both against hdfc and iredeem.

This is not the way customers are treated. I ordered 3 watches and 1 belt, received only 1 watch that was also female +fake. For other watches no confirmation as well.

Hdfc and iredeem both are responsible for providing fake offers and fake products to customers.

Highly disappointed

I bought ucb watch benetton-women-br by iredeem from hdfc offer. This watch is 100% fake and duplicate. It is not even working. Transaction id was [protected]. I bought it on 24th march 2019 and received it on 29 march 2019. I paid rs 412 and it was offer price and was provided on hdfc netbanking site. I bought it on i assumed that it would be original. But it is crime to sell fake product on such a reputed site.
I want total refund...

I ordered a benetton-12f-br-watch through hdfc net banking portal which was said to be as an offer.
I received my order.

The benetton-12f-br-watch received is sub-standard fake product. The back panel shows that it is duplicate.
Also
The key of the watch is slightly out of place, and makes noises like not fitted properly which terms it as a defective product.
Overall the order was a waste of time and money.

I reply i got was that I had to return the product to an address in Mumbai and then my refund would be processed.

What do you think of yourselves?
I reside in Bangalore
I can't come to Mumbai to return the product. Neither will I send it by post.

What makes you think I am gonna spend so much to get your stupid refund of Rs.412.?

First You deliver me a fake product and then you have the audacity to speak to me like that?

Listen up,
You either refund the amount my amount paid back to my account or else I'll take this to the consumer court.
And I'll definitely sue you guys.

Next time you reply to me, better be that my amount is refunded.
