    I have not yet got the refund of pnr no. [protected], booking id IXITR[protected] until now. When I tried to check ixigi is giving message that he sent me money but it is not reflecting in my account. Then where is that money. How will I get my refund back. Please help me.

      A ticket having pnr no. [protected] booking id- IXITR[protected] was canceled due to waiting list. I got the message that refund has done. But until today it is not reflecting in my account. I have trued to send mail not going to feedback. I am sending you the screenshot of my account.
      Please help to get back my refund.

        I booked a train from Palakkad to Madurai via Ixigo app.The payment was shown to be failed but Rs 223 was debited from my amount.I had made the payment via Google pay.The ticket booking was not completed also.This was on 1st October 2021 at 10:16 am.The chat support reported that money will be refunded by 8th October but today it is 10th October.Please understand that money is valuable for customers and refund that as soon as possible.

                I cancelled booking of GOI-CCU flight(PNR-YK5TC) on 25th September 2021.It is still showing "Cancellation Pending" and i am yet to receive my refund amount.Pathetic customer support from Ixigo inspite of calling them no resolution provided

                I want my refund to be processed ASAP.

                    I booked my train 05231 bju g Spl for 30th september 2021. Due to some reason I cancelled it on 25th september and there was mentioned that they gave the refund to my UPI ID but the arn no. Is not mentioned there . I paid the money through my UPI ID. It's already been 7 days but I didn't get the refund. My PNR IS - [protected]

                          I have book my ticket from ixigo on sept 7 but booking is failed and money deducted from my account. The told me that money will be refund within 7 days bu mone is no refund from more than three weeks.

                            Amount Rs 7848/- deducted by transaction id [protected] but ticket not issued. Please refund my deducted amount into my bank account. There is no email or phone to lodge the compliant.

                                I already cancelled my flights and its almost 15 day up but ixigo site didn't update my cancellation status and not process my refund amount. My booking id is IF[protected]

                                  I did my train ticket booking through Ixigo app. And I cancled it. They are showing that they have refunded the amount .I got meassage that "Amount is refunded, plz collect from your travel agent ".I did google payment to " Le travenous tech private ltd. But refund is not reflecting in my bank account, its been 17 days now. The bank referance id is mentioned below. Please look into it and do the needful.

                                      After the reservation was failed for 2 times for first transection it's saying it has been refunded but according to my bank transaction its yet not been reflected in my account and 2 refund is still pending.Im very worried about my refund please contact soon.

                                        I cancelled my delhi to goa return tickets but they are not updating my status. My current status is cancellation pending from past 7-8 days. When they will cancel my tickets and when I will get my refund back. They have pathetic chat system which is controlled by bots and they customer care number is also not working.
