My travel plan had to be cancelled due to Ixigo and Paulo team.

Very very poor service. Customer care person puts call on hold and forget for 45 mins. Once called back, he had left for the day !!!

    I booked my tickets with order id : ixitr[protected] and ixitr[protected] and ixitr[protected] all the tickets are ordered by ixigo and i cancelled all my tickets before 13th jan, 2019 only still i didn't get any of my refund amount.
    As per your policies refund should be back within 5-7 days but it's too late now.

      I have booked my ticket to coimbatore from chennai on date of 4/2/2019 and amount of 330 was debited from my account. But later the ticket booking was spending was cancelled. It later stated that refund will be provided within 5 days of booking but i have not received any refund or further notification from the ixigo customer care. So kindly look into my refund processas soon as possible.

          My booking ticket id is IXITR[protected] and my total deducted amount was Talking 1430 but not show balance in my account
          PNR [protected] cancelled on 14 jan 2019 and other PNR [protected] on 16jan 2019 ..when I will receive my amount it is more then 5 days .. pls take some action

            This is to inform that transaction on 20th january 2019, 12:21 am. An amount of 3709.96 rs is deducted from my account.in ixigo transaction history there is no such transaction is shown and no booking is done and no feedback message received, only received the feedback message from my bank that shows money is deducted from my account. Kindly provide a facility to refund my amount as quick as possible.

            I tried to book trian ticket through Ixigo application, payment was succesful but the train ticket was not booked it happens today[protected] .

                I was booking train tickets but ticket dint get booked still money got dudected. It’s been 2 months still they are not returning my money. Please return my money otherwise i have to take next further steps. Because now it’s pissing me off coz u guys don’t listen u don’t even respond to any complains. This is very bad worst app ever.                 Sir, I booked a train from Jaipur to Jodhpur on 4 January 2019. But, somehow my booking was failed. I got a message with a promise that money will be refunded within 5 days.                         I made two flight ticket booking for 28th jan, 19:10pm. But i just can't believe, that both the tickets were generated for some other flights. Both the tickets are at odd timings. And as i made the booking for my parents, they can't even separately, or travel at those odd timings.

                        I contcated cheap tickets also, but they said they booked only based on what they got from ixigo.

                        I am a regular customer of ixigo, and i am really disappointed on such behaviour.

                        I would really appreciate an instant help from ixigo.

                              This is regards to my booking BOM to Goa 11986990. I booked the ticket with my registered mobile number and also for the first time promising a cashback of 750. It has been more than 24 hours and I have not yet received got the cashback
                              I have tried to book my ticket from mtj - gwl, on 5 January, the amount was deducted from my bank but after deduction, session was expired and my ticket was not booked. And this happens twice. 2 times amount was deducted and not yet refunded back.

                                On 12 jan19 i booked train tkts booked through ixigo web site in ac 3tier from yashwantpur to dadar for 29jan19 through sbi internet banking.                                 I was booking try at 9 January 2019 but booking was filed. I connect to costemer care. For costemer care was said to refunde your money 5day but no refunde money thetday
                                I tried to book a train ticket from mangalore to Villupuram on 5/1/2019 but the "payment was declined by the bank" message recieved at IXIGO. But the money was deducted from my account and the ticket was also not booked. My account details are e mail ID:[protected]@gmail.com. Kindly help

                                  I was booking ticket from Saharsa to Sealdah but it had not booked and ticket has cancelled. I had got message that your money will refunded within 5 working days . I also had get the information that your refund had proccessed & get amount in 72 hours i also wait for it. But amount is not created.
                                  While trying to book a train ticket throug ixigo the payment was failed but my money is deducted from my account...what is this i need my money immediately

                                    Ixitr[protected]... Pls check the refund status and kindly speed up the process.. How to contact your customer service center.. Pls add the calling option... I book and cancel the train ticket on 5 december 2018. But refund amount is not credited on my account... Pls speedup the payment refund process... Send any update news and refund status...                                       We wish to inform you that as of now we don't have the feature of partial cancellation via the app. For partial cancellation, the user must get in touch with the service provider concern which was Cheapticket in this case.

                                      Also during cancellation via app, we do show cancellation amount and indicate that ticket is going to be cancelled entirely.

                                      you are entitled to hire a lawer, whose qulificatiins allow him/her to submit the civil suit on your behalf to the local court.

                                      It is impossible objectively to verify your public complaint as you had not attcahed
                                      - e-ticket which show all particulars
                                      - notice of the cancellation, which you gad receved from unknown service provider
                                      - your own complaint with facts, fault of the service provider and the defined request expressed in 1-2 sentances .
                                      - decision/reply of the service provider.

                                      After you are ready to produce the deficiencies, you can apply to the correct service provider or, alternatively,
                                      to request the assitance of the legal professional foir fee in order to evaluate the sutability for further action - for exmple, to bring the civil suit to the local Indian court.

                                        Have been trying to contact ixigo.com customer care but in vain. There is no way i can call their customer care executive to resolve my grievance. The only option is to just leave a feedback on their help page & they will contact back at their convenience. This is not acceptable as in case of emergency there is no way to contact them, speak & resolve any problem.

                                        I had booked 3 train tickets thro' ixigo app on iOS. The PNR are [protected], [protected] & [protected]. As I have changed my mobile to Android, I am not able to see my previous bookings. I Am trying to reach the customer care executive to resolve this, but in vain. Need to cancel these tickets ASAP as the travel dates are 10.01.19 to 14.01.19 or else I'll be loosing my money.
