    Refund in case of cancelled train tickets is automatically processed by IRCTC within 7 days after the travel date.

      Received email at 14:28 hrs on May 21, 2021
      Your KOLKATA - Saharanpur train booking did not get confirmed, due to payment failure. But money actually got deducted.

      Travel Date:[protected]

      Hence, I had to rebook three tickets and received the following email at 15:01 hrs
      Hi Sujay
      Your KOLKATA - Saharanpur booking is successful

      Travel Date:[protected]

      After this peculiar experience, I called up at help line no. [protected].
      My experience was horrible and people didn't hesitate to use slang. As of now both PNR nos. are showing confirmed reservation. As I have to cancel one, please help me get the amount refunded, which has happened due to scrupulous email I received from IXIGO site.

      Dear Customer,

      The booking IDs are mentioned in the notifications sent for each boking for clarity. Booking ID IXITR[protected] was confirmed and a confirmation message was sent.

      The failure message was sent for booking ID IXITR[protected] which was actually a failed booking.

      Again a new booking was made under booking ID IXITR[protected].

      We can see cancellation for booking ID IXITR[protected] was initiated however no refund is applicable since you have cancelled a confirmed Tatkal ticket. We do not see any issue here from ixigo as communications mentioned the booking IDs for clarity.

      We regret but refund for the cancelled ticket is not applicable.

              I have booked a ticket from vijayawada to Goa on 26-april-2021
              for 2-may -2021 later on i changed the date for 16 may 2021
              then the indigo airlines cancelled the flight, i got email, then i cancelled booking . indigo processed refund but ixigo not refunding money

                  My booking was failed on 15/11/2020.My refund amount is 468/- which is not credited in my account still today.As per bank statement they told me that I should talk with ixigo.and Ixigo told that I have to talk with bank.what to do now.please solve my problem as soon as possible.and give me my refund amount Rs.468/-

                    My booking failed on 15/11/2020 which trip id is IXITR[protected]My refund amount is 468/- which not credited in my account still today.As per bank statement they told me that I should talk with ixigo.and you told that I have to talk with bank.what to do now.please solve my problem as soon as possible.and give me my refund amount Rs.468/-.Bank ask me RRN no.for further process.I can't reflect RRN no.in Any transaction.please give my RRN no.if you already refund my amount.otherwise I will go for further process by law.

                      I warn you and your entire ixigo team. Please refund my money against cancellation of my train ticket under 2 Days. Otherwise I filled FRAUD CASE against you and your entire ixigo team in CONSUMER COURT under Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I am very disappointed with your refund policy and No helpline no/complain no awailable.

                          I had done some tickets from Ixigo Raipur to Bhatapara.But tickets not get confirmed was going to get the money refund which has not come yet.

                                I was booked ticket from new Delhi to Varanasi and also pay free cancellation charge but when I cancelled ticket then didn't get total money back total ticket fare is 1605rps and after adding cancellation charge and agent charge it would be 1974rps but after cancel I got only 1605rps now what shoul I do???

                                    Good Day,

                                    I booked a train at Ixigo website from Deli to Mathura, but the train got cancelled, I check at the website the booking was still applicable therefore I cancelled the booking at the website it showed partially cancelled and no refund will be generated .

                                    Though i m not at mistake then why my money will not be refunded.

                                      I booked ticket from parashala to tambaram for 2 persons. I paid Rs.836 and money debited from my account.

                                        Submitted a complaint already for not receiving my refund amount of rupees 325, which was deducted from my account on the 12th of April for 3 train tickets, even though the booking failed. When asked the customer service for 16 days they told me the amount will be refunded within 24 or 7 days. And it's been 16 days and no amount is being refunded back and there is no update from the customer service. I need my refund back.
