On 10 mar 19, i booked a train ticket from nagpur to bhubaneswar via ixigo thru sbi internet banking. Amount deducted rs 6614.27 thru payment id - 23tirosg4voaqjx5kq from my account no [protected]. But due to server error ticket not materialised/status pending. Once again i booked another ticket which was materialised. Req resolve the issue and refund my deducted amount at the earliest

    My ticket is not confirmed but still the amount of 950 was deducted from my account *6905 on 6 march as i have booked my ticket form ixigo app then for payment option i have chosen google pay which taken to to google pay app but there transaction got failed but still the amount was deducted and on ixigo app it is not showing anything related to booking so i request to refund the amount deducted

                    I tried to book four tickets of cbe jbp express (02197) for my families travel from khed to panvel scheduled on tuesday 26th march 2019 through ixigo trains portal.

                    However, the tickets were not issued but the due fare of inr 1619.99/- was deducted from my icici bank account.

                    Upon complaining with irctc i've been advised to contact ixigo and they have issued ticket number 3282738

                    I request you to kindly refund the amount wrongfully deducted at the earliest.

                            I had booked a train ticket with 2 berths through ixigo with PNR no. [protected] having a wrong date because of ixigo's fault. The ticket shows 08/03/2019 as the boarding date from Jabalpur station, instead the train will be arriving Jabalpur on 09/03/2019. Because of this, I won't be able to reach my destination on 09/03/2019 which I have to anyhow. So, I want ixigo to arrange other ticket for me from other train on 08/03/19 from Jabalpur to jalgaon on my consent otherwise return my money back without cancellation charges, compensation for the inconvenience caused, premium which I will have to pay for tatkal tickets and also apology from ixigo's side for all the inconvenience.

                                  I booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 28 February 2019.my money rs.995 was deducted from my bank account and I didn't received any ticket. Hoping that ixigo will look into this.
                                  I booked train tickets from ixigo amount of 3294.86 Rs. After the amount debited the booking was failed... Bt I didn't get the refund yet. "IXITR[protected]". Even the customer care also "" its already been 7 days. I need instant refund... Please do as per need
                                  I have booked my train ticket Bhopal to Jabalpur on 28 feb. And my amount also deduct in my account but ticket not booked and also call customer care but all time they get switch off what can i do please help me as soon as possible

                                    Please help me to my money refunded my money deducted but ticket not booked so money refunded please help me i would like please return my money quickly please help me with my query and reply this my question and satisfied your service i am happy your service but sometimes your service is very slowly so that i am happy but my money is quickly send my account good by and happy

                                      I have paid an wrong amount where i need to rs.821 but i have wrongly paid rs.766 for train ticket from delhi to new bongaigaon. My amount has deducted from my account and get a confirmation message. But train ticket hasn't book for wrong amount. Now i am trying to get back my refunded money with money deduction confirmation message. Ixigo agent also said me that they have not get any amount from my i'd.

                                        When i was trying to boom the train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore., through my net banking i made the payment. And it was redirected to the ixigo page. I was almost waited for more than 10 minutes but my ticket was not booked. I checked with my bank, amount was debited. Then i checked with my irctc account there is no last transaction on this day.
                                        I am just requesting ixigo to solve this problem within a day. Otherwise i will escalate this in a different manner.

                                        I hope it will be response by ixigo soon
