Money deducted but ticket not delivered

Today i was booking train ticket from new delhi to lucknow..paymnt was successfully done thrue phonepe app but no tickt booked..not any details are in ixiigo about the transaction nd booking status..added screenshot of paymnt page..help me...

Money deducted but no ticket was booked

I tried to book a ticket from Howrah Junction to Cuttack, The bill was of 601 for 2 person, 20rs was discount by ixigo money, So I paid Rs.581 through Amazon Pay.Money gote deducted but ticket was not booked.Please kindly see into this matter and either refund the money ASAP or book the ticket and send the confirmation message to me.I have attached the Amazon pay transaction I'd screenshot for reference....

Ticket not issued by ixigo

I have book a train ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the Phonepe but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

I booked ticket on 15 jan 2021.

I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using Phonepe as you also see in the screenshot i have provided....

I have book a train ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the phone pe but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app

Payment not received in my account while payment has already been initiated from airlines

We have booked a ticket on 9-1-21 which was suppose to fly on 12-1-21 with PNR number ND4TNG. Our flight got cancelled from the end of airline, the money got refunded from the end of airline. When will you credit our amount in our bank account....

We booked a ticket from Bagdogra to Srinagar on 9-1-21 with a PNR number ND4TNG.Our flight got cancelled through airline which was suppose to fly on 12-1-21.Full refund has been initiated from the airline, when will the amount get credited from your end to our account....

About my money

Hi,
To I booked bus ticket via ixigo app from dindugal to chennai, the bus name is rkn transqueen time 10:55p.m. seat no L 10. I made my payment via Google pay but I have not received ticket copy I don't no is the ticket is confirmed or not, I totally disappointed my calling again and again costumer care number but no one pick the phone. Can I get my money back???

Good Evening, this is Harshini.This evening when I've gone through this Ixigo app to buy a train ticket from Rajamundry to Vishakapatnum with the help of Phone Pe;it's showing that the amount has been debited from my account and the payment is successful but in middle of the process the process has been stopped.Please do re-check once......

My complaint about ixigo payments

I booked 2 tickets in ixigo for train "06723 MS QLN express" here I payed for first time but payment cancelled and for second time the payment was successful but here for the two time they deducted Rs 2334.I need my money back so please initiate the refund amount as soon as possible.

Money deducted from bank account but did not receive any ticket.

I booked a bus ticket from asansol to kolkata on 10th January 2021 at 8:17pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs. 436 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet". No ticket was provided to me. I am providing all the necessary details. Please treat this as urgent and refund my money.
