Dear Ixigo team,
I have booked Train ticket from Tirupati to Raichur for 1st Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd (Ixigo.[protected]@Indus)".
I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint.
I have waited for 2 days without complaining the issue because same thing happened while booking train in IRCTC website, but they refund the money next day only, but it didn’t happened here from Ixigo.
Really bad service from ixigo. Kindly refund my money.

Updated by Raghavendra07 I already tried this “ixigo.com/help” in my ixigo app...there is no solution in that..
I also tried to contact yours customer care number, that is also not working(answering that your number is not existing)..
Kindly provide me correct details to contact.

The refund for the mentioned failed transaction was successful on 7th January with bank ARN[protected] and the refund should be credited on or before 14th January.
