I book a ticket basti(bst)to Bandra (BDTS) BY IXIGO CASH deducted my phonepe account after deduct ixigo become hanged and ticket not booked
So i want to refund my money

    TDR been filed on 03/07/2019 refund has been made by IRCTC on 03/08/2019 but refund amount is not yet credited to bank.

    TDR refund case has been registered with NUMBER :[protected] on[protected]
    I have messaged in this regard in IXIGO app but issue not resolved till today
    Further there is no support service to talk with help desk except have to chat with autochatbox where queries are not getting resolved

    I have mailed to IRCTC help desk but they are replying that amount is refunded so now the issue is with the service provider agent ie., ixigo through which ticket was booked

      I booked a ticket via ixigo in January 2020 and the flight was cancelled. But still ixigo's system showed that i travelled by that ticket. Its been 8 months and they are just making excuses. Its been 8 months and they are still waiting for airline to confirm my refund. My 6500 is stuck for 8 months and they are paying no heed. Everytime when i ask for my refund status they aak for more time. Its their duty to get the confirmation from airline as soon as possible. I will attach some Twitter chat pics. I am a middle class maths teacher and 6500 means a lot to me. Ixigo is just delaying it by making excuses of airline confirmation.

      Your refund request is already raised under RA number [protected] and pending for approval from the airline.

      We do not control the airline timelines and have raised the request following the prcoedure shared by the airline. We would be glad to process the refund once it is approved.

      My ticket was cancelled in January and its your duty to finish with all these formalities (RA etc) as soon as ticket got cancelled. It was very sad to saw that i was the one who notified you about your app's bug about not updating my cancelled ticket. Your app was still showing that i have completed my journey. Your customer executive was not aware of my cancelled ticket. I was the one who made him update the system about the cancelled flight. Now its september and you are still making excuses. In your mail you said that my query will be closed by 15 september and now your customer executive (on twitter) is asking for some more time.
      I have also sent a picture on your Twitter handle which clears that airline has initiated my refund from their side.
      I am attaching the same for the reference of higher authorities here if they read my complaint

        I had booked a flight in june for my friend through vistara airlines. The flight got cancelled by the airlines and they sent me an email confirming i will get a full refund for this and also said they have informed the third party (Ixigo) to process my refund. It's been 3 months now i have still not received it. Everytime the ixigo customer service says it will take 15 working days. And now they are saying they have not received any confirmation from the airlines whereas the airlines says in their system it is showing as the amount refunded to ixigo and asked me to pls contact ixigo for the same. I really don't understand who is lying in this case. I understand a delay of one month due to this pandemic but 3 months is a long time. Does it take 3 months to process the refund.
        Pls look into this matter and help me out to get my refund asap. I'm attaching a screenshot of the email received by vistara for the refund.

        My ticket refund is pending from january and they are saying same thing to me. I pinged them many time but there response is same every time " We need confirmation form airline". Its there responsibility to ask for confirmation form airline . Even there app showed that i completed the canceled journey.

          I booked a train ticket from amritsar to mumbai central through upi gateway and they didnt even ask my irctc password. Amount of 2100/_ got debited from my account but no confirmation from ixigo about it and app shows no past booking. Please refund my amount of 2100. I need my money to be refunded please.

          Booking date - 16th august 2020 at 12:24 pm
          Date of departure - 19th august 2020

          I humbly request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible because i need to rebook the ticket before the seats go into the waiting list.

                Money deducted from my account but ticket not issued

                I was book ticket on 13 aug 20 for jammu to delhi for dt 17 oct 20 by ixigo app during payment, upi pay select and phonepay app open and ticket amount rs.1186/- show, then i pay through phonepay it's transection id is indbacafoe94a6305259e053307ci80ad9d on dt 13 aug 20, paid to icici. [protected]@indus rs.1186/- money deducted from my account without any confirmation mail or booking ticket id. Pls refund my money as soon as possibal....

                  I booked a flight from ixigo for 21 August from udaipur to Bangalore.
                  Flight is not booked but my money is deducted. Please look into this as my money is deducted. I paid through upi and I am attaching screenshot below

                    I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th August at 03:16 pm and during payment via upi mode (Phone pay) my payment was successful of amount 5292.00 inr to Bhim upi id- [protected]@ybl as per upi reference but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

                              I booked a flight ticket through ixigo app for goa to coimbatore on 15 jun 20. Due to covid 19 flight should be cancelled automatically and indigo will refund the amount on 18 jun 20. But ixigo not refund till date, i will request ixigo customer service as on 13 jul 20. My pnr is ip2f3u. Amount 6077/- daily i spoken with customer service representative but i am not satisfied, if not refund by ixigo, i will further move to consumer court.

                                      Bank is asking for a mail if you didn't receive the money please give the mail
