Money deducted from my account, no tickets booked.

I tried to book tickets from HOWRAH Jn to Pune Jn for 14th January 2021. I made payments through Phone Pe UPI. The money was deducted from my account. Amount - 3111 /- on 19th December 2020. I have the transaction id and everything. I have proof that money got deducted. But no tickets were booked. Ixigo app is not showing any previous booking record or transaction record. My Phone Pe account says that money has reached the merchant.

About payment lagging for my ticket

I had pay ticket fare through phonpe upi method to Le Travenues technology pvt. Ltd
Money has been debited from my account but my ticket has not been booked...

Refund not received , even after 20 days.

I cancelled my ticket on 2dec 2020 . The status now shows refund received. But no money has been credited to my account till now. The bank said they have not received it. Pnr :[protected]

I have no faith in ixigo's customer service.
I need my money back asap....

Not yet booked my train ticket

I just booked my train ticket on ixigo and paid 202 rs to le vancuer technology and i havent got any confirmation about my ticket either they book my ticket or refund my money..now..i have train today at 8:20 please help...

Amount debited but no booking shown

Transaction was completed through google pay the amount was debited but there is no transaction history on ixigo or booking confirmation on the app...

2 Railway tickets transaction successful but didn't receive ticket

Address:IXIGo

Made reservations if two seat in 3AC for 22nd Dec Hyderabad Deccan to Mumbai Dadar. The transaction went through successfully but didn't receive confirmation email or text. No history if that transaction on my IXIgo account, but the money has been deducted from my account HDFC.

I booked 4 rail tickets from Delhi to Bangalore and the money was deducted from PhonePe but there is no transaction detail in ixigo and no booking is done.

Amount deducted but ticket not confirmed

I am Dharambir Singh.

Today around 0200 am I was booking Flight ticket from Delhi to Ranchi via your app.

I paid Rs 3311 via Internet banking but after deduction it showed payment time out. Neither flight ticket confirmed nor payment refunded to me.
