I made a train ticket booking, with booking id: IXITR[protected] on 16 july 2018 from secunderabad to sainagar shiridi, but the booking was failed, saying that the amount of 2257 ₹ will be refunded to my account within 5 days.
It has been 7 days, but I did not receive any refund.
Kindly, refund the amount & solve the issue.
