This is regarding Air India Flight from Chennai to Port Blair for 24th August for Passenger Loyola Muthu with PNR HHZS9.
Due to Pandemic, she couldn't travel and so I've requested the flight cancellation and refund. I've spoke to Airlines who has assured full refund, yet IXIGO is not cancelling and providing refund.
3 weeks ago I initiated cancellation which was denied by IXIGO on 26th Dec stating Airlines declined the request. I've spoken to the Airlines who assured me that they will provide full refund and to get the RAI number from IXIGO.
When I contacted IXIGO, you guys said you cannot share RAI number and that you will cancel ticket within 24 hrs.
How 72hrs has passed, yet no action from your end.
What is the solution for this. Why are you trying to cheat customers of their money, when the Airlines is assuring Refund.
What stops you from sharing RAI number? Either you have to do your work or let the customers do your dirty work. But you are doing neither and making my life a living hell.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Andrew Milton Alangaram IXIGO mailed me asking for refund proof from Airlines. I don't understand why I'm paying convenience fee to IXIGO, if I've to do their entire work.
Air India has clearly informed that cancellation should be initiated from IXIGO and also mail regarding refund cannot be shared since I've booked via travel agent
The amount will be auto refunded within 7 days if the ticket is not issued.

We would also request you to mark your complaint as resolved as soon as the issue is resolved.
