          Dear sir / ma'am.

          I tried to book four tickets of cbe jbp express (02197) for my families travel from khed to panvel scheduled on tuesday 26th march 2019 through ixigo trains portal.

          However, the tickets were not issued but the due fare of inr 1619.99/- was deducted from my icici bank account.

          Upon complaining with irctc i've been advised to contact ixigo and they have issued ticket number 3282738

          I request you to kindly refund the amount wrongfully deducted at the earliest.

          A copy of the transaction sms is attached for your reference pls.

                  I had booked a train ticket with 2 berths through ixigo with PNR no. [protected] having a wrong date because of ixigo's fault. The ticket shows 08/03/2019 as the boarding date from Jabalpur station, instead the train will be arriving Jabalpur on 09/03/2019. Because of this, I won't be able to reach my destination on 09/03/2019 which I have to anyhow. So, I want ixigo to arrange other ticket for me from other train on 08/03/19 from Jabalpur to jalgaon on my consent otherwise return my money back without cancellation charges, compensation for the inconvenience caused, premium which I will have to pay for tatkal tickets and also apology from ixigo's side for all the inconvenience.

                              When i was trying to boom the train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore., through my net banking i made the payment. And it was redirected to the ixigo page. I was almost waited for more than 10 minutes but my ticket was not booked. I checked with my bank, amount was debited. Then i checked with my irctc account there is no last transaction on this day.
                              I am just requesting ixigo to solve this problem within a day. Otherwise i will escalate this in a different manner.

                                Hello sir, i booked 1ticket from kanpur to deoria sadar for 9th april, 2018 in gwalior barauni express (I. E gwl bju mail) train no. 1124. I booked on 19/02/2019 at 9:52 am but it's been take a few hours that there has been no status generate and payment has been made successfully.. Please generate report as soon as possible or refund money.. So that i booked other one..

                                  When I am trying to cancel it's saying IRCTC site but when I am trying to cancle from there than another error msg is showing

                                    I have booked a tatkal train ticket via ixigo app for the date[protected] for the passenger named muneer from srr-tvc from the irctc user id jasimspm. And ixigo registered email [protected]@gmail.com and mobile [protected].
                                    Unfortunately the train is running late by more than 16hrs
                                    And i need to cancel the ticket.
                                    It is not possible to cancel it via irctc because it is booked from a third party. (Screen shot attached)
                                    I have been using this app since several months n for the first time i am facing an issue from ur side
                                    Since you value your customers please guide me to do the cancellation at the earliest and to get the
                                    Refund for the same.
                                    In your app it is showing that the train is on time but it is running late and screenshot of the current status is placed with this mail
                                    Please address my issue at the earliest and do the cancellation

                                    Thanks for writing in.

                                    Please note in order to obtain a refund in case the train is running late more than 3 hrs you need to file your TDR by clicking on "File TDR" at the bottom of your trip section. You just need to select the reason for filing TDR and a mail will be sent to IRCTC. The same can only be done before the actual departure of the train.

                                    I booked a tatkal ticket on 29jan2019 from tatanagar to khurda, but money was deduct from my account or my friend account and amount is 1787, and today's date is 24feb2019 and still I did not get any amount form your side. I request you please give my money back as soon as possible.

                                        I'm booked train no.12627 sbc to klbg 20/2/19
                                        Order i'd ixitr[protected] and my payment is cut rs.368. My ticket is not generated. Lastly i aided my password and mobile no. Also but it's saying wrong. Totally # my payment. How can i book my ticket and how can i managed my loss money and time. How can you solutions this matter i don't know but i wanna book my ticket s or refund within a time.
