I have ordered a ucb watch from iredeem.in which is redirected by hdfc bank having

But i want to cancel it, because it seems to fake, i didnot need it. I had done some research on this, and i found only bad reviews on this.
I don't know how a bank like hdfc can do like this.
Plz refund my money. I donot need this watch.
I blame hdfc bank for this to fool his customers like this on the name of reward.

    After i order i got message item shipped. When i enquired bluedart they say shipment not reached our facility physically don’t know how it will happen. When i tried reach them again they say contact shipper. When i call iredeem people saying contact blue dart.. See give proper reason or refund the money.. Bluedart clearly says item have not received..

      The Benetton watch they have sent is fake. 412 RS spend is gone waste. We could buy much better product at less price on Amazon or flipkart..it's really sad that a reputed bank like HDFC is involved in this scam to cheat their customers. Shame..

        Only money deducted from my account and transaction id was displayed..
        Why banks are endorsing such companies and advertising for them if they are not responsible for any loss..
        We are receiving messages from hdfc bank and we trust them because of their brand value..
        Please deliver my order asap and share awb number..

          Hdfc has offered me a benetton product via iredeem at a discounted price of 411.82 inr. After ordering the same, there is no response from the company and no product was received till now. There is not even a proper link to track the order. My money just vanished! I need a full refund to my bank account within the next 2 weeks or i'm going to sue this damn company.

          I came to know that the product that we receive by HDFC discount coupons are fake, so I wanted to cancel the booked orders but I am unable to tracks the status of the orders that I had booked.

            I have iredeem team. I have ordered an Benetton Wallet on Aug 2nd. There is no update on this. If you people are unable to deliver it means, refund my money. Do you think you can win by cheating everyone. It won't happen.

                I have ordered ucb watch and paid rs 412 vide transaction no. [protected] dated 2 sept 2019 but still the watch is not dispatched and i am recieving a message from iredeem that yr address is not complete kindly send complete address.. I have send the complete address 2 times but still iredeem is sending the same messages and not sending watch!!.

                This is totally a cheating with hard earned money of customer and i will not spare the cheaters.
                Kindly send my watch or refund my money.

                        I received a bag as a customer of axis bank through iredeem and the bag is not of good quality and definitely not valued over rs100. Where as axis bank said a bag from benetton with value of rs1100 is their compliment for banking with them. The bag is poor quality, smell badly and very thin material may not last for more than one trip. Who is the culprit in supplying such bag

                                I got an sms from HDFC bank saying I got an offer from site iredeem.in, for United colours of Bennett wallets and watches.
                                I ordered a wallet on 5th August, I got 2emails one for order confirmation and saying it will take 10-21 days another email with details of my transaction which listed on top this space. Later got an sms on 13th August saying it will deliver in 4-5 days of time and I am going get a docket number once it's dispatched. but no communication after this message. This clearly says they cheated us.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I ordered a UCB wallet from iredeem on 22 August, 2019 as I was getting an offer through my HDFC Bank Account.

                                  So when I clicked on offer it takes me to the iredeem website. And when I added the product (Benetton Wallet) in the cart asking me for payment for which I paid including GST charges.

                                  Money got deducted but no message of order is placed or not.

                                  Tried contacting them but number not working. Please Help

                                      This is in reference to a watch of brand ucb (United colors of benetton) purchased via offer available in the net banking section of hdfc bank's net banking via getway of iredeem.in
                                      Women's watch was purchased in black color ucb women's watch with transaction id:[protected].
                                      It was purchased on 28th july 2019 via payment done through net banking at site "iredeem.in"
                                      Problems which is faced by me is:

                                      - no proper tracking is available on iredeem website (Error showing the same after several try as "fedex.com refuse to connect".

                                      - no proper email complaint or call center to connect easily in this competitive era.

                                      - does domestic delivery takes more than 25 days to reach a destination which is under 800-900 kms?

                                      Kindly get back to me at the earliest or take strict action against "iredeem.in" for this pathetic service after taking advance payment for the same.

Totally fraud by hdfc net banking users and don't give wste products and wste offers to users. And even they are not responding to mails and calls. Worst experience i faced.. My transaction id is [protected]. Make the issue resolved.. Worst thing i did

                                        I have ordered the Benetton watch through their ongoing offer. My money deducted but I have not received any order details till now. Please help me here to fix this.
