Sir i was booking ticket today.payment made successfully through google pay of rupees 70. But then i didn't got any update about ticket. There is no ticket booking showing in ixigo no pending and failed transactions. Sir please helpme

                  1. I booked a ticket for 02 person in train no 02621, but it failed ..

                  2. Refund was initiated on 8 feb 2021

                  3. It says ammount will be refunded in 7 days.

                  So far the refund amount has not been credited in my account..

                  And i didn't receive ARN reference number also

                  Request you to kindly revert back on status of my refund amount at the earliest.

                                    I book a train ticket on 24 January and cancelled my ticket on 25 January, I didn't get my refund but they are showing of refund is completed
                                    When I call in IRCTC helpline said that refund is get but they are telling that ask your bank for money,
                                    But bank tell us that the money is not come yet
                                    And ARN no. is not get and
                                    PNR no.[protected]

                                    I hope u will understand my problem and I hope u will accept my complaint
