Ticket Cancelled but no refund

I have booked a 3 bus tickets through ixigo application on 5th july 2021 Haridwar to Ajmer and it have been cancelled and no refund is happened till now! Even i call the customer they are not given any update regarding refund . This site so completely fraud, I booked a 3 seated tickets but operator provide a 1 sleeper and told us to adjust ...I completely dissatisfied by the service and i cancelled by booking . Still i have no refund from...

Refund not processed and pending for over 2 months now

On 11th June I booked a ticket via ixigo and the money was deducted from my account but in few minutes I got a mail and itsaid the payment was unsuccessful and if money was deducted it will be refunded back in a day and I had to rebook the tickets .
Amount of Rs.593 was deducted twice from my Account
I tried contacting the customer care service and no help was made from them.not even a proper source of help .
It's over...

Refund money from Air Asia

My flight got cancelled by the airlines on 30th May 2021 by Air Asia due to operational reasons from Bagdogra to Kolkata airport, PNR Y2YGPC.The Air Asia refunded the money to ixigo by 10 th June 2021 but ixigo is not refunding me back the money.I have provided them the credit not and the email but they are saying, this is not enough proof for a refund.they are so difficult to reach and they do not reveal their name in the customer care chat.They...

I have just booked train trip from Mumbai to Nagpur but in Transcation details it shows Booking pending whereas money for that has been debited from my account.

Ixigo not refunded

I had booked train ticket from ixigo app. My ticket wasn't confirmed I cancelled the ticket. Money haven't refunded. IRCTC showing the refunded status but ixigo not refunded my money. I want my money back....

i made 2 transactions to ixigo from net banking yono sbi

For 6 August

the ixigo app not show my 1 transaction of 1596 rupees .
also not showing this transaction as failed transaction .
also not refunding my money
i am very disappointed from this company...

I have not been refunded

I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 through ixigo but payment was done by Google pay but the payment was showing processing that time.
Now the payment is done.
The ticket was not booked on the date of booking.
Now plz help me to get my money back....

Covid traveller unattended

I was supposed to travel from Chennai to Delhi on 26th April 2021. Since I was tested Covid positive, I had checked with Air India customer care that if I had produced my covid certificate after my period of qurantine, I can either reschedule or refund my tickets. Because of lockdown I could not go to air india in person and hence I have submitted my covid reports and my tciket details to Air India and to the Flipkart travel (agency in between),...

My flight money haven't refunded yet

I have booked flight from mumbai to hyderabad on 30march2020 with spicejet SG 421 by ixigo app but that flight have cancelled money not refunded yet...
