I am booking a train ticket on10feb.2019 delhi to bhopal of ixigo website. My order id. Is ixitr[protected] and my payment id. Is 1shcx1pos0d250vbnk. My amouny is 1392.94/- refund of my bank a/c but i can't receive this amount from your side.
Please give me this amount urgently in my bank a/c. Please refund amount urgently as soon as possible. Your side not receive this amount you ask 5days to receive this amount but i can't receive this amount.

    I'm booked train no.12627 sbc to klbg 20/2/19
    Order i'd ixitr[protected] and my payment is cut rs.368. My ticket is not generated. Lastly i aided my password and mobile no. Also but it's saying wrong. Totally # my payment. How can i book my ticket and how can i managed my loss money and time. How can you solutions this matter i don't know but i wanna book my ticket s or refund within a time.         This is wrt to trip id[protected], I had booked spicejet flight goi to bom of 17.35 18.04.19. I was redirected to clear trip and Until confirmation of payment it showed 17.35 and in final itinerary d time was changed to 5.25.
        On having noticed that, i only tried to see what would be d cancellation charges n next minute I received a mail dat cancellation is made and refund processed.
        On enquiring I have been told dat the cancellation was done by me but I am 100% sure I have not proceeded with cancellation. In fact if I had to cancel why would I cancel through ixigo n not on spicejet directly, wen I very well know that I would be at a loss of 3k if I do it through ixigo.
        Either provide a proof dat I have done it or else refund d entire amount. Next line of action would be to go to consumer forum. Thank you.

          This is to inform you that my train ticket hasn't been booked but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I have paid via phone pe. It's an amount worth of 953/-. This type of issues really brings a flak on the company.You guys also charged gateway charges.which is not collecting by irctc. I've booked the ticket through IRCTC with an amount of 940/- after the failure on your platform. So, I 'm expecting an immediate response.

                  I had booked an air india from mumbai to patna ai809 february, 2019 on the 9th februray. Once the payment was done, ixigo via sastitickets.com generated me a different ticket on a different flight ai101.
                  When i raised a complaint, ixigo was very rude to me and they insisted that they will not register this complaint. All they wanted was to harass me and make money from me through the cancellation charges.
                  After rigorous follow ups from my end i finally cancelled my ticket due to lack of coperation from your end and had to incur additional rs 2000/- because of this.
                  This should be reported to crime branch as this is sheer fraudism and you are running a business through these forgeries.
                  Issuance of wrong ticket from your side is making me shell out that handsome sum of money from my pocket.

                    This is to inform you that i made a transaction on 4th feb 2019 costing rs. 9551 for booking 5 3ac train tickets from jaipur to hyderabad deccan for the train "jp hyb sf exp train no. 12719". But due to some probable technical errors, i haven't received the ticket nor any confirmation regarding booking, but money has been deducted from my bank account.
                    There were five attempts made by me and there are 5 corresponding order id's generated. There is a little confusion in knowing for which order i'd the amount has been deducted. The order ids are provided below.
                    I, therefore, request you to initiate the refund process as early as possible. "please do check all the 5 order i'd s"

                      I had booked a train ticket from ixigo mobile application from Delhi to Chandigarh on 06th Feb 2019 at 10:01 PM vide PNR number [protected]. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have to cancel the ticket now. However, cancellation procedure described on ixigo's website guides me to IRCTC account for cancellation. Whereas, while cancelling the ticket on IRCTC website by login on through my credentials, IRCTC gives an error saying that I havent booked the ticket through the IRCTC website due to which cancellation is not possible.

                      Now, my hard earned money is stuck with these facilitators of the IRCTC which is hurting me. Please help if you can.

                        I booked a ticket for ajj-csmt mumbai mail on 30.01.2019 at 18:26 via ixigo app. The booking failed but amount of 7176.96 was debited from my account.

                        I was assured by the customer care service (Tara) that money debited will be refunded within 4-5 days. However, till date no money has been credited to my account. The details show that refund has been processed, but no refund related details have been provided to me by ixigo. There is no conformation from ixigo as to the transaction id of the refund, date and time of refund.

                        The customer care service team has not contacted me to resolve this issue, despite their assurance. The existing support system available on the app is highly repeativtive and giving mechanical automated answers and unable to resolve or answer my queries.

                          Booking details: 8694788 – mryyqf – cheapticket – uk924 – ahmedabad-bengaluru

                          Pfa the details of ixigo money which was redeemed. The flight got cancelled by airline and not by me and hence i am eligible for full refund. Rs. 600 ixigo money was used. Hence. I request to refund that as ixigo money. Also, i also got addtional 550 of[censored]sing ixigo coupon. Hence would like some part of it to be refunded as ixigo money if possible. At least the basic 600 should have been refunded long back

                            I have booked a ticket from pune to Sainagar on 22/01/2019 ticket has not been booked but the amount was deducted. And same problem for booking ticket from pune to erode also please refund the amount

                                And then i switch to ixigo app to continue the booking but it showd me a error and went to payment page again...i got no messages from ixigo or irctc regarding booking... payment is debited from my account and no booking is completed and there is no.information regarding the transaction on ixigo app or website...i need refund and ixigo doesnt have phone number to contact or anything like that please assist me and refund my money back otherwise I will take other steps to get my money back .

                                    I have booked a train ticket from ixigo app. From puri to sealdah on 23.01.19. Unfortunately ticket didnot confirm but my a/c. Is debited by rs. 5434.79. I have filled a complain regarding the above mention ticket in the ixigo customer care & also enquery in my bank through which it has been debited by rs. 5434.79 as well. 11 days gone but still i didn't get the refund. I here by request you kindly refund back the above mentioned amount otherwise i have to take severe action regarding the following website.

                                      I just booked one ticket from bareilly to delhi for 2S seat type...using IXIGO app and when i completed the transaction through UPI then the payment page redirected to IXIGO app ...but unfortunately app is directed to home page AND PAYMENT WAS DONE BUT BOOKING WAS NOT!!!
                                      IT WQAS SHOWNG IN TRANSACTION HISTORY THAT BOOKING PENDING BUT NO WAY TO COMPLETE PENDING BOOKING...WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND???
