I have been calling since January. Every customer executive is telling me that within 7 days my money will be refunded (booking id IF[protected]) but all are lies. You ask me to call airlines and airlines are telling me ask Ixigo, whom you have paid to. I have records of each and everything.
This is last warning from my side. If I don't receive my refund within a week. I'm going to share all on social media and review your app on google store accordingly. In addition, I will also file a case in consumer court as I have read your FAQ's it is mentioned there that within 15 days I will get my refund back.
I don't want all this but you are forcing me to do so.
