Last 11/09/18, i booked 3 howrah - bhubaneswar ticket in dhauli express 2s class. On this day, this transaction was failure but 883.04 rs was deduct in my account, which transaction i'd is - ixitr[protected].in 13th sept i got a msg from team ixigo and they assured, this amount was refund within 72 hours. But still now this amount is not refund. Take it seriously as soon as possible.
