I booked my ticket from by mistake from lucknow to belthara road ballia then i have to cancelled my train ticket from lucknow to belthara road i got a message that my money will be refunded back to my account within five days from booking but after ten days of cancellation of my ticket, my money has not been refunded to my account.     I booked a train ticket from pune to ahmadnagar in nagpur express on 7 april 2019 and amount been deducted from my account and neither get ticket confirmation nor a transaction history in your ixigo app.
    I have all the screenshot and upi reference id as well. I just want my amount back. First time i booked from ixigo trains and its a really bad experience. Please refund my amount rs.160 immediate

      I booked 1 ticket from ujjen to bhilwara for 8 april2019 in 19712 bhopal jaipur express, order id (Ixitr[protected]). I booked on 7th april at about1:29 pm, but its been quite a few hours that there has been no status generated and payment has been made successfully. I am not able to book my ticket now as it is an urgent requirement. Please do the needful and refund my amount as soon as possible.

            My account has been debited by the amount of rupees 1810 for booking of train ticket in the name of sandeep banik, Shubradip banik, dipa paul banik, ram Murti banik. The booking is done through your application; ixigo. But I didn't got any booking details till now in the application. Please go through the attachment and refund my money back or else I have the sufficient evidence to sue your company.
            I have talked with my bank, they told me that the UPI has been completely successfully, but your application didn't give the booking ID nor the Pnr number.

                    I wished to book a sleeper ticket in kanyakumari express (Mumbai CSMT -Thiruvananthapuram Central)on[protected]:47PM

                            I'm manimaran yadav. I tried to book a ticket today 29th march from nizamuddin to kankavali of 31st of march of travel. The train number is 12618. During booking payment for ticket be completed via upi transaction, but during typing password and captcha page it's get too late.. So page gets closed and booking for my ticket is pending.                                 I recently had tried to book train ticket from bharatpur to nizamuddin through ixigo train app and gone for upi phonepe payment. After my account got debited with an amount of Rs1500 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
                                These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me ..

                                  Sir, i have done booking in 15 march from janakpuri to kanpur. Booking was confirm. I have received a call in journey date before 6 hour.. That your booking is cancel due to bus accident after we have already done audio call conference to online booking care (Ixigo) and hari transport company. Hari transport company told me that i will confirm your journey but there will be extra charge to pay. When we forbade that i am unable to give extras amount. Hari transport company confirm this booking 2 seat in one sleeper birth. 7 o' clock we received a hand type message your ticket is cancel. How can complete my journey.. This is fraud. Due to more customer hari tranport company cancel online ticket. And company take direct seat booking.
                                  This is fraud. Take action such tranport company. Then we have booked another bus and give 3500 amount to next booking agency.. Very fraud refund me 5 time amount of booking.. Take action such transport company.

                                  i booking train tikit damoh to h nizamuddin. i payment my ATM card and i got smt payment sucsses full my payment id 29apu4xbnqwsyb9vbg. but tikit not booked
                                  so pls help me AND book my tikit. or refund my payment .
                                  Actually I was booking my 5ticket from Bandra to merta road in ranakpur express but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the payment failed and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. so refund my money or book my 5ticket

                                    I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed no error. Debited amount - 2105.49, date and time : 27 march 2019, 21:45 pm and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 2105.49 asap.

                                    I have successfully done payment but after payment webpage closed suddenly . So booking not done but amount debited.
                                    I have done lots of mail to ur [protected]@ixigocom
                                    But no response from side except auto generated mail

                                      Today i booked a ticked for anand vihar to htia through your app and successfully made the payement but booking is pending
                                      The app is not giving me any information about my booking nd payment is also debited form my bank account

                                        I had booked a train from ndls to bsb on 15/03/19.. N my seat was not confirmed. I didn't get back my money.. I got this message

                                        Pnr [protected] cancelled being waitlist after chart preparation, amount 2, 130 will be refunded in your account within 3-4 days.

                                        After waiting 3-4 days i didn't get my money back it's 10 and i am waiting but my mai didn't get back in to my account
