I was doing a train reservation yesterday night via ixigo app and after filling the details paid for the asked money...The money got deducted but there was no ticket done for the paid reservation done by me...i am warning ixigo that if i do not get my money refunded, i will file a case of Cheating and Duping against it...Such an irresponsible act done...period...

    I have booked-
    * 3 tickets for Kolkata to ludhiana [PNR no. [protected]] in koaa-asr express - it is cancelled. but didn't get refund Rs 5675.
    *And 2 tickets for ludhiana to Kolkata [PNR no. [protected]] in asr-koaa express- it is cancelled. but didn't get refund of Rs. 3836.
    Please resolve my issue as soon as possible you can, it's very urgent.

    I have booked-

      Hi, this is Sairam Gaikawad, I've booked the flights from Hyd to Srinagar(1st Jan 2021) with the PNR number : K241HM, the request was raised on 21/12/2020. Its almost 50+ days the amount did not credited to my account. The customer service over there is worse.
      The name of the person for whom we cancelled the ticket is Deepak. I need a quick response on this and this issue should be resolved on top priority basis.

        Through ixigo app I was booking a ticket from solapur jn to bhubaneswar jn. Through amazonpay the payment was done and it is successfully paid showing at Amazonpay..but my ticket is not confirmed in ixigo

                      My registered email id at ixigo app is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. is [protected] . On 30th jan 2021 I booked a ticket from Pandhurna to Kota in CBE JP Express . My money was deducted but after that the ticket didn't appear .Again it is showing that there has been no booking and no transaction of that ticket.
                      I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible . This app has really disappointed me.

                              Money is credited to the account of Le Travenus privite limited company but ticket not booked.

                                Paid ₹5000 for rescheduling but Spice Jet refunded that amount to agency account on 1st Dec but even after calling helpline for 11 times till now, I haven’t received my refund yet...

                                  Booking Reference No IF[protected] & PNR No ZBYB0 which was cancelled. I have confirmed at the time of cancelling the ticket that partial amount is refundable and after 8 months I have not received any amount refunded into my account. Every time I am contacting your customer service team (Which is worst I have ever Seen) I am getting a fake commitment that your problem will be resolved within next 48 to 72 hours however till the time I can see your resolution capability score is Zero.

                                  Your customer service guys are very rude and very unprofessional having no knowledge.

                                  I have never expected this type of poor service from a brand name like Ixigo...

                                  I am really sorry to say that Happy Easy Go is far better than IXIGO in the meant of service and response.

                                    I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

                                      I was booking my tickets for train 02367 BGP-ANVT for 8th March. The amount was deducted from Phone pe account but the app stopped working and it was regularly showing try again try again. I couldn't even put my password. When i tried looking for ticket there is no pnr status for that. I want refund for that. It is not even available in my transactions history. I m attaching transaction id. Please try to solve this matter as soon as possible.
