I was booked train tickets ( from mangalore to pondicherry), money been deducted of rupee 496, but app is not showing any booking confirmation, no information regarding booking. I need my money back....

I was booked the train ticket for pasenger, booking done, ticket amount was been deducted from account, but there is no confirmation regarding booking, tickets not generated. I need my deducted amount back....

I can book the train name gomti express from lko to Delhi via ixigo app and I made transaction of 438 rupees but booking not showing on app and webpage not returned...

My amount is deducted from my account and booking is still pending I am very tired to do this please help me and resolve my problem as soon as possible matter is urgent.

Today i booked tickets in ixigo train app and after successfully deducting money its showing booking pending.so when will i get a refund....

I booked 3 tickets from BDTS to Pathankot cant on 30 Sept. I made booking from ixigo train app. Paid by Google pay.. But after payment is done, haven't received any confirmation from Ixigo about my reservation. it's still asking me to pay for my booking. Attaching screenshots with this mail. I even paid for insurance. Please help me to get my booking done or money back....

While booking flight I had paid Rs. 709 as so called "free cancellation fee". However, the money refunded was way less than what I had paid as "free cancellation fee" i.e. Rs 466. When free cancellation fee was paid during booking why has the "Total Cancellation Fee" worth Rs 3300 been charged?

Ixigo app se maine ticket book ki jiska amount bhi kt gya but booking pending dikha rha h...

There is issue that i have booked 2 train tickets, all done but booking pending is still showing...

I actually booked a ticket for 2 from ghaziabad to Rudrapur and i paid you successfully but unfortunately i forgot to login with irctc id and i dont know booking id . I want my money back...

They deducted my money from my account two times 180 ruppes total but no response it is still showing pending I need my money back sir urjently...

My train ticket booking failed and money 1356/-has been debited from my bank account. And transaction also not showing in ixigo login page, its showed me error to can not process the request.

Please refund my debited amount of 1356/- to my bank account, i have paid through Gpay....

It is very shameful to know that such reputed apps can do such mistakes. My transaction was done but the booking was not confirmed. As I was booking tickets for 7 people the amount was quite large. If i don't get quick response i will be forced to take further actions as i have seen people complaining about the refund not being done even after 2 months....

Payment through Gpay done but booking details in application or message or mail didn't received in any platform so kindly refund my amount 274 to [protected]

I think it's a glitch so please refund...

Today I'm trying to book rail ticket on ixigo website then i put OTP on your website & website server suddenly failed & few minutes later my money deducted from my Bank account so i request please give my money quick soon as possible.

My train ticket booking failed and money 897/- has been debited from my bank account. And transaction also not showing in ixigo login page, its showed me error to can not process the request.

Please refund my debited amount of 897/- to my bank account, i have paid through ICICI net banking....

I have done train 3 tickets from Shamgarh to betul, out of which I have cancelled 2 tickets and got refund of only one ticket which is Rs. 715 and another ticket refund is not received by me ..
