    I recently had tried to book train ticket from bengaluru to aluva through ixigo train app and gone for upi google pay payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs 920 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
    These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me

    I recently had tried to book train ticket from bharatpur to nizamuddin through ixigo train app and gone for upi phonepe payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs1500 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
    These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me ..

      Sir, i have done booking in 15 march from janakpuri to kanpur. Booking was confirm. I have received a call in journey date before 6 hour.. That your booking is cancel due to bus accident after we have already done audio call conference to online booking care (Ixigo) and hari transport company. Hari transport company told me that i will confirm your journey but there will be extra charge to pay. When we forbade that i am unable to give extras amount. Hari transport company confirm this booking 2 seat in one sleeper birth. 7 o' clock we received a hand type message your ticket is cancel. How can complete my journey.. This is fraud. Due to more customer hari tranport company cancel online ticket. And company take direct seat booking.
      This is fraud. Take action such tranport company. Then we have booked another bus and give 3500 amount to next booking agency.. Very fraud refund me 5 time amount of booking.. Take action such transport company.

      i booking train tikit damoh to h nizamuddin. i payment my ATM card and i got smt payment sucsses full my payment id 29apu4xbnqwsyb9vbg. but tikit not booked
      so pls help me AND book my tikit. or refund my payment .
      Actually I was booking my 5ticket from Bandra to merta road in ranakpur express but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the payment failed and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. so refund my money or book my 5ticket

        I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed no error. Debited amount - 2105.49, date and time : 27 march 2019, 21:45 pm and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 2105.49 asap.

            I had booked a train from ndls to bsb on 15/03/19.. N my seat was not confirmed. I didn't get back my money.. I got this message

            Pnr [protected] cancelled being waitlist after chart preparation, amount 2, 130 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.

            After waiting 3-4 days i didn't get my money back it's 10 and i am waiting but my mai didn't get back in to my account

                If ticket not booked money will be back on same time
                I think they used our money 5 days

                          Sir i have tried to book a seat in train as on 11 mar 2019 from jabalpur to nizamuddin. Booking charges deducted from my account but booking failed. I have requested 4 times since 10 days to refund same money but still not any action has to be taken. I have also requested through email but matter is still pending.

                            When i tried to book a ticket from guwahati to madras in flight with booking id[protected] on 13 march 2019 using my debit card from the bank assam cooperative apex bank limited nahar autiya branch with reference id[protected] the amount of rupees 10578 is deducted from my account but there is no confirmation of the tickets. When i contact customer care service the said the money will be refunded within 3-4 days but till date they have not made my refund. Kindly ensure my refund as soon as possible.

                              My ticket was not confirmed, refund has been initiated but I get did not get the money back.                                 I did a booking in on 25th february for my travel on april 18th from chennai to coimbatore as a round trip (Ref no:[protected] via ixigo - jet airways. The main reason for me choosing to book the flight through ixigo was because of a good discount which had reduced charges. But on 16/03/2019 i had received a notification from jet airways that my ticket was cancelled because of some unknown technical issues. But this is not the first time that such a cancellation is happening, but a 5 th time in just 6 months to me and my other friends. If this is the consequence which will happen whenever i book for flights through your app, i am sorry to say i will refrain from using your app and will caution all my friends and family members from doing so. If you really take your business seriously then please do the needful (Not just a refund which jet airways themselves have promised to do) for me to reconsider my decision and be a fine example for your other customers to have a decent intended experience using your app. Thanks.

                                Please resolve my issue regarding redeeming the ixigo money for a hotel booking. No where i found to redeem my balance of ixigo for domestic hotel bookings. Please don't play with emotions of middle class people like us for which Rs. 750/- is very high amount

                                  I booked a flight ticket but money got deducted but ticket was not booked. It's been 10 days and i didn't get the ixigo money refund. Now ticket price is increased by 300 and i had book at a higher price. I have put a like 10 mails and calls to ixigo but no reply.
                                  So i request u to refund the ixigo money of 620 and increase in ticket price of 300 to my bank account as the mistake is on ur side.

                                    I have made a booking on the subjected hotel (Treebo le celestium) on the date of 8 & 9 of this month, and i got the mail confirmation for the same. When i reached on the hotel they told it was confirmed in some other hotel near to the them and i was forced to stay over there on night. The hotel which i compelled (Munnar inn) to stay was very cheep in all manner. No room service, no parking facility, more over the room was not able to cllse from inside.

                                    I need the justification and justice for my issue. This is seems to be a clear cheating of people by showing good hotels review.

                                    Refund has been initiated and was said will be refunded within 5 days but I didn't get my refund back. Please refund my money. I really need the money to be refunded as soon as possible. I need it very much. Every single penny matters a lot for.

                                        I try to book 3tierac 2 tickets in mumbai mail from chennai to renigunta on[protected]. One time password also came but i got message from ixigo opps someting error pls try again later but the network is not available so am clam down but laterly i git message from my amount rs 919.00 was dedcuted in my account what can i do pls reply me when my money i lll refund pls reply me
