I was trying to book my ticket for train 11057 from dadar to dhule which was failed for some reason from the ixigo site. The amount was deducted. But the ticket was not booked.After several retries the ticket was not booked nor receiving any reply from there end. The order ID of the same is IXITR[protected]. I didnt received my refund nor the ticket was booked.

I have booked a ticket from saharsa to patna in janhit express with the help of ixigo app, my money has been deducted three times that is in total 3060rs. i have logged a complain but the company is not responding nd they have still not re-funded my money. Kindly help me to refund my money.

    It took the payment bt somehow couldn’t book the tickets.. so promised to refund within 5 days.. after which they stoped replying my mails sent to [protected]@ixgo.com

      Hello
      I tried to book a ticket of spice jet from new delhi to patna on 03/08/2018. The flight number was sg8144 and the departure date was 24/08/2018. The required money ₹2795 was deducted from my bank account but i did not get any ticket or confirmation from either ixigo app or spice jet. Please look forward to this problem because it is really freaking me out.
      No trips are showing and no response i am getting from spice jet, they are saying to contact to ixigo regarding this matter as they are saying in our system payment is showing pending.
      P. S. I had tried ixigo for first time and if this issue is not resolved immediately then i won't be able to use this app for next time. Thank you.

            This is regarding Trip ID: [protected] : PUNE to VISKHAPATNAM
            The ticket is refundable, The Booking provider (Cleartrip )had e-mailed me that they would refund the money to ixigo wallet .And Ixigo would be liable to pay the refund amount of rs 519.

            In the breakdown Summary of Ixigo page, , it's showing the refund amount as Rs 0.Please refund the money which is refunded by airlines and not mentioned against any charges.

            Also please confirm about the money paid through earned ixigo money, according to terms and conditions both gets credited .

            Please stop making fools of customers and take this issue forward otherwise I need to take strict action against you .

              I tried to book a ticket on july 31st, but due to some technical issue my transaction was failed and i cancelled my booking. However the amount got deducted from the bank account for the same. Later on i receiveda message stating that your refund is initiated and will be credited within 5 days.                               Hi team,
                              I have booked 6 train tickets from bengaluru to subramanya road in karwar express (16523) on (20.07.2018) but the booking didn't take place and the amount of 1500/- got deducted from my account twice. Lateri have been received notification saying the booking failed and amount willbe refunded within 5 day.
                              The current status says that the payment is initiated but i haven't received any amount to my account. Requesting you to look into it and do the needful.

                              I had tried booking ticket twice from DLI to SVDK on dated 25th July (journey date 26th Jul) but ticket was not booked and got msg regarding payment failure however amount got deducted from my bank account.

                                  I hope you have the control of train timing and schedule app of ixigo.
                                  Here i would like to request you to see the way how where is my train is doing for their customers or passengers.
                                  You guyz don’t do accuarated running status stataion to station.
                                  What i mean here is ixigo app always shows wrong train position on running time and when train arrives a station, for eg;Train A arrives station Abc, then your app shows the previous station where it’s wrong.It has been continuing for a long and i have been keep sending feedback., No reply No solvency...shame!!!

                                      I did a train ticket book on July 6 from Lokmanyatilak T(LTT) TO Bhopal Jn! With Booking Id-IXITR[protected] My Train was on 10th July But I did not get a ticket! I got a message that your booking is pending! 890 rupees have been deducted from my account! I also got the message from IRCTC that An amount of Rs 890.0 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID [protected] on 06-Jul-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered! I also got the message that your amount will be refunded in 5 days but now it has been 14 days! I did Not get my Money! so please send my money!

                                        I booked ticket from Pune to Nagpur in Ajni-Pune exp for 13th may 2019 the amount for the ticket was 3120₹ amount has been deducted from my account as soon i booked the ticket but now it's been still showing booking pending since there's no sign of conformation i have checked it many times.
