I tried booking a ksrtc bus ticket from Kalpetta to trivandrum on 06/04/21 in ixigo app . After the payment shown successful, money of rs. 589 was debited from account. Thereafter ticket was not confirmed. Money is also not refunded yet.

    Sir,
    I have booked my ticket through ixigo on 5th march having PNR: [protected] and Booking Id: IXITR[protected]. And i have cancelled my ticket on 9th march 2021 but have not received the refund amount in my account till now.
    As per the IRCTC customer care representative the refund process have been completed from their side but have been delayed from ixigo side.
    Please resolve my issue by refunding the amount as soon as possible.

      Hello,
      My name is Arya. On 05/04/2021 at morning I tried to book train from aluva to kota for 18/04/2021 for 2 passengers in ixigo app. After completing the blanks the page got opened for payment gateway on that page I put my mothers upi id [protected]@oksbi and continued the payment after 2-3 minutes the payment got deducted but the booking doesn't get completed. After 15-20 minutes I got a msg from ixigo app in whatsApp that a refund of Rs 4694 is processed and will reflect to your account on 05/04/2021 at 11.But till now the payment not get reflected. I'm sharing you the msg and money debited from my mother's bank account receipt with this msg. This is the second time I'm posting the complaint
      I hope you will go through it and resolve my issue as soon as possible

          I tried to book a train ticket with ixigo on 5/4/2021 from Vadakara to Ernakulam Junction. The amound of 274 rupees debited from my bank account but booking not successfull and i cant find my failed booking in the app. again i booked the ticket and it was successfull since my previous booking is failure and i lost that amount it didn't refund yet.

            Booked bus ticket through ixigo and debited money twice . Still i did not get any ticket confirmation or refund i must know how i lost my money . Tommorow i have to take journey to hydrabad. Plz ixigo as soon as possible contact with u r partner Le travenues technology pvt ltd which has been collected my Rs 1805 in google pay.

                My booking of ticket with order id: IXITR[protected]. The money was deducted on 27/03/2021 later it was cancelled. Yesterday(3/04/2021) was the last day of refund as claimed by ixigo app yet no money was credited to my account. Please look into this.

                    Hi, this is deep singh. I was booking a ticket from yesvantpur jn to vasco da gama in 07339 Ypr vasco express on 26 Mar 2021.i made payment through my Google pay UPI ID. The amount 5920 was deducted but ticket was not booked. I have not received my refund amount till date. I am attaching the proof of my payment. Kindly reund the amount as soon as possible.

                            I have booked the train 05005 from IXIGO app then on 1 march i got the message that Train No. 05005 of 31/03/2021 has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
                            When i check with booking partner IXIGO they said no need to cancel the ticket you will get full refund in 7 seven days after the journey date

                            But on the day of traveling 31/03/2021 at 4.55 pm i got the message
                            Train No.05005 of 31/03/2021 cancelled earlier has been restored now
                            Now they are showing train is not cancel and I am not eligible for refund
                            After that when I trying to file TDR from your app it is giving error
                            Now Ixigo is not giving my refund

                            Could you please let us know how can i claim the refund

                              Yesterday I was booking train ticket of 7 April 2021, train is 03483, from Bhagalpur To Aligarh.
                              I paid 580 rupees by paytm, but after payment did not open the ixigo site.
                              Therefore ticket could not generated.

                                I used my mother mobile # and now i cant remove it from my account ([protected]@hotmail.com) i cannot and should not use it or receive any confirmation on this mobile, only on my email ... it should be for all customers ability to be able to remove, modify, edit any profile information such as email used, mobile removal and no use, instead of forcing its use, since i dont own one such phone, sad ...

                                  I was doing my bus booking from Lucknow to allahabad. Firstly I did the transaction through UPI mode and the amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked... So, secondly when I did the transaction through card the ticket got booked...
                                  The amount which got deducted through UPI mode has not returned back into my account... I need the refund back.. because the amount got deducted through UPI and the ticket was also not booked so kindly refund the amount.
                                  I am attaching the details of my bank account which shows that the amount was deducted from my account and the ticket was not booked.
                                  Kindly, resolve this matter fast and refund my money.

                                    I had booked my train ticket from Salem to MGR chennai central which costs of Rs.785. But unfortunately amount had been deducted without the ticket confirmation. The message says that the ticket booking not confirmed due to the payment failure. I request IXIGO to refund my amount of rupees 785 as soon as possible
