Sir, i have booked a AC 2 tier ticket Hyderabad exp borading from Chennai central (MAS) to Scunderabad jn (SC) on 20th October and I cancelled my ticket on 21st October. I haven't received my refunded amount of 1440₹ .

      Am shrutika shrivastava, i had tried to book a train ticket between jabalpur to pune on 9th october 2018 bearing booking id ixit (Ixitr[protected]) i made transaction1366 rs. Deducted from my debit card account but i didn't get a ticket. So, i have made the ticket from a different site. As it is already 3 days passed but i didn't get my cash refund... I regret to state that this kind of problems should be resolved within 24hours. Hope ixigo will respond quickly...

            I have booked 2 tickets through ixigo app, that i want cancel the tickets but there is no cancel option in this app so, please let me know how to cancelled. I request you again and again please provide me a way to process the matter.
            This is not fair at all. I am not getting any support from ixigo. The customer care numbers are not in use. Also no one is replying my mail which i have sent asking for the option of tickets cancellation.

                I just paid for the flight from bengaluru to nagpur from ixigo app for the day November2ed indigo airlines at 2.25pm and paid through netbanking. the payment was successful and amount was debited from my account but i didn’t get any confirmation of the ticket nor the ticket pass, I dont know what wrong happened in the following process and

                                  Sir i booked one tkt from bam-sc in konark exp. At the time of booing, my tkt was nt confirmed. It had been 7 days of booiikng my tkt. My journey date was[protected]. My tkt on that date automatically cancelled. But my refund money didnt credited in my account. Pls share some regarding information. And solve my problem. I already checkted my accnt balance. Till now no responce came. Plz help me.

                                  25/09/2018 i booked Bangalore to Goa round trip flight tickets than that day i cancelled my tickets.
                                  still now i didn't receive my money back to my bank account please refund my money back.

                                    Today i was booking a train ticket from raipur to korba. I opted the upi option in the payment section. Payment was successful but any result was not displaying in the app. I want the refund. The upi transaction id is[protected]. I tried to call the helpline number but it was not valid please take care of your services in this competitive world or you have to face a hard time in future

                                    1) one ticket booked but not conform apount detected
                                    2) ticket cancellation I was tried but it was not cancellation. It was showing trip not found

                                      I had booked a ticket from chennai central to delhi nizamuddin on 23rd september for duranto express for the date 8th october.
                                      I cancelled suddenly as soon as my schedule was changed.
                                      But till now the refund is not processed. I didn't receive the refund it has been above 15 days please process as soon as possible.

                                      I book a ticket on 14th of November but my money is not refunded till now no response and nothing from your side i didn't accept tha you are lying the people in such a bad way i request you one more time to give my money back fastly because i m student and i have urgency of that money but you are just tring toh make me like a fool
