I booked 2 tickets in ixigo for train "06723 MS QLN express" here I payed for first time but payment cancelled and for second time the payment was successful but here for the two time they deducted Rs 2334.I need my money back so please initiate the refund amount as soon as possible.

    I booked a bus ticket from asansol to kolkata on 10th January 2021 at 8:17pm through the Ixigo app. An amount of Rs. 436 was deducted from my google account but in the ixigo app it is showing "No transaction yet". No ticket was provided to me. I am providing all the necessary details. Please treat this as urgent and refund my money.

    Mai 18 March 21 ko Delhi to Gorakhpur jane ke liye ticket, 9 March 21 ko book kiya tha mere gogle pay account se paisa kat gaya lekin ticket nahi book hua. Costumer care se chatting kiya to bole ki 1 week me paisa aa jayega lekin abhi tak paisa nahi aaya.

      I can't get my refund but in app shows refund completed. My journey was 10/01/2021 at 23:30 before departure 19:13 i canceled my ticket.

        I have book a train ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

        I booked ticket on 10 jan 2021.

        I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

              I just try booking ticket from kengeri to mysore from ixigo obously amount deducted from phonepay and fail to book ticket. In app nothing showing. Even failed transaction. Refund my money

                I had paid rs. 2030 through phonepe app for Kalyan to src train tickets . Payment had been deducted from my account but did not received any ticket confirmation . Please sort my issue asap

                  Ticket booked date - 22nd November 2020

                  I have tried booking the train ticket from Vijayawada to Cumbum. During the transaction, the amount (Rs.412) has been deducted but ticket has not been generated. I have called my bank for the same. They said, as it is a third party transaction, ixigo is only responsible for the transaction.

                    I had entered all the traveller details and select UPI option for payment and paid through phone pe on 07/01/2021 of Rs.585. it has been debited from a/c and ticket process under ixigo got struck and no furthur process.please check mu issue and refund my amount ASAP

                      Today i tried booking 2 tickets from etawah to lucknow but money from my bank account deducted via upi and tickets aren’t booked neither there is any trip history or booking history in the app

                            I was trying to book train ticket today and i choosed UPI method as my payment option. The moment i clicked on UPI payment link it took me to google pay and payment was sucesafull but i didnt receive any ticket or refund yet..please take this complaint on priority and fix it !!

                              Today I booked tickets from Kozhikode to Shoranur twice and none were booked but the ticket fare along with other convenience fares were debited from my account.
                              There is no history of this booking and transaction shown on the app. I would like to have a refund for the same.

                                It's been more than 1 month since my flight from Leh to Jammu was cancelled by airline GoAir on 21st Nov 20.
                                I booked it on ixigo App. I have contacted several times to their customer service and got no firm reply. They keep saying to call again within 7 days but no sign of refund.
                                On their website it shows that the journey is compete. How can a company that solely operates on website do such blunder.
                                I have had enough, now I'm taking this issue to higher authorities.

                                  I book a ticket from Jammu to Jhansi money 509 Rs was deducted from my phonepe account but then it shows booking failed. My money is not yet refunded.

                                      Money deducted but Showing Payment Failed on App

                                      I was booking ticket for 3 passengers from Bhubaneswar to Ahemdabad for 10th Jan
                                      With id (Photos Attached).

                                      Payment done via Google Pay and amount is debited to the ixigo portal showing transaction complete (Photos Attached)

                                      Please refund my money or atleast give me the timeline for refund as it is not showing on app....

                                      Myself Dr Lakshmi Nair booked a ticket on 6.1.21 for K S Anitha from Mangalore Central to Trivandrum Central on 16.1.21 at 17.30 pm train boarding from Mangalore Central.

                                      Neither I received any confirmation nor I received the ticket.
                                      AND WHEN I MAILED THE ISSUE TO YOUR MAIL ID IT SAYS IT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST
