I have booked a train ticket on[protected] from bangalore to kalyan via ixigo app. I have made payment through google pay payment got successful but ticket not revived. No were in the app or email it is showing booking unsuccessful no details yet. Just blindly amount gone.
Worst experience as i tried for the first time, there is no mode of customer service in app or website just faking it with q&a.
I hope my refund gets quickly as soon as possible

Complaint marked as Resolved I did not expect this but after complaining on ixigo facebook page i got response after 2-3 hours i shared my details and they reverted me back with the assurance of refund with in 4-5 days as usual but i got the refund with in an hour after contacting them.
Its an big relief for me but still if the booking on the app is not functioning well why they still haven't solution. I hope they resolve it very soon and establish a customer care direct from app that would be very useful.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Payment will be auto refunded within 7 days if the booking is failed.
