It is to bring to your kind notice that I was trying to book a train ticket from Mumbai Central to Surat for 21 december 2018 in Ahmedabad Passenger departing from Mumbai at 22:40 hrs. I was booking it through a third party app named ixigo and even payment was made through net banking which was successful as per the details confirmed by the bank. The transaction id as provided by the bank to me is IXI2P93VA2E9HF9N1DDM1-1. But the Ixigo customer care is telling that they have not received any payment and ask me to talk at the concerned bank. As per Bank officials and bank statement, the amount of Rs.689.84 has been deducted from the bank account. I need help regarding refund of my money as my ticket has not been booked but money has been debited from my bank account. Also as I was using Ixigo, the failed transaction is not visible on IRCTC. Though it should be visible on IXIGO but no such transaction is showing and also they are denying the claim. Please help me get my refund.

    This ticket was cancelled on 10 Dec, 2018 and they comitted to refund it within 4-5 days an amount of ₹670 but still they have not done. While emailing at [protected]@ixigo their support is worst and they send info about previous cancellation and no talking of this one. I'm attaching the screenshot of the details of cancellation. Kindly look into the matter. I want my money back.
    They till now have acted in fraudulent way and never refund it. Please take stringent action and get it refunded.

      Trying to book two tickets from howrah junction to puri through ixigo application.646.98 amount got deducted from account but booking got failed.i want my full amount refund in my bank account.i was even unable to contact with ixigo customer care not a single number is valid.it was really very worst experience to use the application.please solve this as soon as possible and refund my amount

        I was booking a train ticket from falna to mumbai for 21 dec 2018 and i clicked on upi option...then proceeded with the payment on google pay.and then amount debited from account here is the message from my bank
        Rs 1597.00 debited from a/c **0551 on 17-12-18 to VPA ixigo.[protected]@axisbank(UPI Ref No[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report

        And then i switch to ixigo app to continue the booking nut it showd me a error and went to payment page again...i got no messages from ixigo or irctc regarding booking... payment is debited from my account and no booking is completed and there is no.information regarding the transaction on ixigo app or website...i need refund and ixigo doesnt have phone number to contact or anything like that please help...

          Flight cancelled due to airlines but i haven't getting returnd money in my booking account against cancelled ticket.
          I booking my flight ticket chennai to kochi via ixigo site through by airlines of vistara. But after some days i have got a text message that your booked flight is cancelled dut to operations reson. Then i talk to vistara help line number he told me my flight of course cancelled. So he advised cancelled this ticket and be plan another flight because that our vistara no flying.
          Then i have cancelled this ticket through customer care of vistara.

            I tried to book the ticket from kr puram to eluru. Ticket status is pending and money was deducted. My friends are also facing this type of probelms.

              I booked a train ticket from hatia to samastipur from ixigo today. The money was deducted from my account but ticket wasn't booked nor did i receive the ticket confirmation message.                 I tushar kumar booked ticket from dto to jbp on 13 dec 2018 but after getting directed for payment and money (₹888.49) deducted from my account i didn't receive any ticket and ixigo app redirected me to its home screen please provide me refund you are not even concern regarding your customers. It was my fault that i trusted your application i have seen many complains of yours plz provide refund. As soon as possible

                    Trim no 12562 scheduled to arrive jaynagar on 11-12-18 was late by 5 hours.. This train arrived jaynagar around 1:00 am on 12-12 but all the apps including ixigo was shown my that train has arrived at 12:30 am.
                    My parents were coming by that train and i was tensed that what happened to them that they are not yet arrived home.. I had noticed a lot of times this problem in this region.. Shameless..

                      I have tried to book a train ticket from madgoan to calicut, the amount has deducted from the bank account but ticket confirmation page has not loaded. Finally there is no ticket history. The amount is not refunded yet. Kindly resolve. Providing below the message of amount deduction from icici bank.

                      I had booked railway ticket from sguj to rjpb (Siliguri to patna) on 3rd december but i cancelled it. However my transaction was complete and rs1892.49 was deducted from my account. The booking was failed but i was assured that my money would be refunded back to my account wiyhin 7 days. However the status is still processing and its the 8th day! Kindly take necessary steps to refund my money at the earliest since i urgently want it.

                        "STARINN SUITES & RETREAT" Totally Fraud,

                        Abhishek Singh and Sohab Khan it's a "Big Dam Cheater", They Betrayed and Misled me. First They Offering me Free Gift Vouchers for Travel Anywhere Anytime Without any Expense because I am selected one, that's why they offering me (These words according to both of them) and after they asking me Refundable Amount for Booking and refundable amount will get back with in a week. Then 40, 000/- cash he take ready and after one week when I discuss about my refundable amount they changing their words and refusing me to refund any amount.

                        I am Govt Senior Retired Person (Only little pension amount can serve my family life) and I don't want to go anywhere, So I humble request to you please cancell all these things and refundable my hard amount as soon as possible.

                            Sir i wad trying for rail tickeks for 2 adults from secunderabad to kopargaon 2 ac.1040 per person. Since i was trying again and again 3 times the amount is deducted from my account. Because there was no confirmations for first time i was trying again again.in the end i got a message that there's no confirmed tickets.                             I booked the train ticket on last month of Nov 27 .. unfortunately that was not booked ...but in my account ixigo deduct the money and they told me that will be credited with in 5days but not refund the money...I try to contact ..but no one answered me and not refund the money

                                I have booked a flight via ixigo. Due to some emergency i had to cancel the flight. Ixigo has booked the flight with partner yatra. Yatra has already refunded the money to ixigo 2 days back and it was supposed to be credited to ixigo wallet before 24 hours. But ri didnot recieve the refund to the ixigo wallet yet. It is more than 72 hours now. Please process it asap

                                  I booked the train ticket on last month of nov 27.. Unfortunately that was not booked... But in my account ixigo deduct the money and they told me that will be credited with in 5days but not refund the money... I try to contact.. But no one answered me and not refund the money today is 8th day.. Plz give back my money.. The amount is 2083rs this is

                                    In the recent past i have done several bookings through ixigo app on my registered mobile number[protected] and all of them shot back with failed booking messages. Ixigo took inordinately long to refund the money. I did the bookings successfully on my laptop. The latest in the list is the pending refund for again a failed booking to kakinada vide id:ixitr[protected] for rs. 480.49 0n[protected] and the refund "initiated" is yet to come.

                                      I tried booking a train two weeks ago from your app which was unsuccessful for no reason. A message was received saying that refund will be sent in 5 days. But it is still not received even after two weeks. This kind o[censored]ndesirable behaviour was never expected from a company like you.
