I was try to book train ticket in ixigo app from tirunelveli to ernakulam in sleper class ticket in jamnagar express for rs.220. While booking transaction amount is debited and received msg from bank but i didn't get ticket from ixigi ewhile checking passbook ixigo received amount from bank account without any ticket issue and in our app there is no other customer complaint no. I need refund of my full ticket fare of rs.220.

    While, booking a ticket from ms to rmm, cash has got debited from my account but i didn't receive any ticket confirmation message or email.in app transactions, it shows "booking pending".
    And will get updated in 40 minutes but even after 40 minutes, i didn't get any uldates yet. What to be done now? When will i get my money back, how to contact your team?

      I wanted to book my train ticket from Jammu Tawi to Kalka for 8th May. In the process of booking through ixigo today, the transaction expired before the booking completed but the amount was deducted...
      As my transaction expired for today can I book my ticket on the same transaction tommorow?

      I had trying to book train ticket on ixigo app of train no. 22403 on 20 april 2019.
      I was making payment through debit card.

      While booking, ixigo deducted amount ₹993/- from my account but then they did not book mt ticket.
      Ixigo did not send me any transaction i'd as well as sent directly interruption occurred massage.


      There was no contact no. As well as they did not send any transaction id of it & no booking id. Please help me to get my money back from ixigo.

        While booking a train ticket from new tinsukia ntsk to new jalpaiguri njp on date 25/04/19. But the amount had debited from my bank account but ticket is not found. How will i get the money back to my account. As it urgent to make ticket but this issue make me a problem.
        I made the ticket from other person, but for this issue make me to pay money two time. Please help to solve this as soon as possible.
        And please credit the amount on my account asap.

          Dear sir,

          I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app.

          Yesterday i booked a ticked from kottayam to ahmedabad junctionn through your app and successfully made the payment.

          However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

          The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

            I got my booking from chandigarh to prayag on 11 february 2019 monday and cancelled it but till date 19 april 2019 friday please do something to it my rs 1960 have not be refunded. I have already been talking to there customer care but they are not doing anything for this

                Hi,
                I booked 3 sleeper class tickets with train no 12292 yesvantpur exp on 05 apr 2019 through ixigo. Amount of 793rs has been charged but my booking status was noted as pending. I wrote regarding this to the support mail [protected]@ixigo.com on the same day (5th april). I got reply mail about the refund to be made within 5 to 7 days. It has been more than 10 days and i still have not had my money refunded.

                  On 04/04/2019 I have made as many as 6(2 times Chair car, 4 times 2nd sitting) attempts to book train tickets..train
                  12795/vijayawada to lingampally for 10.0402019.The IXIGO has failed in all the 6 attempts. The IXIGO has sent mail stating that they failed to book.
                  I have now attached IXIGO mail to me and a screen shot of my bank account
                  where in you can see my payments in this respect.
                  I have sent several mails to speed up my refunds and each time I received
                  an automatic reply mail but without no action from their end.
                  Fearing that left to IXIGO and their automatic, reply system will yield no results
                  I am writing this.Please look in to this arrange early refund.

                    On the date of 8th april 2019 i tried to book the tickets for 6 person for the train kerala express from nagpur to delhi (Nsdl) but in the midway the payment got failed and got deducted from my account. We again tried to book the tickets but as soon as i got the deduction message on my phone i cancelled the payment process. It's been a 8 days since my money has been deducted. There's no process is undertaken yet. They are only giving me assurance that i will get back my money but hasn't returned yet. I'm confused between the booking ids as i have mentioned earlier that i tried to book the tickets back to back so the booking id could be this : ixitr[protected] or this:ixitr[protected]. The tickets are worth rs 8688.85. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It's very urgent.

                        I booked train tickets on 15 april 2019 from delhi s. Rohila to jodhpur junction but there is no booking shown. I made payment through paytm upi. The transaction was successful but did not show any booking. The booking is of 17 april 2019 and due to this i am unable to plan my trip and the money is also stuck and since ixigo didn't have phone support i am unable enquire to them

                          There are two attachement bellow. I have mailed you before also but haven't received any positive reply from your side. Please check the attachment bellow. The first ticket process was not completed an money was deducted from my account and i received a message from your side that it will be credited to my account within 5 to 6 working days. The other ticket i cancelled it which was from valsad to haridwar, had also not received any refund yet.

                            My train booking failed twice and both the times my money is debited from my account.
                            How will be my money refunded and when?

                              I was booking a train ticket from New guntur to rajamundry for 15 April 2019 and i clicked on upi option...then proceeded with the payment on google pay.and then amount debited from account here is the message from my bank
                              Rs 380 debited on 14 April 2019 and showed as Your A/c XX0838 is debited with Rs. 380.49 on[protected] thru UPI to ixigoaxis VPA ixigo.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

                              And then i switch to ixigo app to continue the booking nut it showd me a error and went to payment page again...i got no messages from ixigo or irctc regarding booking... payment is debited from my account and no booking is completed and there is no.information regarding the transaction on ixigo app or website...i need refund and ixigo doesnt have phone number to contact or anything like that please help...

                                  I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi linked (Sbi) for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction successful" into [protected]@axisbank. Debited amount - 1, 513, date and time :12 april 2019, 06:13 pm and transaction id p1904121813164480838864. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 15, 13 asap.

                                    On the date of 8th april 2019 i booked 6 tickets of train nagpur delhi (Ndls) worth rupees 8439/- with booking id ixitr[protected]. But the payment got failed and the money has been deducted. My money hasn't been refunded yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It's very urgent. The money has been deducted and the payment is failed. It has been 4 days and there is not any information about my refund. They haven't even given a message about any progress. Please i want my money back as soon as possible

                                    I booking my ticket Chennai Egmore(MS) to Bhubaneswar(BBS) PDY BBS EXPRESS on date (03/04/2019 )payment ₹1127.42 is also completed. But ticket booking is failed .My money not refund.

                                      This is Mary, I was booked Tuticorin train from KSR Bangalore city to Madhurai Jun on 4 th April 2019, 6 seats I had booked but It was failed, after that automatically my money was deducted from my account, but ticket not booked, so refund my money to my account, I already booked ticket from other side, so pls sent it as soonly.
