    My ticket money have been deducted two times for booking train ticket but not been able to open the ticket page. transaction also get successful, didn't recieved message from ixigo about the coach number and seat number.

                    Dear Air India Team,

                    Traveller's name - Parimala Parthasarathy
                    Origin - Mumbai
                    Destination - Chennai
                    Travel date - 17/02/2021

                    Due to some technical issues with IXIGO, I had booked 2 tickets for the same person in the same flight. On calling up Air India customer care, I was asked to cancel one ticket, the details mentioned above, and was assured full refund, since it was cancellation within 24 hrs of booking. Mid may I received a refund of just ₹274 from ixigo. On enquiring I was told this is travel agent refund and that I will receive airline refund within 15 days. Nothing happened till June 30. Again on calling Ixigo, I was told that the ticket is voided and hence they cannot refund and I'll have to follow up with Airlines. After several calls to Air India I was asked to send a mail requesting refund. Again no response till 20 th August. I raised a complaint with PM grievance cell and on 24 th August I got a reply from Air India saying travel ageng has voided the transaction and also airlines haven't received any payment for this ticket, hence they cannot refund and that I need to follow it up with travel agent. After repeated calls and mails to ixigo I keep getting a reply saying airline has rejected the refund. Please help me get my money back

                        Hi I am Tarique I just booked a train ticket through ixigo App and after some time I canceled the trip due to some personal reason and when I canceled the ticket they said u will get u r refund after 2 hours or so and even after 24 hours I didn't got my refund...So please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I paid 8390 through ixigo app to book railway tickets on 27th night. But due to it being failed, Money was sent to Ixigo Money Max Wallet.But after that I transferred that amount to my account after which the money was deducted from ixigo money max wallet and it was shown in the message saying it was sent to my account। And along with it it was also said that money will be transferred in the account in half an hour or else money can come on 28th 1:00 am. Till today morning also the money was not sent to my account. Talking to the customer service representative repeatedly throughout the day, he once told me that he should come within 24 hours.And Then the representative tells to wait 72 hours and when I spoke again this evening were told that it may take 74 hours or even more 24 or 48 hours. Please help me to get my money. And do something to shut down such fraudulent companies. And after a lot of enquiry, he gave me a transaction reference ID and said that the customer can get full details from the customer service representative of the bank. But the customer service representative of Bank of India also makes this reference.Denying the number. And he ignored the matter and asked to file a complaint.

                          It has already 36 Hrs passed away but till now I didn't get my refund. ixigo is just passing day after day and hour after hour. But my problem has not been solved in any way. Such companies should be shut down by the government. What is the government doing? These non-government companies are fraudulently stealing the hard earned money earned by the people.

                          As per Ixigo I have completed 48 hours of my transaction. But I am still being fooled by showing false transaction receipt. So what is bank fraud? They doesn't want to give money. What Is there any nexus between bankers with Ixigo?

                                  I booked 2 train tickets from New Delhi to Chandigarh including Ixigo assured on 2nd August 2021 which I cancelled the very next day. I haven't recieved the refund until today and everytime the good for nothing bot customer care says it has been initiated and will be reflected in your bank account within 7 days. This is really frustrating because there's no agent to talk to, no phone number that they've provided. How do you expect the customer to contact your agency?

                                  After submitting the complaint,
                                  They refunded Rs 670 however the amount I was promised was Rs 1050.
                                  Kindly refund the remaining balance as well.

                                  My tickets cancle but my amount is not credit in my account

                                        Hi Team,

                                        We had booked 24 flight tickets with Ixigo for travel date 26th April 2021, due to the Covid situation of Maharashtra we decided to reschedule our tickets for future date as per Air India Covid Policy.
                                        We had raised this request to IXIGO and Air India (Airlines) both for the revised e-tickets for our travel on which Air India clearly confirmed that we are eligible for one free date change request with no extra cost as per their Covid 19 policy.
                                        Air India clearly specified on the email that they need this request to be raised by the travel agent to them and then only they will proceed with the request and send the revised e-tickets for all those 24 tickets.
                                        On this same email Ixigo team was marked but no one replied back on the email. (Attached screenshot for your reference)

                                        We had chased Ixigo multiple times, but due to their careless approach we didn't received any reply from them.

                                        This is totally Ixigo mistake for not acknowledging the emails nor providing any solution for the same.

                                        Due to this careless service of Ixigo we were left with no other option but to travel on our own money back to Mumbai.

                                        Air India was happily helping to provide revised e-tickets but they had not received any request from Ixigo for the same due to which they were not able to assist us with the revised E-Tickets.

                                        Every time when we were raising this issue to Ixigo they were asking us to check with Airlines for revised E-tickets, but as per the Airlines they were happily ready to provided the revised ticket when they get a request from the travel agent i.e Ixigo, but as usual no one from Ixigo team made an effort to even reply back on the Airlines email.

                                        Pathetic service from Ixigo.

                                        We need full refund for all the 24 tickets which were booked with Ixigo to our original payment mode account.
