While making payment redirect to phone pe than the application page shown as the try again and no track for failed books....

I tried to book a ticket. Amount is deducted from my account but booking was unsuccessful. Deducted amount is not added to my account till now....

1. I booked a ticket for 02 person in train no 02621, but it failed ..

2. Refund was initiated on 8 feb 2021

3. It says ammount will be refunded in 7 days.

So far the refund amount has not been credited in my account..

And i didn't receive ARN reference number also

Request you to kindly revert back on status of my refund amount at the earliest.

I was booking train tickets today payment was successfully done through google pay of amount rs.826.But then i didn't got any update about ticket. there is no ticket booked showing in ixigo no pending failed transaction is there. please help me to get refund amount.

I book tickets regularly from your app and this time it shows booking successful but shows pending status...

I book a train ticket on 24 January and cancelled my ticket on 25 January, I didn't get my refund but they are showing of refund is completed
When I call in IRCTC helpline said that refund is get but they are telling that ask your bank for money,
But bank tell us that the money is not come yet
And ARN no. is not get and

Yesterday i have tried to book my train ticket through ixigo app but my amount got debited from my account and ticket not booked. How can i get get refund of that amount?
I'm attaching screen shot of my order i'd for details verification....

I was doing a train reservation yesterday night via ixigo app and after filling the details paid for the asked money...The money got deducted but there was no ticket done for the paid reservation done by me...i am warning ixigo that if i do not get my money refunded, i will file a case of Cheating and Duping against it...Such an irresponsible act done...period......

I have booked-
* 3 tickets for Kolkata to ludhiana [PNR no. [protected]] in koaa-asr express - it is cancelled. but didn't get refund Rs 5675.
*And 2 tickets for ludhiana to Kolkata [PNR no. [protected]] in asr-koaa express- it is cancelled. but didn't get refund of Rs. 3836.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible you can, it's very urgent....

Hi, this is Sairam Gaikawad, I've booked the flights from Hyd to Srinagar(1st Jan 2021) with the PNR number : K241HM, the request was raised on 21/12/2020. Its almost 50+ days the amount did not credited to my account. The customer service over there is worse.
The name of the person for whom we cancelled the ticket is Deepak. I need a quick response on this and this issue should be resolved on top priority basis.

Through ixigo app I was booking a ticket from solapur jn to bhubaneswar jn. Through amazonpay the payment was done and it is successfully paid showing at Amazonpay..but my ticket is not confirmed in ixigo...
