Hi,

It’s been 14 days from Oct 5, 2020 wherein Vistara flight got cancelled and airport have given me a hard copy on the same date for the full refund in 18th line. However, I m fed up of following with Ixigo and Vistara.

Ixigo : They said, they cancelled the booking and request has been raised, after two days if I follow up, they say you have to cancel the booking since it’s in confirmed status. Plus they are telling the request is placed already but Vistara is cancelling.

Vistara : customer care says that they have an open status and in line 18, full refund statement is written to return the amount but ixigo have not claimed yet and no request is made from ixigo.

Can anyone help with full refund to my account?

      Dear Sir
      Today I tried to book train ticket From Ahmedabad to Jaipur in train no 09707 by Phone pe UPI gateway the payment Rs. 505 deducted but ticket is not booked. Phonpe Transaction ID is P2010181549099572582525. And ixigo order I'd is Order ID: IXITR[protected] dated18. 10. 2020
      Phonpe pe customer support blames on you.
      Pl refund my money Rs. 505.

        I booked train ticket out of which amount of rupees 3969 was diducted from bhim but translation failed . Please refund as soon as possible

              I booked my ticket through ixigo trains for aligarh on 22nd september 2020 ... The ticket was not confirmed and it was on waiting 2 and 3 .. Its been 20 days now and i havent recieved any refund as such in my account... Its around 3200 and its a lot so please look into this matter.. The PNR reference is

                This is in concern to inform you that i have booked a flight from Delhi to Jammu on 11 sept 2020 from your site with booking id IF[protected].
                That booking was failed because of some technical issues from your side and the sum of Rs 3224/- is deducted from my account. Its being more than one month but still my amount is not refunded. Whenever i tried to reach out to your customer service they provide me a TAT of 7 days. Please refund my amount as its being a long time.

                  I have booked flight ticket for one of my friend name Fool Baboo Md but due to some miss understanding he missed his flight as his flight was supposed to depart from Patna at 12.05 on Tuesday dated 22 September 2020 but due to Covid the timing was changed to 9.30 something and we were not aware of that and he reached the airport by 9 am but the authority did not allowed him to enter and were saying that they are looking what they can do by their side but in the end we were informed that the fight has departed and we have to book new tickets but we were out of money at the moment so we done nothing and we just left for the home and in all this we cancel the ticket when we reached our home. The flight number is Indigo 6E 5374 and the PNR is SGSZMF ticket was booked from Patna to Mumbai.
                  Atleast return some of the money..as the we have to spent again extra money to travel

                    I have booked my air ticket in the name of Ashutosh Dube from Bangalore to Lucknow in Indigo flight no 6E-503 (date of journey 02.05.2020 and PNR No- FNVJKX). I paid Rs. 3, 953/- on this booking. However, due to COVID-19 epidemic, this flight was cancelled by Indigo and the ticket was cancelled automatically by Indigo. But I received only Rs. 3, 391/- ( Rs. 120 in ixigo wallet and Rs. 3, 271/- in my bank account) on cancellation of my ticket. Since, this flight was cancelled by airlines company i.e. Indigo. I am eligible to get the full amount as refund. But I have received Rs. 562/- less. when I called to Indigo to know the reason of this shortage amount of refund, indigo told me that it has refunded me the entire amount as refund i.e. Rs. 3, 953/-. It means the ixigo has taken the balance money of Rs. 562/-. I requested many times to ixigo to refund my balance money, but no response has been given by ixigo till date. Please take appropriate action against ixigo and direct them to refund my balance amount of Rs. 562/- immediately.

                      I booked my train ticket from the ixigo app on the 15th of October 2020 at 2:14 pm. the amount got deducted but the ticket was not booked and not showing any failed booking details

                        Refund given from Indigo not yet credited to my account

                            Amount debited but train ticket was not booked.

                            I booked my train ticket from ixigo app on 13th of October 2020 on 1:48 pm but ixigo deducted the amount of Rs. 734/- but didn't book the ticket and not showing any information regarding my payment in app and didn't received any mail or notification.

                            And amount paid to ixigo. via phone apy UPI. please find the attached screenshot of payment. and refund the amount ASAP....

                                  Sir, This is to inform you that I have booked my flight ticket through IXIGO application on dated 05/09/2020with Booking ID Booking Id: IF[protected], PNR No. IDKFPX and Date of Journey is 17/10/2020.

                                  Sir, today I received a message from Go Air Airways management that my flight got cancelled due to unknown reasons, so I am requesting you to please process the full refund of my flight ticket fare as soon as possible .

                                  I am requesting you once again that this type of inconvenience should not happen in future and the refund of full air ticket fare should be refunded immediately without any further delay. I am attaching herewith the screenshot of the message received from the Go Air Airways management regarding the cancellation of Flight due to unknown reasons, for your reference please.
