Train ticket fair deducted on ixigo using phonepe but no record on ixigo

During train ticket reservation on ixigo after payment process there was no response from ixigo and ticket was not provided.
There is no record shown about this payment while the ticket fair has been paid....

I booked a bus ticket on 12.12.2020 from Jamshedpur to Raipur ..PNR number[protected] and my booked Id number is -IXIBS[protected]..The isuue is ticket has been cancelled from Mahendra tarvels but stiil did not get refundable amount in my account...

Money deducted but flight ticket not booked.

Dear Ixigo team,

I have booked Air India Flight from Mumbai to Raipur for 10th Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd".

I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint.

Really worst service...

Tickets didn't get booked, but money got deducted

Also there is no way to contact ixigo. Even the [protected]@ixigo.com is not in use. The customer service section on the website isn't of any help either. There should atleast be a way to reach the company.I was booking train tickets from Madgaon to Nashik road for 9th January 2021. I proceeded to pay through Google pay, and the transaction was completed to Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd for the amount of ₹4, 409. Even after the transaction,...

Regarding refund on train booking

I have done 2payment from Google pay both payment were successful but while doing first booking payment has done but ixigo application was stuck and didn't redirect to application so payment was done but didn't get ticket I had made another booking after that till now I didn't get my first payments refund. I've attached the payment receipt which includes order number....

Booking confirmation Issue for Successful payment

Here is my Order ID: KOKCS5VM5KU9BZBWSU on Train ticket booking from TIRUPUR to Salem on Ixigo app.

The payment has been received by Le Travenues Technology Pvt. Ltd and the purchase has been confirmed. But i didn't receive any kinda confirmation for booking. There is no sign showing me that I booked the ticket. But the amount has been debited from my bank account.
