I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 through ixigo but payment was done by Google pay but the payment was showing processing that time.
Now the payment is done.
The ticket was not booked on the date of booking.
Now plz help me to get my money back.

        I have booked a train ticket from kannur to calicut on 9/7/2021 through ixigo with my irctc login . A sum of Rs 699/ was debited from my account but no ticket was received. The amount may be remitted back to my account.

          I was supposed to travel from Chennai to Delhi on 26th April 2021. Since I was tested Covid positive, I had checked with Air India customer care that if I had produced my covid certificate after my period of qurantine, I can either reschedule or refund my tickets. Because of lockdown I could not go to air india in person and hence I have submitted my covid reports and my tciket details to Air India and to the Flipkart travel (agency in between), but my problem has not been resolved. Both Flipkart and Air India are blaming each other. Where do I stand?.. I have'nt cancelled my ticket because I don't want to be blamed later that I cannot reclaim my entire amount spent

                When will I get a refund for my ticket cancellation?

                DefaultAs per our records, your refund against the BOOKING ID: IXITR[protected] has already been processed on[protected] and should reflect in your bank/wallet by[protected].

                The refund details are as mentioned below:
                1. Booking ID - IXITR[protected]
                2. Refund breakup
                2.1 Original payment source: INR 1130.0, Refunded in vaishnavi.[protected]@okhdfcbank
                2.2 ixigo money: 20.0
                2.3 other wallet: INR 0

                . If you still haven't received the refund, please raise a complaint with your bank's customer care team.

                As it is still not reflecting in my bank account, kindly refund this amount

                Then, Kindly provide with the refund reference no., Invoice no. And ixigo confirmation mentioning the account details to which the refund was processed, so that i can raise this issue tk the bank as these are details which are asked by the bank.

                There is only this assistance with ixigo tjat o have already mentioned. RRN . No. Kindly provide these details here so that i can claim the same with my bank. reference no.,
                Invoice no.
                And ixigo confirmation mentioning the account details to which the refund was processed. Update with the same information as soon as possible.

                            My three flights had been cancelled by the airlines and it is more than a week I didn't receive my refund. Following are the details:
                            Spicejet - Kandla to New Delhi - BYPE5J - 14th June 2021
                            Go First - Mumbai to New Delhi - E4BIMV - 14th June 2021
                            Spice Jet - Gwalior to Ahemdabad - LGK3JK - 26th June

                            I faced lots of problem due to sudden cancellation of flights and had to pay more. Why I haven't received the refund however it has been initiated by the airlines on the same day. I want my refund with immediate effect otherwise I will stop booking my trips from your app.

                                Sir, Today we have book a train ticket from thiruchirapalli to coimbatore. Amount debited. Due to netwotk issue, the ticket are cancelled. But amount are not refunded.

                                  Dear Ixigo,
                                  It is complaint about my booking Bhubaneswar to delhi. I tried to cancel my booking multiple times on time.
                                  1st from ixigo application it was told that cancellation denied by airline. when i go to airline i got reply to talk to agent.
                                  Then again i go to ixigo airline for cancellation there i got confirmation on cancellation. However, then i got msg for web check in.
                                  You can check all chat made by me for cancellation.
                                  Why cancellation is a pain here. Now i can't apply for refund with insurance company as it is not cancelled.
                                  Please resolve my issue.

                                      Sir my customer cear me baat kiya but waha se ek hi replay aa raha hai ki refund ho chuka hai bank me chek karo but bank me pata kiya to bank bol rahi hai ki refund nahi huaa hai
