Hey, i have booked ticket on 13/2/2021.amount Rs.2, 526/- order id.IXITR[protected] .train no.0216 8(LTT FESTIVAL EXP)from varansi to lokmanya tilak(kurla).but ticket booking was failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.when i contact to ixigo customer care the spokeperson said that you will wait for the 7 days for refund.but after 7 days the amount is not refunded in my bank account.so kindly request you to refund my amount...

Ixigo tickets and payment

I booked a train ticket from Jammu to Ajmer on 19 February 2021 at 6:13pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs 2061 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet". No ticket was provided to me. I am providing all the necessary details. Please treat this as urgent and refund my money.
