Hi, this is Sairam Gaikawad, I've booked the flights from Hyd to Srinagar(1st Jan 2021) with the PNR number : K241HM, the request was raised on 21/12/2020. Its almost 50+ days the amount did not credited to my account. The customer service over there is worse.
The name of the person for whom we cancelled the ticket is Deepak. I need a quick response on this and this issue should be resolved on top priority basis.
