I booked my two tickets on 2nd of January, 2021 on 1:51 P.M, amount of 376. The issue is that I didn't receive my ticket till now and the amount was deducted from my account by that time only. Kindly look into this matter.

      Ixigo deducted 5053 inr amount but not give me tiket.
      I also mor time call ixigo customer care.but always saying wait 2 or 3 dayes but not refund my money

        I have booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Varanasi for 16th April21
        By Indigo airlines but money got debited from my bank account and didn't get ticket.
        Need immediate solutions either ticket or my money so I can book it from other company

                  Dear Ixigo team,

                  I have booked Air India Flight from Mumbai to Raipur for 10th Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd".

                  I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint.

                  Really worst service from ixigo. Kindly refund my money.

                    Also there is no way to contact ixigo. Even the [protected]@ixigo.com is not in use. The customer service section on the website isn't of any help either. There should atleast be a way to reach the company.I was booking train tickets from Madgaon to Nashik road for 9th January 2021. I proceeded to pay through Google pay, and the transaction was completed to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd for the amount of ₹4, 409. Even after the transaction, the tickets weren't generated. Screenshot of transaction on Google pay is attached herewith.

                          I have done 2payment from Google pay both payment were successful but while doing first booking payment has done but ixigo application was stuck and didn't redirect to application so payment was done but didn't get ticket I had made another booking after that till now I didn't get my first payments refund. I've attached the payment receipt which includes order number.

                            I am booking a train ticket but due to some issue the booking got failed and the amount for this booking got deducted from my credit card no [protected] of standard charted landmark credit card,

                            The journey of booking dated 27/09/2021 from Haridwar junction to Ahmedabad Junction. and booking was made for 3 passengers.
