    Dear Sir,

    This is with regard to the refund of my tatkal ticket cancellation,
    Sir, my ticket has not confirmed on 26th February-21 and at the same time I yet receive refund amount on same as on date for PNR : [protected], hence request you to please refund my money at the earliest.

      Airline refundedRs 5667.00 to ixigo a/c on28 Feb vide cancel passenger pnrW7173Y.But ixigo credited Rs 1645.00 in my a/c.A what’s app chat with SpiceJet says amount credited to agencyforRs 5667.00.Rest amount still not refunded after several intimations.That’s why lodging complain.

        Booking is [protected] SpiceJet cancell passenger Parwati Devi PNR W7173Y refunded Rs 5667 in your agency a/c but u credited1645.A chat message from airline clearly shows that Rs5667has been credited in agency a/c.This clearly showsairline not deducted any more charges.Hence initiate my rest amount otherwise matter wii be subjudice. Take action urgently.

          I booking a train ticket in ixigo app .but the booking is failed but my money is deducted to the bank account 250 .i want to refund my money

            I have a ixigo account with mail [protected]@gmail.com. Recently i tried to book the ticket and the money got debited but before entering my irctc password the app crashed and the booking wasnt successful. so please help me. how can i get my money back?

                    I have booked a ticket from ixigo on 21 feb but after payment it get cancelled due to forget password . Then i recived a message of refund saying my refund have initiated and will show in my account within 7 days. I have waited till 28 feb but I have not received any refund . Also now they are showing to contact to bank but not giving transaction ID .

                      The first booking was failed as we did not receive any payment. If the amount is debited for your account it should be reversed by your bank within 7 days.

                        Hi,

                        I have been calling since January. Every customer executive is telling me that within 7 days my money will be refunded (booking id IF[protected]) but all are lies. You ask me to call airlines and airlines are telling me ask Ixigo, whom you have paid to. I have records of each and everything.

                        This is last warning from my side. If I don't receive my refund within a week. I'm going to share all on social media and review your app on google store accordingly. In addition, I will also file a case in consumer court as I have read your FAQ's it is mentioned there that within 15 days I will get my refund back.

                        I don't want all this but you are forcing me to do so.

                          I was booking tickets for train no-02815, but my ticket was not confirmed though, payment was successful on date 25th January 2021 at 11.30 am. I raised a dispute still I didn't get back my money.

As you know that Train no 09083 (Booked from BRC-PPTA Dated 14/06/2021) has been canceled and amount of booking for e ticket through IXIGO has not been released/refunded yet in my account so I can get a new ticket in some other train. Kindly acknowledge the receipt and refund the amount as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                                        I have done transaction from Paytm upi. The transaction was successful but i didn't get my ticket and it is not showing in my ixigo app in failed transaction too..
                                        I am attaching my Paytm receipt here.
