Due to some technical issues with IXIGO, I had booked 2 tickets for the same person in the same flight. On calling up Air India customer care, I was asked to cancel one ticket, the details mentioned above, and was assured full refund, since it was cancellation within 24 hrs of booking. Mid may I received a refund of just ₹274 from ixigo. On enquiring I was told this is travel agent refund and that I will receive airline refund within 15 days. Nothing happened till June 30. Again on calling Ixigo, I was told that the ticket is voided and hence they cannot refund and I'll have to follow up with Airlines. After several calls to Air India I was asked to send a mail requesting refund. Again no response till 20 th August. I raised a complaint with PM grievance cell and on 24 th August I got a reply from Air India saying travel ageng has voided the transaction and also airlines haven't received any payment for this ticket, hence they cannot refund and that I need to follow it up with travel agent. After repeated calls and mails to ixigo I keep getting a reply saying airline has rejected the refund. Please help me get my money back
