I booked a ticket and money was deducted, the ticket didn't get booked and I got a notification that my money will be back within a day. It's been a week n I didn't get an ounce of it.

        I have done transaction from Paytm upi. The transaction was successful but i didn't get my ticket and it is not showing in my ixigo app in failed transaction too..

          I have booked a train from salem to chennai on 19th Feb 2021, but booking failed. Amount got debited from my account. It is informed that amount will be refunded. Still now I haven't received the amount. Also, I cant track the status of refund. When will I get my refund?

          Amount has been refunded from the company. I haven't done no other thing than the complaint. Amount got refunded once after the complaint got submitted.

                      Hey, i have booked ticket on 13/2/2021.amount Rs.2, 526/- order id.IXITR[protected] .train no.0216 8(LTT FESTIVAL EXP)from varansi to lokmanya tilak(kurla).but ticket booking was failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account.when i contact to ixigo customer care the spokeperson said that you will wait for the 7 days for refund.but after 7 days the amount is not refunded in my bank account.so kindly request you to refund my amount as soon as possible

                                  I booked a train ticket from Jammu to Ajmer on 19 February 2021 at 6:13pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs 2061 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet".
