I tried to book ticket for 2 people from Tirupati to Chennai through ixigo. money is debited from account and it asked to login to view ticket but the existing pwd didnt work.
When forgot pwd is given, new one is generated and sent to mobile but this also didnt work. meanwhile transaction is cancelled. No customer care number to follow with and the chatbot giving same answers.
IRCTC should take proper action.
