I paid money using phonepe after successful transaction the app shows nothing about transaction or ticket details..need refund

I already cancelled my flights and its almost 15 day up but ixigo site didn't update my cancellation status and not process my refund amount. My booking id is IF[protected]

I did my train ticket booking through Ixigo app. And I cancled it. They are showing that they have refunded the amount .I got meassage that "Amount is refunded, plz collect from your travel agent ".I did google payment to " Le travenous tech private ltd. But refund is not reflecting in my bank account, its been 17 days now. The bank referance id is mentioned below. Please look into it and do the needful.

I booked ticket today but money was deducted from my account but ticket was not generated and cancellation transaction is also not showing Rs 184 is deducted from my account

After the reservation was failed for 2 times for first transection it's saying it has been refunded but according to my bank transaction its yet not been reflected in my account and 2 refund is still pending.Im very worried about my refund please contact soon.

I cancelled my delhi to goa return tickets but they are not updating my status. My current status is cancellation pending from past 7-8 days. When they will cancel my tickets and when I will get my refund back. They have pathetic chat system which is controlled by bots and they customer care number is also not working. My husband and I had booked a flight through Jet airways from chennai to athens ( dated 1st June, 2019) through Ixigo site . But due to crises situation of Jet airways the amount was never refunded to us . After repeated calls with the ixigo team they had communicated that the refund has been initiated and that it should reflect in 7 days . It is 2 years now and still the same revert.

Request your intervention to help me get the disputed amount of mine.

Initiated amount of rupees 442 from ixigo money max on 14 September 2021 should be reflected in my UPI on 14 September 2021, 9:00pm but is still in wait.. make it successful as soon as possible

Hi i just booked 3 tickets amount deducted but ticket not generated

My ticket money have been deducted two times for booking train ticket but not been able to open the ticket page. transaction also get successful, didn't recieved message from ixigo about the coach number and seat number.

Money is deducted from ixigio but ticket is not confirmed.

Due to some technical issues with IXIGO, I had booked 2 tickets for the same person in the same flight. On calling up Air India customer care, I was asked to cancel one ticket, the details mentioned above, and was assured full refund, since it was cancellation within 24 hrs of booking. Mid may I received a refund of just ₹274 from ixigo. On enquiring I was told this is travel agent refund and that I will receive airline refund within 15 days. Nothing happened till June 30. Again on calling Ixigo, I was told that the ticket is voided and hence they cannot refund and I'll have to follow up with Airlines. After several calls to Air India I was asked to send a mail requesting refund. Again no response till 20 th August. I raised a complaint with PM grievance cell and on 24 th August I got a reply from Air India saying travel ageng has voided the transaction and also airlines haven't received any payment for this ticket, hence they cannot refund and that I need to follow it up with travel agent. After repeated calls and mails to ixigo I keep getting a reply saying airline has rejected the refund. Please help me get my money back

Hi I am Tarique I just booked a train ticket through ixigo App and after some time I canceled the trip due to some personal reason and when I canceled the ticket they said u will get u r refund after 2 hours or so and even after 24 hours I didn't got my refund...So please solve this issue as soon as possible.
