Ticked is not booked but money has been deducted n not refunded yet

My registered email id at ixigo app is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. is [protected] . On 30th jan 2021 I booked a ticket from Pandhurna to Kota in CBE JP Express . My money was deducted but after that the ticket didn't appear .Again it is showing that there has been no booking and no transaction of that ticket.
I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible . This app has really disappointed me.

Refund not received for last 11 months

Malindo airlines have cancelled the airline and have promised to make full refund but Ixigo is not making the payment. It's almost 11 months from the date of journey...

I m trying to book tickets from ixigo, and make payment through google pay. Money is deducted from my account but ticket not booked.

Money is credited to the account of Le Travenus privite limited company but ticket not booked.

Booking Reference No IF[protected] & PNR No ZBYB0 which was cancelled. I have confirmed at the time of cancelling the ticket that partial amount is refundable and after 8 months I have not received any amount refunded into my account. Every time I am contacting your customer service team (Which is worst I have ever Seen) I am getting a fake commitment that your problem will be resolved within next 48 to 72 hours...

Payment successful in google pay but ticket is not showing and need amount 899 rs refund

I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

Fees related

I was booking my tickets for train 02367 BGP-ANVT for 8th March. The amount was deducted from Phone pe account but the app stopped working and it was regularly showing try again try again. I couldn't even put my password. When i tried looking for ticket there is no pnr status for that. I want refund for that. It is not even available in my transactions history. I m attaching transaction id. Please try to solve this matter as soon as possible....

Not received partial refund

On 25.12.2020 I Sumen Mondal booked two airline tickets of Airasia from chennai to Mumbai and I altogether paid Rs.9778 but due to the sever health condition of my father on 23.12.2020 I cancelled the ticket and the ixigo customer care assured me that I will receive the refund within 15 days, and on 17.01.2021 I called the ixigo customer care and the stated me that my ticket is nonrefundable also I received the mail for the same.
