Amount debited but no ticket so please refund amount
I tried to book a train ticket with ixigo on 7/4/2021 from Tirupati to Kuppam. The amound of 156 rupees debited from my bank account but booking not successfull and i cant find my failed booking in the app. again i booked the ticket and it was successfull since my previous booking is failure and i lost that amount it didn't refund yet.

Yesterday I have tried to book a ticket at 3:40 and the payment has done two times means I have paid 621 rs two times first at 3:40 and second at 3:41 and i got only one refund of 621 .

Updated by rt048119 In short I want to say that i have paid the amount which is demanded by ixigo two times and in spite of that my booking has not confirmed and money also debited from bank. 621 rs has debited from bank twice and then I got only one 1st payment refund one refund of 621 is still pending

Since this was voluntary cancellation applicable refund after deducting normal cancellation charges is processed already. For the airline cancellation charges kindly file a claim with the insurance provider using this link https://www.libertyinsurance.in/products/claim-intimation/claimintimation since you had opted for ixigo assured fare. For further assistance you can call us on the number mentioned on your PDF ticket.
I have booked my train ticked from spj to jat on 23rd of March 2021
After 10 minutes I cancelled the ticket and I have not recieved refund in my bank account .
The current status is refund initiated but I have not received the refund yet.

I tried booking a ksrtc bus ticket from Kalpetta to trivandrum on 06/04/21 in ixigo app . After the payment shown successful, money of rs. 589 was debited from account. Thereafter ticket was not confirmed. Money is also not refunded yet.

Sir,
I have booked my ticket through ixigo on 5th march having PNR: [protected] and Booking Id: IXITR[protected]. And i have cancelled my ticket on 9th march 2021 but have not received the refund amount in my account till now.
As per the IRCTC customer care representative the refund process have been completed from their side but have been delayed from ixigo side.
Please resolve my issue by refunding the amount as soon as possible.

My name is Arya. On 05/04/2021 at morning I tried to book train from aluva to kota for 18/04/2021 for 2 passengers in ixigo app. After completing the blanks the page got opened for payment gateway on that page I put my mothers upi id [protected]@oksbi and continued the payment after 2-3 minutes the payment got deducted but the booking doesn't get completed. After 15-20 minutes I got a msg from ixigo app in whatsApp that a refund of Rs 4694 is processed and will reflect to your account on 05/04/2021 at 11.But till now the payment not get reflected. I'm sharing you the msg and money debited from my mother's bank account receipt with this msg. This is the second time I'm posting the complaint
I hope you will go through it and resolve my issue as soon as possible
