I want to know is their an aap issue or my booking is rally confirmed because as it is showing confirm and money also got deducted, but its not showing any trip details in ixigo app regarding my up coming journey from rourkela to chandigarh.and even the booking was done while it was showing seats why i got wait listed of 3 out of 5 passenger and the other 2 got rac seat...will i get the full abd final details of this trip which wis planed for 18 /10/21 and also i want it to be reflected on my ixigo app so that i will ve assure that i have an up coming trip of mine which is completely secur and confirmed.

    Inspite of my continuous follow up through mails and several phone calls, Flipkart has still not refunded my money for the cancellation of my flight ticket scheduled on March 31, 2020 (during all India lockdown).At last after following up with Airindia they have processed the refund and have confirmed the refund was made from AirIndia to Flipkart. However still inspite of continous follow up Flipkart has not refunded my money which should have been refunded without even customer's request as per Govt's Directives.

    I am attaching my ticket for your ready reference. Instead of processing the refund Flipkart escalation team and customer care team has been calling everyday to say that refund could not be processed due to technical reason and they would revert in 24-48 hours.This has been going since months now, which has caused a lot of metal stress and anxiety. i would request you to award additional compensaton inlcuding interest on the amount for 1 1/2 years and for the stress i am going through for the same

    your early action in this matter would be appreciated.

            I have not yet got the refund of pnr no. [protected], booking id IXITR[protected] until now. When I tried to check ixigi is giving message that he sent me money but it is not reflecting in my account. Then where is that money. How will I get my refund back. Please help me.

              A ticket having pnr no. [protected] booking id- IXITR[protected] was canceled due to waiting list. I got the message that refund has done. But until today it is not reflecting in my account. I have trued to send mail not going to feedback. I am sending you the screenshot of my account.

                I booked a train from Palakkad to Madurai via Ixigo app.The payment was shown to be failed but Rs 223 was debited from my amount.I had made the payment via Google pay.The ticket booking was not completed also.This was on 1st October 2021 at 10:16 am.The chat support reported that money will be refunded by 8th October but today it is 10th October.Please understand that money is valuable for customers and refund that as soon as possible.

                        I cancelled booking of GOI-CCU flight(PNR-YK5TC) on 25th September 2021.It is still showing "Cancellation Pending" and i am yet to receive my refund amount.Pathetic customer support from Ixigo inspite of calling them no resolution provided

                        I want my refund to be processed ASAP.

                            I booked my train 05231 bju g Spl for 30th september 2021. Due to some reason I cancelled it on 25th september and there was mentioned that they gave the refund to my UPI ID but the arn no. Is not mentioned there . I paid the money through my UPI ID. It's already been 7 days but I didn't get the refund. My PNR IS - [protected]

                                  I have book my ticket from ixigo on sept 7 but booking is failed and money deducted from my account. The told me that money will be refund within 7 days bu mone is no refund from more than three weeks.

                                    Amount Rs 7848/- deducted by transaction id [protected] but ticket not issued. Please refund my deducted amount into my bank account. There is no email or phone to lodge the compliant.
