I book a ticket from Jammu to Jhansi money 509 Rs was deducted from my phonepe account but then it shows booking failed. My money is not yet refunded.

      Money deducted but Showing Payment Failed on App

      I was booking ticket for 3 passengers from Bhubaneswar to Ahemdabad for 10th Jan
      With id (Photos Attached).

      Payment done via Google Pay and amount is debited to the ixigo portal showing transaction complete (Photos Attached)

      Please refund my money or atleast give me the timeline for refund as it is not showing on app....

      Respected sir

      Myself Dr Lakshmi Nair booked a ticket on 6.1.21 for K S Anitha from Mangalore Central to Trivandrum Central on 16.1.21 at 17.30 pm train boarding from Mangalore Central.

      Neither I received any confirmation nor I received the ticket.
      AND WHEN I MAILED THE ISSUE TO YOUR MAIL ID IT SAYS IT DOES NOT EVEN EXIST

      Hereby attaching the transaction details
      Also what is shown in the app

      Please go through the same and rectify my issue as early as possible

                My self ronak sharmaa on 6 jan 2021 i was booking my flight tickets from Mumbai to bhuneshwar of 6th jan bt at the timee of booking moneyy is deducted bt then the app started showing error pls try again and then the app get closed i was booking flight ticket with indigo through ixigo app

                        Transaction successful, money deducted but no confirmation and I was redirected to the booking home page. The app doesn't show any payment processed.

                                  Dear Ixigo team,

                                  I have booked Train ticket from Tirupati to Raichur for 1st Jan 2021 from ixigo app but I have not received any email or booking confirmation message from ixigo for my booking. Though the payment is successful and I received an email that payment has successfully done to "Le Travenues Pvt. Ltd (Ixigo.[protected]@Indus)".

                                  I have attached the payment screenshot with this complaint.

                                  I have waited for 2 days without complaining the issue because same thing happened while booking train in IRCTC website, but they refund the money next day only, but it didn’t happened here from Ixigo.

                                  Really bad service from ixigo. Kindly refund my money.
