    My ixigo account is claiming that they have refunded my amount . But it's not true I haven't received that yet .
    Booking id - IXITR[protected] .
    I'm very disappointed with the ixigo services . From the starting they are deducting so much cancellation charge at every ticket . And those deduction this happens to me .
    I want from ixigo that please refund my amount as soon as possible .

            I filled TDR against my ticket because both tickets doesn't confirmed and my PNR number is [protected] user id is yadavbhavesh.After 2 months my tdr accepted but ixigo shows that it is rejected but i talked to IRCTC customer care they told my TDR approved and money is also given but not yet credited by ixigo ... please help me

                I am booking a train ticket but due to some issue the booking got failed and the amount for this booking got deducted from my account and after some time the i got a mail from Ixigo that the amount has successfully refunded to me but till now i didn't get the amount in my account.

                  IXIGO travel agency claiming that the refund was processed on 7th may 2021.
                  Since it has been a month and I have not received any amount in my bank from the travel agency Iam raising this complaint.

                    Due to corona, I had to cancel my flight ticket. Inspite of taking insurance, the refund amount that have received is only Rs 182, against a booking of 3261/-.

                        I was trying to book ticket of flight for date 9th june 2021. I paid ticket money by phone pay of amount 4599. Money get deducted but nothing is visible on ixigo app. While on phone pay its showing money transfer to ixigo. I have attached the screen shot of phone pay. Please look into the issue.

                            N march 24
                            I tried booking train ticket & I was paying through phone pe app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. Kindly refund the amount Rs.580.

                              My flight PNR LGHE7S was cancelled by Indigo airlines on NOV 25 2020, but the refund has not been credited to my account .
                              When called airlines its confirmed that the refund was initiated by them. Could you please check and help us in this matter. It's been more than 7 months since the cancellation .

                              We can see that no refund request/cancellation request was placed from ixigo app. We were not informed about the direct cancellation with the airline so far. We have raised the refund request now and the full amount will be processed in 7 days.
