My train ticket booking failed and money 897/- has been debited from my bank account. And transaction also not showing in ixigo login page, its showed me error to can not process the request.

Please refund my debited amount of 897/- to my bank account, i have paid through ICICI net banking.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was trying to book train ticket for 1 Aug 2021 from ixigo online on 28 July 2021, but booking got failed and payment of amount 897/- has been debited from my bank account. (ICICI Net Banking)

Attached screenshots is for your reference and necessary action.

Please refund my amount of Rs. 897/- to my bank account.

    I have done train 3 tickets from Shamgarh to betul, out of which I have cancelled 2 tickets and got refund of only one ticket which is Rs. 715 and another ticket refund is not received by me ..

      I have booked a 3 bus tickets through ixigo application on 5th july 2021 Haridwar to Ajmer and it have been cancelled and no refund is happened till now! Even i call the customer they are not given any update regarding refund . This site so completely fraud, I booked a 3 seated tickets but operator provide a 1 sleeper and told us to adjust ...I completely dissatisfied by the service and i cancelled by booking . Still i have no refund from last 15 days i am calling to the customer care.

      what about update ??

          On 11th June I booked a ticket via ixigo and the money was deducted from my account but in few minutes I got a mail and itsaid the payment was unsuccessful and if money was deducted it will be refunded back in a day and I had to rebook the tickets .
          Amount of Rs.593 was deducted twice from my Account
          I tried contacting the customer care service and no help was made from them.not even a proper source of help .
          It's over 1.5 months now that I've not got the refund of the money
          Kindly do the needful as it's a pandemic period and it's a high time even a penny is precious
          Please try to refund asap

          Hey Satwika,

          As checked there are 3 payment attempts for INR 593 on 11th June and we received only 2 payments made at 6:32 PM and 7:53 PM which were against confirmed bookings. The first payment at 6:26 PM was failed and we have not received the credit. Kindly check with your UPI service provider on this for assistance and reversal

          As a reply to your response let me be clear about what actually happened :
          I had to rebook the ticket because I got the mail that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited and I also got the ticket .
          And the ticket wasn't shown on the app
          So I was asked to book another ticket via the link in the mail .
          Why would I book twice for the same person on the same date on the same train ?
          Either update your app into a user friendly interface or please make it into an app which processes with clarity !
          I've booked over 20 plus tickets in this year and it's the second time I'm facing this
          The below is the link that I got via the mail from ixigo to rebook the tickets .
          Ixigo doesn't provide ticket unless the payment is successful so the first time I got ticket I left the app .
          Then after few minutes I got this message from ixigo to my WhatsApp and also got the mail that I've attached with my previous complaint mail
          Ive spoke to my bank and upi service center and both have said the money was debited twice from my ACCOUNT to ixigo .

          Please do refund the cash which I was made to pay twice despite of me getting the first ticket .
          Why I had to retake for the same person on the same Train was because I was scared that the previous one must be invalid and that's why I got such a mail from your end .
          And also update your customer care service because I legit took all methods to reach you. But u couldn't !
          None of the number's of the company works
          No reply for mails I sent and also no in app user friendly service

          महोदय जी मेरा नाम श्री गोपाल है मेरे लड़के के नाम
          मेरी 2 टिकट देल्ही से बैकाकँ की 22/02/20 को बुक कराई थी जोकी करोना के कारण प्लेन कैसिंल हो गई थी जिसका पैसा अभी तक वापस अभी तक नही आया हमारी टिकट का पी यन आर नम्बर B87INJ है मैने इस नम्बर पर 5 बार बात की मगर कोई भी सन्तोष पूरबक जवाब नही मिला कोई कहता आपके खाते से पैसा ही डेवीड नही हुआ कोई कहता कि आपका प्लेन चाईना का था ईसलिये उनसे बात करो जब की मेरे मोबाईल मे 16/04/20 को मैसेज ixigo से कि आपका पैसा 72 घँटें मे भेज देंगें जो कि आज तक नहीं ईस प्रकार ixigo पर से विशवाश उठ जायेगा इसलिय महोदय हमारा पैसा रिफण्ड करने की कृपा करे
          जबकी मैन पैसा ixigo को दिया इस लिये पैसा आप हमे दें

              My flight got cancelled by the airlines on 30th May 2021 by Air Asia due to operational reasons from Bagdogra to Kolkata airport, PNR Y2YGPC.The Air Asia refunded the money to ixigo by 10 th June 2021 but ixigo is not refunding me back the money.I have provided them the credit not and the email but they are saying, this is not enough proof for a refund.they are so difficult to reach and they do not reveal their name in the customer care chat.They are not refunding my money.My name is Samaresh Pal.flight number 583.refund money 2021₹.

                Sir/Mam,

                We have booked the following INDIGO Flight tickets through ixigo website on 10th April 2021.
                1. PNR No. FGY4WI (a) Dehradun to New Delhi - 6E 2685. JOURNEY DATE 12 JUNE
                and (b) New Delhi to Coimbatore- 6E 5412 journey date 12 JUNE
                TOTAL FARE - Rs, 10, 564/-

                2. PNR No.MGBY9V (a) Coimbatore to New Delhi - 6E396 Journey date 4th June
                and (b) New Delhi to Dehradun 6E 2042, journey date 5th June.
                Total fare - Rs.11, 010/-

                All of the above flights were cancelled from your side and the refund of the same has not yet received.

                According to the reply and direct contact INDIGO confirmed that our ticket refund have despatched to the agent Chandni travels.
                But we don't know anything about such a travels and we had booked the ticket directly online through IXIGO.
                Kindly do the needful to get our refund despatched to my account, through which I remitted the amount.

                              I had booked train ticket from ixigo app. My ticket wasn't confirmed I cancelled the ticket. Money haven't refunded. IRCTC showing the refunded status but ixigo not refunded my money. I want my money back.

                                for train travel
                                i made 2 transactions to ixigo from net banking yono sbi
                                train number - 02920
                                SVDK DDN SPL
                                for traveling from SVDK - UMB
                                For 6 August

                                the ixigo app not show my 1 transaction of 1596 rupees .
                                also not showing this transaction as failed transaction .
                                also not refunding my money
                                i am very disappointed from this company .
                                my money is deducted twice of rupees 1596.
                                but ixigo giving information only for one.

                                kindly respond as fast as can otherwise i have to file a case against this company ixigo

                                  I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 through ixigo but payment was done by Google pay but the payment was showing processing that time.
                                  Now the payment is done.
                                  The ticket was not booked on the date of booking.
                                  Now plz help me to get my money back.
