    I did payment for 5 people from Kathgodam to Moradabad..
    Payment of 1763 deducted..
    But booking cancelled..
    Money was not refunded...

    And one more thing why ixigo password entry is the last thing to do..
    Payment should be the last thing to do..

    First you take payment then you guys complicate it..
    Do not fool the public...

    These ixigo guys are trying to exploit people as much as they can

    Guys have a global approach..
    Indians ko hi chutiya bana rhe ho..

      I booked a train ticket from AnVt to NHLN ON[protected]. The payment was deducted from my acc. But the ticket was not booked. I even got a message saying that mr refund has been initiated and will be credited on my acc on the same day but it still hasn’t been reflected on my acc. When i view my transaction history it shows success but I haven’t got the amount back. Please solve it as soon a possible I really need the money to buy another ticket.

                  I booked 2 train tickets from Thane to Dhamangaon including Ixigo assured on 25 september 2021 which I cancelled the very next day. I haven't recieved the refund until today and everytime the good for nothing bot customer care says it has been initiated and will be reflected in your bank account within 7 days. This is really frustrating because there's no agent to talk to, no phone number that they've provided. How do you expect the customer to contact your agency?
                  Please refund my balance immediately.

                    I had booked my travel through your website which was a round trip from air india and indigo airlines respectively.
                    Due to unforeseen circumstances i had to cancel my booking.
                    The booking cancellation for indigo states that i am entitled for a refund of 17700/-
                    Air india refund status is not yet known to me as on contacting air india they told me that the refund status will be known from the third party

                    Now the total refund from your side is 9707/-
                    Which does not justify the discrepancy when the company has given 17700 as refund and it also does not include the airindia refund amount !!

                    This is like cheating the customers and i have tried reaching you through calls and chats but it’s a waste of time as everyone of your employee tried to explain the difference between the amount i am eligible for but nobody can explain why there is a discrepancy in the amount refunded by indigo and ixigo

                      I would like to inform you that I have made a ticket by Ixigo App through my irctc id: rkckarian on 22/10/2021 and by mistake I have changed my boarding station from DBG to GDA Junction on same day within 30 mint, now I am not able to travel from DBG station, therefore I want to cancel this ticket but i am seeing that the refund amount showing zero here in the Ixigo App, So I would request you please cancel this ticket right now from your side and help me to get my refundable amount in my Account, Thank you!!

                            Go First airline has cancelled it's trip on 27th September 21 from BBSR to Mumbai and another trip on 18th September 21 from Mumbai to BBSR (Bhubaneswar).
                            Go first has processed the refund however ixigo hasn't processed it.

                              Hi, I am Kesav Sharma my flight of 22 August, 2021 was cancelled by SpiceJet Airlines PNR: XEF39D Flight SG 695 / SG 145 from Guwahati - Jaipur- Dubai which I didn’t get the refund yet as the airlines had already refund back to Ixigo.

                                Hello Sir/Madam,
                                I, Gulam Ansari, had booked 6.flight tickets from mumbai to Gorakhpur Direct(No halt) Of 28.Oct 2021 timing-7.45.am attached e-ticket.
                                But on friday 1.Oct 2021 I received email, sms and call from spicejet executives regarding direct flight has been cancelled due to Spicejet Airlines Personal issues with timing so on behalf of that spicejet airlines started mumbai to gorakhpur via Delhi taking total time to reach 8.hours Aprox, So I told them that I had booked it because of direct flight of Spicejet Airlines to rich early and it take shorter time of 2.25.hours and I need only direct flight from mumbai to gorakhpur any date ahead will b ok for me 25.Oct - 26.Oct - 27.Oct, but they told me they don't have any direct flights so they told me to take refund so that I will get full refund amount within 7.working days because Spicejet Airlines is closing or shutting down direct flight mumbai to gorakhpur and starting new flight route Via Delhi.
                                So I emailed requested Spicejet and Ixigo Excutives to cancel the flight as soon as possible and refund my money in its original source or in ixigo money which ever is sooner because as soon as possible I wanna book direct indigo flight of 28.Oct.

                                Attached details of booking ID and other details and also the details spicejet airlines has sended me regarding cancelation of direct flight services on 28.oct mumbai to gorakhpur being Canceled.

                                Please I request you and your company refund the amount ASAP, I need the money on urgent basis its already 15.days as paas-on not received a single penny, this 6.people where going to solve the Serious matter in native places so its life and death matter but you guys are not understanding the situation and day by day direct flight price is going up, 700.rs/person extra I will have to pay for booking direct flight if today you refund the amount and if you guys keep on delaying the amount then it will cross the amount of 7000.rs/person.

                                  I want to know is their an aap issue or my booking is rally confirmed because as it is showing confirm and money also got deducted, but its not showing any trip details in ixigo app regarding my up coming journey from rourkela to chandigarh.and even the booking was done while it was showing seats why i got wait listed of 3 out of 5 passenger and the other 2 got rac seat...will i get the full abd final details of this trip which wis planed for 18 /10/21 and also i want it to be reflected on my ixigo app so that i will ve assure that i have an up coming trip of mine which is completely secur and confirmed.

                                    Inspite of my continuous follow up through mails and several phone calls, Flipkart has still not refunded my money for the cancellation of my flight ticket scheduled on March 31, 2020 (during all India lockdown).At last after following up with Airindia they have processed the refund and have confirmed the refund was made from AirIndia to Flipkart. However still inspite of continous follow up Flipkart has not refunded my money which should have been refunded without even customer's request as per Govt's Directives.

                                    I am attaching my ticket for your ready reference. Instead of processing the refund Flipkart escalation team and customer care team has been calling everyday to say that refund could not be processed due to technical reason and they would revert in 24-48 hours.This has been going since months now, which has caused a lot of metal stress and anxiety. i would request you to award additional compensaton inlcuding interest on the amount for 1 1/2 years and for the stress i am going through for the same

                                    your early action in this matter would be appreciated.
