I tried to book a ticket but due to some internal error in your app the booking was not completed but ticket fair has been debited. Kindly refund my money.

    I booked a bus ticket in A1 travels on 15/12/21. from Coimbatore to marthandam on date 21/12/21. After selecting seat and putting passenger details Money deducted from my account. But ticket not booked. Now in ixigo app shows no previous booking.

      First time using, will not use again. I thought its smooth and streamlined, but it seems it's ongoing for customer who uses this service.
      Booked flight but no booking confirmed yet.
      Always same message wait for 2 hours..
      I won't recommend it.

        I have transferred the money into my bank account but it has been reversed due to ixigo money transfer failure but I can't see any money in my ixigo money wallet or bank.

                Fake Prices, the discounts are put without tax to attract customers and waste their time.

                during booking the price is simply doubled in this site, no customer care support contact number. playing fake tactics to sttract customers

                  Cashback promised by Ixigo and Ola is not being issued to me

                  I bought air ticket from website Ixigo.com with booking ID[protected] on 12 Nov 2021.  While booking I was told via an offer that if I made payment via Ola Money Postpaid Wallet I would get a cashback of ₹1000 but I didn't get it.

                   On contacting Ixigo they are asking me to contact Ola. On contacting Ola they say that the offer was applicable only for "OlaMoney Postpaid Plus" wallet and...

                  I'd booked flight ticket in ixigo app from Chandigarh to Delhi with some offers and I got 1260/- but the amount is debited from my account and in app it is showing as the payment is pending.
                  They said within 2hr you will be getting reply but still I didn't get any reply from ixigo.
                  I need immediate refund or confirmation ticket.

                    I booked the ticket from Pune to Shirpur for 17th December, 2021 and the amount (Rs. 1904/-) got deducted from my account via UPI but I did not get the ticket. I can still see those seats available on Ixigo so I need my money back to book the ticket again.

                        Amount is very big for me .. it’s 8013/-
                        So please ixigo please please return 8013/-
                        I’m using regularly ixigo app .. but never ever happening today’s before ..

                              I have Booked Air India via Ixigo for 5th May 2021, from Gulbarga to Bengaluru.
                              But the Flight Stands cancelled for the same day.
                              Hence, I have initiated the ticket cancellation but yet haven't received a refund till today.

                              I have changed the ticket state from Flown to open state by contacting the airport. Please do the needful and refund the amount ASAP.
