I had booked a train ticket from ixigo mobile application from Delhi to Chandigarh on 06th Feb 2019 at 10:01 PM vide PNR number [protected]. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have to cancel the ticket now. However, cancellation procedure described on ixigo's website guides me to IRCTC account for cancellation. Whereas, while cancelling the ticket on IRCTC website by login on through my credentials, IRCTC gives an error saying that I havent booked the ticket through the IRCTC website due to which cancellation is not possible.
Now, my hard earned money is stuck with these facilitators of the IRCTC which is hurting me. Please help if you can.
