On 8:49 pm 23rd August I booked ticket from BGP to SBG in 03040 train no. I used amazon pay for the payment but when the payment was done the app went blank. My ticket was not showing. Please look into this asap....

I was booking a railway ticket from LOHARU to NDLS ON 16TH Aug 2021. The money was deducted but ticket was not generated. Please resolve my issue. Transaction id for merchant is :IGALTYGBM7...

The flight cancelled due to technical issue. Airlines person gave a cancelled slip and told to claim refund from Ixigo side.
I tried to cancel it from Ixigo end, there is no option. ALso Ixigo donot provide any customer care number to contact.

I had tried to book a train ticket on ixigo on 20 june but the booking failed but the money got deducted from my account. I waited for this long for the money to get refunded but that didn't happen. Please refund my money which is rs 585....

Booked a total of four tickets for the destination as well as returning. Booking total amount 4000 rupees. Haven't received any refunds to the bank account nor any mail regarding refund initiation....

I would like to inform you that My money has been deducted against the non receiving tickets.The transaction was made on 30th July 2021.please make the arrangement so that I can get refund the deducted money ₹136+136=272/-

I tried to book ticket in Ixigo app for Miraj to Dharwad travel on 04/08/21. Tickets not booked but amout of tickets costs Rs. 1262/- debited from my bank account. And App doesn't showing any transactions history, booking status. So please guide me How I can refund this amount. Also please provide your customer care number....

As a reply to your response let me be clear about what actually happened :
I had to rebook the ticket because I got the mail that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited and I also got the ticket .
And the ticket wasn't shown on the app
So I was asked to book another ticket via the link in the mail .
Why would I book twice for the same person on the same date on the same train ?

I had a booking from Kolhapur to Kalyan on 23rd July. I had taken cancellation policy which charged me 114rs for per person. The train was cancelled and I just received the ticket fare which was 755 for per person. However, the cancellation was not done from my end and I should have received the full amount including the cancellation policy charges which i had paid. I had booked 3 tickets and the total amount I paid was 2733 to which I received...
