      I am booking a ticket from yeshvantpur to tarikere, for this booking i have paid 407rs via google pay but due to server error the booking got cancelled but transaction is successful and also its not showing in ixogo app transaction history .. so what should i do now. When will i get my refund

      This is ridiculous, again i tried through the phone pay upi, and facing same problem for the same booking i lost another 407rs ..

        As checked refund for INR 185 is already processed for this PNR on 27th December with bank ARN 30005103510351180376141 and it should reflect within the next 7 days.

          Here is my Order ID: KOKCS5VM5KU9BZBWSU on Train ticket booking from TIRUPUR to Salem on Ixigo app.

          The payment has been received by Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd and the purchase has been confirmed. But i didn't receive any kinda confirmation for booking. There is no sign showing me that I booked the ticket. But the amount has been debited from my bank account.

          I request you to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          There is no way to contact ixigo. Even the [protected]@ixigo.com is not in use. The customer service section on the website isn't of any help either. There should atleast be a way to reach the company.
          I was booking train tickets from Madgaon to Nashik road for 9th January 2021. I proceeded to pay through Google pay, and the transaction was completed to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd for the amount of ₹4, 409. Even after the transaction, the tickets weren't generated. Screenshot of transaction on Google pay is attached herewith.

              This is regarding Air India Flight from Chennai to Port Blair for 24th August for Passenger Loyola Muthu with PNR HHZS9.

              Due to Pandemic, she couldn't travel and so I've requested the flight cancellation and refund. I've spoke to Airlines who has assured full refund, yet IXIGO is not cancelling and providing refund.

              3 weeks ago I initiated cancellation which was denied by IXIGO on 26th Dec stating Airlines declined the request. I've spoken to the Airlines who assured me that they will provide full refund and to get the RAI number from IXIGO.

              When I contacted IXIGO, you guys said you cannot share RAI number and that you will cancel ticket within 24 hrs.

              How 72hrs has passed, yet no action from your end.

              What is the solution for this. Why are you trying to cheat customers of their money, when the Airlines is assuring Refund.

              What stops you from sharing RAI number? Either you have to do your work or let the customers do your dirty work. But you are doing neither and making my life a living hell.

              IXIGO mailed me asking for refund proof from Airlines. I don't understand why I'm paying convenience fee to IXIGO, if I've to do their entire work.

              Air India has clearly informed that cancellation should be initiated from IXIGO and also mail regarding refund cannot be shared since I've booked via travel agent

                    I was booking two train tickets from the ixigo app. The app redirected me to the google pay app for payment where the payment was successful. Then when i got back to ixigo app there was an error and ticket wasn't booked. And there isn't anything one the app related to the falied booking. But i have the successful transaction made to the ixigo on google pay. I want to know the status of my refund.

                          As nationwide lockdown was imposed due to Covid19 and my flight was cancelled for the same reason.Last month i contacted the GoAir airlines for the same to refund the amount.
                          As they cancelled my ticket and initiated the refund but still the amount has not been reflected in my account.
                          So today i again contacted they customer care now they said that its pending from Ixigo end.

                          Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                          And all the details are attached with this complaint

                          We have placed a manual refund request and you will receive a payout link via email/SMS within 7 days.

                                      I was trying to book train ticket today and i choosed UPI method as my payment option. The moment i clicked on UPI payment link it took me to google pay and payment was sucesafull but i didnt receive any ticket or refund yet..please take this complaint on priority and fix it !!
