Sir I had booked the Train ticket for Thivin to Vasai Road of Nizzamudin Rajdhani Express for the Date 3/6/19.
But the Sadly the booking was failed in the amount was deducted from my bank account. I.e No ticket has been booked.
Please help me and tell about my refund status of the ticket.
I had attached the screenshot of booking summary.

    If ticket not booked money will be back on same time
    I think they used our money 5 days

            I will make my tickets for ixigo.. First time i cancelled tickets... Tickets money got deducted from my account but after cancellation of tickets... Money never get returned to my account... I mailed twice to ixigo... There is no reply from ixigo end... And i don't know there customer care no to contact... I only request you to return my money back at my account... Which i booked and cancelled tickets on 11.03.19

              Sir i have tried to book a seat in train as on 11 mar 2019 from jabalpur to nizamuddin. Booking charges deducted from my account but booking failed. I have requested 4 times since 10 days to refund same money but still not any action has to be taken. I have also requested through email but matter is still pending.

              I again request to solve the matter as soon as possible.

                When i tried to book a ticket from guwahati to madras in flight with booking id[protected] on 13 march 2019 using my debit card from the bank assam cooperative apex bank limited nahar autiya branch with reference id[protected] the amount of rupees 10578 is deducted from my account but there is no confirmation of the tickets. When i contact customer care service the said the money will be refunded within 3-4 days but till date they have not made my refund. Kindly ensure my refund as soon as possible.

                    I did a booking in on 25th february for my travel on april 18th from chennai to coimbatore as a round trip (Ref no:[protected] via ixigo - jet airways. The main reason for me choosing to book the flight through ixigo was because of a good discount which had reduced charges. But on 16/03/2019 i had received a notification from jet airways that my ticket was cancelled because of some unknown technical issues. But this is not the first time that such a cancellation is happening, but a 5 th time in just 6 months to me and my other friends. If this is the consequence which will happen whenever i book for flights through your app, i am sorry to say i will refrain from using your app and will caution all my friends and family members from doing so. If you really take your business seriously then please do the needful (Not just a refund which jet airways themselves have promised to do) for me to reconsider my decision and be a fine example for your other customers to have a decent intended experience using your app. Thanks.

                      I booked a flight ticket but money got deducted but ticket was not booked. It's been 10 days and i didn't get the ixigo money refund. Now ticket price is increased by 300 and i had book at a higher price. I have put a like 10 mails and calls to ixigo but no reply.
                      So i request u to refund the ixigo money of 620 and increase in ticket price of 300 to my bank account as the mistake is on ur side.

                        I have made a booking on the subjected hotel (Treebo le celestium) on the date of 8 & 9 of this month, and i got the mail confirmation for the same. When i reached on the hotel they told it was confirmed in some other hotel near to the them and i was forced to stay over there on night. The hotel which i compelled (Munnar inn) to stay was very cheep in all manner. No room service, no parking facility, more over the room was not able to cllse from inside.

                        I need the justification and justice for my issue. This is seems to be a clear cheating of people by showing good hotels review.

                              I had booked 2 train tickets from ixigo, from Delhi(NZM) to Mumbai(BDTS) on 12.03.2019 for rs.2049.80 via internet banking SBI, transaction having reference no.[protected]IGAFPUBNZ4, but the tickets didn't get confirmed . And ixigo didn't even displayed that amount has been deducted. Despite the fact of non confirmation, the said amount was deducted, refund has also not been initiated.

                                  I have booked train ticket in ixigo app for me and my parents (Both are senior citizens) from katpadi to pondicherry. Due personal reasons i cancelled the ticket 4days earlier to train departure date but i got a refund of only rs. 20. But the total amount paid by me is rs.298. Please refund my cancellation accordingly.

                                  Greetings from ixigo!

                                  Please note that as per IRCTC policy, Minimum Flat Cancellation charge per passenger against confirmed Sleeper Class ticket is Rs.120. There is no amount deducted by ixigo.

                                  Hello sir,
                                  I was ticket booking from kota to udaipur by charu travels on 11/03/2019 at 9.00 pm but bus ticket not confirmed and my payment 660.10+150 ixigo amount deducted... I saw ur application so no details provide regarding summery order related kota to udaipur... Plz resolve my problem.
                                  I have booked my tickets from Agra cantt to secunderabad junction, payment has been made successfully but still it is showing booking pending .
                                  Yet now I didn't received my tickets please
                                  Go through this complain and please provide tickets as soon as possible
                                  My payment is refund urgently.

                                    On 10 mar 19, i booked a train ticket from nagpur to bhubaneswar via ixigo thru sbi internet banking. Amount deducted rs 6614.27 thru payment id - 23tirosg4voaqjx5kq from my account no [protected]. But due to server error ticket not materialised/status pending. Once again i booked another ticket which was materialised. Req resolve the issue and refund my deducted amount at the earliest

Please be informed booking against the shared id had failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5-6 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.

                                      My ticket is not confirmed but still the amount of 950 was deducted from my account *6905 on 6 march as i have booked my ticket form ixigo app then for payment option i have chosen google pay which taken to to google pay app but there transaction got failed but still the amount was deducted and on ixigo app it is not showing anything related to booking so i request to refund the amount deducted

                                      My train 12063 hw Uhl link jsht was cancelled on 5th march 2019 pnr no- [protected]. I have filed tdr also but haven't received any refund yet.
