      I had tried to book a train ticket on ixigo on 20 june but the booking failed but the money got deducted from my account. I waited for this long for the money to get refunded but that didn't happen. Please refund my money which is rs 585.

        Booked a total of four tickets for the destination as well as returning. Booking total amount 4000 rupees. Haven't received any refunds to the bank account nor any mail regarding refund initiation.

          I would like to inform you that My money has been deducted against the non receiving tickets.The transaction was made on 30th July 2021.please make the arrangement so that I can get refund the deducted money ₹136+136=272/-

            I tried to book ticket in Ixigo app for Miraj to Dharwad travel on 04/08/21. Tickets not booked but amout of tickets costs Rs. 1262/- debited from my bank account. And App doesn't showing any transactions history, booking status. So please guide me How I can refund this amount. Also please provide your customer care number.

              As a reply to your response let me be clear about what actually happened :
              I had to rebook the ticket because I got the mail that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited and I also got the ticket .
              And the ticket wasn't shown on the app
              So I was asked to book another ticket via the link in the mail .
              Why would I book twice for the same person on the same date on the same train ?
              Either update your app into a user friendly interface or please make it into an app which processes with clarity !
              I've booked over 20 plus tickets in this year and it's the second time I'm facing this
              The below is the link that I got via the mail from ixigo to rebook the tickets .
              Ixigo doesn't provide ticket unless the payment is successful so the first time I got ticket I left the app .
              Then after few minutes I got this message from ixigo to my WhatsApp and also got the mail that I've attached with my previous complaint mail
              Ive spoke to my bank and upi service center and both have said the money was debited twice from my ACCOUNT to ixigo .

              Please do refund the cash which I was made to pay twice despite of me getting the first ticket .
              Why I had to retake for the same person on the same Train was because I was scared that the previous one must be invalid and that's why I got such a mail from your end .
              And also update your customer care service because I legit took all methods to reach you. But u couldn't !
              None of the number's of the company works
              No reply for mails I sent and also no in-app user friendly service

                I had a booking from Kolhapur to Kalyan on 23rd July. I had taken cancellation policy which charged me 114rs for per person. The train was cancelled and I just received the ticket fare which was 755 for per person. However, the cancellation was not done from my end and I should have received the full amount including the cancellation policy charges which i had paid. I had booked 3 tickets and the total amount I paid was 2733 to which I received the refund of 2265. Why didn't I receive the full refund amount even though the ticket wasn't cancelled from my end. I tried talking to the customer support in ixigo app, but it's a robot that is talking to me and just sending me the same msgs. It is not trying to understand what am I saying. I need a call from the customer care who can actually help me with this. Please solve this asap

                  I was booked train tickets ( from mangalore to pondicherry), money been deducted of rupee 496, but app is not showing any booking confirmation, no information regarding booking. I need my money back.

                    I was booked the train ticket for pasenger, booking done, ticket amount was been deducted from account, but there is no confirmation regarding booking, tickets not generated. I need my deducted amount back.

                            I booked 3 tickets from BDTS to Pathankot cant on 30 Sept. I made booking from ixigo train app. Paid by Google pay.. But after payment is done, haven't received any confirmation from Ixigo about my reservation. it's still asking me to pay for my booking. Attaching screenshots with this mail. I even paid for insurance. Please help me to get my booking done or money back.

                              While booking flight I had paid Rs. 709 as so called "free cancellation fee". However, the money refunded was way less than what I had paid as "free cancellation fee" i.e. Rs 466. When free cancellation fee was paid during booking why has the "Total Cancellation Fee" worth Rs 3300 been charged?

                                      I actually booked a ticket for 2 from ghaziabad to Rudrapur and i paid you successfully but unfortunately i forgot to login with irctc id and i dont know booking id . I want my money back
