Anyone user reading this review bear in mind, that you've been warned!!! This app has some really messed up, half-assed, rinky-dink refund/payment model set up with the bank and the airlines, which never works in favour of their "valued users". If you ever cancel your bookings and don't get your refund reflect in your account in the the first 10-15 days, you can kiss your money goodbye, because after that every query / call / email is going to come back saying that "We're really sorry for the inconvenience, but we've raised / flagged / initiated the refund but due to some technical issues (currently COVID19 is the number one trending reason for companies to excuse their ### work ethics) it hasn't been cleared but it'll be completed in the next 15 days", and after those first 15 days are complete... Get ready to listen to the same scripted and rehearsed dialogue over and over and over again and the promise to get your refund in the next 15 days! And so on...
1. They have no dedicated email ID for payment / refund enquiries.
2. The CS executive will always tell you to chat with the AI chatbot on the app which has the same 5-6 templatized answers to your problems to begin with
3. No one in the 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT' team will understand / empathize with your urgency to get the refund amount or atleast tell you the truth that where exactly in the labrinth on systemic workflow in the refund stuck and what viable options does the user have to get it cleared in the shortest time possible.
Strong recommendation for anyone who stuck around to read the entire review. Choose a different platform to book your tickets and make travel arrangements.
