I had booked a train ticket with 2 berths through ixigo with PNR no. [protected] having a wrong date because of ixigo's fault. The ticket shows 08/03/2019 as the boarding date from Jabalpur station, instead the train will be arriving Jabalpur on 09/03/2019. Because of this, I won't be able to reach my destination on 09/03/2019 which I have to anyhow. So, I want ixigo to arrange other ticket for me from other train on 08/03/19 from Jabalpur to jalgaon on my consent otherwise return my money back without cancellation charges, compensation for the inconvenience caused, premium which I will have to pay for tatkal tickets and also apology from ixigo's side for all the inconvenience.
I am attaching my ticket here for the proof.
